Insaan ko kabi bhi aapni baat galat nhi lagti che wo kitna bhi galat kyun na soch rha ho usse hamesha lagta hai he/she is right

hum to muse hi sahi, aap sher bane raho. :)

He is complaining against a decision by a moderator, if he sends his grievances through "contact us", all the moderators will get message and look again into the matter and decide collectively. He should also give thread name or link also, without any specific information, how someone is going to look into the matter.

Kripaya apni bandook taan-ne se pahle mudda samajahne ki koshish karen. :)

ek kahawat mane bhi yaad aari hai, tati khawe bika muh jal jaya kare. isliye thandi karke kha bhai. :)

Bhai...Moderator JL pe hamare jaise log hain jo thode se mature ya nishpaksh hain...
Koi retired judge to hain nahi ki her jagah unka decision 100% Law ke hisaab se ho...
agar wo apni samajh ke hisaab se 100 main se ekadh decision galat le letey hain to chalta hai...

Otherwise jis bhai ko bhi complaint hai, jara usko moderator bana do 1-2 mahiney ke liye.....
Bera paat jyaga ki moderation kya hota hai....kuchh kaam usey thik lagengey per mhare jise member jaili liye khade paavengey...
So I would rather say that we should support them ...Supreme court ke decision expect nahi kiye ja saktey un moderators se as they are doing there best with possible resources... ;)

Mr SATYENDER, judges retired/in service can be immature/biased/wrong and who expects judgements like supreme court, has any one blamed all mods, why are you trying to divert the attention by such statements, that complainants be made mods, do you thing they cannot do the job, are you only master, instead of solving problem of member you are threatening them, I CAN SAY THAT ALL MODS ARE NOT BAD, i HAVE APPROACHED YOUR NAME SAKE HE HAS HELPED ME PROMPTLY, there are many more who are doing good job but there are bad heads also, so we must remove such bad heads. regards

And for your information please, mujhey and baki sab logon ko haryanvi/hindi bhi samajh ajati hai...Communication can be in any language, but baat jo aap kehna chahtey ho, wo to communicate ho jaye atleast...

Bother, whatever I understood from your post I have replied accordingly, so please read your post and mine you will understand, ofcourse my all languages are poor so please try to understand if still you cannot make out anything out it than leave it I shall recieve your answer please, regards.

bhai meri ID pe to kaal tala la diya tha,,,15-20 minute tahi mane reply ka option e na paya ,,fer bera na kyukar mehar kari ,,,,,dikhe ajjkal ghane syane bad liye adde ,,,,,,

भाई भोत दुःख होया दीपक सुण के I मन्ने भी तड़के-तड़के खूब सर पटक लिया, पर आपका तागा तो न्यू गायब था, जाणू गधे के सर पै तैं सींग गायब हो ज्याया करैं I मन्नै बेरा सै भाई माणस कै एक पोस्ट कटण का भी इतणा दुःख होया करै जणू भैंस का काटडू मरगा I आपका तो भाई पूरा का पूरा सौदा गया I आपके दुःख का अंदाजा मोडरेटर नै कोन्या I पर भाई एक बात सै शैतान को उसका हिस्सा जरूर मिलना चाहिए, इनकी हिम्मत की दाद देनी पडैगी, इन्नै "आंडी ग्रुप" भी ना बक्श्या I

Now coming to the topic: On a serious note, whining against the moderators all the time is not justified. Personally, I also feel bad, whenever some of my posts/threads are deleted. But, when I think with cool head I realize that moderators have to think about the greater good of this site and, at times, individual interests have to be sacrificed for that greater good. Even if, someone has started a wrong or distasteful thread, it is not in good taste if other members start pooh-poohing that thread simply because it is not according to their taste. They should rather leave it to the moderators. If moderators really find something out of place, they will do their job. However, I was not a target of the deleted threads but as a responsible member, I feel it necessary to ventilate my opinion. Both the threads were not in good taste as those were heading towards an ugly turn inflicting oblique and disguised attacks on some members. So, in my opinion, it was a wise decision on the part of moderators. Even though I am aware of the belligerence and potential bomb-shells from one particular group, I have gathered courage to write this. Once in a while, one must speak one's mind.
