Lathwal bhai these all ministers can't afford to do so..China is waiting for opportunity to open call centers/ Software devp centers in their second tier cities. Govt knows that IT/BPO sector can shift to China with in a year. They can't make these kind of mistakes. I setup a team in Shanghai and let me tell you.. Chinese are more focused and sincere to their work..

We only have service industry and no manufacturing.. Service companies can migrate very fast may be with in a month..

Pvt companies are not here for philanthropy they mind business and they'll go where they'll get better options...

haan sarkari naukri kati asan hai.. Kuton ke tarah 100-100 rupee rishwat loo.. Roj apna iman becho.. MLA/MP ke chamchi maro..
kaam mat karo.. APne bechan nee chori karni sikhao..
Main janu hoon kai Policyan nee ar bijli alee nee.. Roj bechte hain apna iman...ar main shart laa ke kah sakon hoon 90% bechte hain apne aap ko..

I work in pvt sector and I can assure you that I have better life than DC/SP of any dist of India..
I don't work with illiterate MPs/MLAs.. I work 9-6, I have peace of mind when i come home.. and I earn more than IAS Officer(If you only consider the legal earnings). I don't think any IAS/IPS is supposed to fly business class but I do fly business class with my honor and dignity.

We don't have manufacturing industry in computer sector. But there are big players in others sectors like RIL, TATA group(tata steel, tata motors, tata chemicals many others), Jindal group, ESSAR Oil, CEMENT industries, and many more. these are major contributors to our economy.

I hope you are right but our ministers are known to be myopic. National interest is last thing on their mind when it comes to votes.

Bro, you must be the only person who has "peace of mind" who works in pvt sector.:confused:
BTW there are "honest people" who work in government sector also. 90% figure kahan se aaya hae?
Aur private sector mein bhi itne imandar log nahe haeen jitna you are telling us.

Praveen bhai it is a good topic to debate on... Let me put my perception and thought process with some facts and figures:
1. We export Iron ore..(Because we don't have capacity to make steel out of it)
2. We don't make any decent Ship, Turbines, Aircraft, Advanced Weaponry and automobiles. We can say that Tata makes Land rover and Jaguar. We know they still assemble them in UK.
3. I watched the railway project to Lhasa(Capital of china).. Its a marvel of Engineering. We are trying to connect Srinagar to jammu from last 30 years and still we are targeting to complete by 2020.

These are facts dost and we cant keep our eyes closed and dream about Golden Sparrow. Asian countries has to work hard and need to continuously improve to catch up with West. None of our city has decent airport, Metro (Delhi is an exception), Ports or flyovers..

I am still Indian by heart and I will be forever. But Future looks bleak.. Our young generation wants to bring the changes but nobody knows How.. Frankly speaking, Even I don't know how to overhaul the system..

Yes Kharab sir.. I think I am standing out the crowd.. However, lets be realistic, There are many jatlandres who work in pvt sector and they appreciate their employers and would like to continue work in pvt sector...

Nerds are everywhere.. some become your colleagues and boss. Its true for private sector also.. Believe me.. If you shout early and shout loudly, You voice will be heard..
I don't think Govt sector has any defined channel to raise your voice.. Only way to raise your concern is Agitations, Road jams, Tyre burning and damaging govt/public property.

agreed yaar... we are far behind western countries. There is no point of comparing our manufacturing capabilities with west. My point was that our economy is depend not only on the service industry(software) but also on others.

hahaha........bhai Anil..........baat ya hai.......do din te baarish hon lag rhi se......or roads ki haalt bahut kharab se gurgaon mai........bhai....ghar te nikalte time sochna pade hai...office jao ya na jaoo........gaadi ka engine paani mai doob ja hai....highway pe bhi kai jagah...itna bura haal se....

Baaki isa e no. 1 haryana se to isa na chahiye bhai..........jitt aadhe ghante baarish hoyi nahi or goda goda paani khada haoga.......ow wo bhi bilkul posh ilaake mai....
