Ranbir bhai, I was about to reply your post on Ambanis! The foundation of their Business empire is based on corrupt means since days of of their father!
When they first started their oil refinery and first plant was imported in early 1980s. They bought second plant without paying any duty! because there was no duty on spare part and whole plant was imported and declared spare parts for the first plant! Crores of rupees duty was evaded with the help of corrupt custom officials!

the current controversy is no drama but is a case of loot by Mukesh Ambani's companies, current and former petroleum ministers! Kejriwal had also written a letter to Mukesh Ambani at the time when Mukesh ambani had filed defamation case against TV channels. please read this, meal while i will be back with more info on current case:

Bhai sahab, Agree with you on Mukesh ambani, And it is same story for most of the corporate houses in India.
But even AK knows that he can not prove anything, as these corporate houses are using loopholes intentionaly left by policy makers for them to exploit, so all they do is very legtimate (May be ethically wrong though).

So if he can not prove anything against Mukesh Ambani, what is the point.
Same he was saying about Sheila Dikshit before Delhi elections, but nothing he could do after becoming CM of Delhi.
So after Mukesh Ambani he can just find Bill Gates next to blame, what is the use?

As I said earlier, I wish he could have continued his work in Delhi, he had a good start with ending that VIP culture etc, all credit goes to him.

Its not that nothing can be proved. There's enough collusion going on between big money corporates and the political establishment that one can find enough traces if one really wants to look. But who really wants to look when donations to political party and media houses comes from these corporates.

If you care to dig underneath the financial pages of newspapers you will find that right now state run banks are restructuring massive bad debts running into lakhs of crores. The exchequer is being bled via loans by state owned banks. And guess who are the biggest defaulters - the big corporates with connections in political class.

I think Kejriwal is on the right track when he opposes crony capitalism - the kind practiced by Reliance, Adani, Sahara etc- and not capitalism in itself.
 
Challenges were there, and they got a chance which is ruined in totallity. Don't want to comment of their tally in upcoming LS elections but yes if re-elections happens then they won't be able to retain there seats. BJP has better chances of forming the next govt in Delhi(State and center both)
 
Rajpal ji, Kejriwal has no choice but to quit because it was a money bill which got defeated. If a money bill is defeated then that party has no right to be in power.

Kejriwal outsmarts the Congress and the BJP​
KEEPING his promise, Arvind Kejriwal quit on Friday after the Jan Lokpal Bill was lost to a 27-42 vote, projecting himself as a martyr. AAP's anti-corruption agenda, particularly its crusade for a strong Lokpal, was known when the Congress helped it form a government. So was the buildup of confrontation, which picked up after the list of corrupt included Sonia Gandhi. Opinion is divided whether the Lieutenant-Governor's prior permission was required to table the Bill. To avert a showdown, the Centre could have granted Delhi more powers which all parties wanted, particularly restricted jurisdiction over the police and unrestricted power to make laws on a par with other states. But the Congress maintained the status quo.
Despite getting a good mandate, the BJP reduced itself to irrelevance. It sided with its rival, the Congress, in attacking Kejriwal, who hit back by attributing his fall to a nexus of politics and business. Kejriwal exploited the situation by citing the registration of an FIR against Ambani and Moily, among others, as the reason for the exit of his government. AAP is expected to use the issue of corporate funding to political parties in the ensuing Lok Sabha elections. The BJP could have pressed for complete statehood for Delhi as its manifesto promised. But like the Congress, it played reactive politics as AAP dictated the narrative and caught the national attention.
AAP's rise has changed the way politics is played in this country. There was no horse-trading to form a government. The ban on VIP culture, the setting up of an anti-corruption helpline and an SIT on the 1984 massacre, the power and water subsidy to the needy -- unlike the free-for-all in Punjab -- and the CAG audit of the power companies, all have gone down well with people. AAP earned well-deserved flak for its Law Minister's vigilantism, the Chief Minister's dharna for an unjustifiable cause and threat to the Republic Day parade, and rewarding of the power bill defaulters. Ultimately, it was the fractured poll verdict along with political miscalculations which caused all the political turmoil Delhi has witnessed.

Every institute of the society ( Law/Government/Religion/Nations/Family) thrives on the fear. Deep subconscious fear of being left alone/ punished/abandonment motivate its follower to toe the line always. But when someone fearless appears on the scene, all these institutes's roots and pavements are shaken. A honest man riding on ardent fearlessness can send these institutes in shambles. Thats where starts his scrutiny and again seeds of fear are spreaded all over through creating a confusion about his intention or personality. And it continues unless an honest man is down or discouraged. Thats what happening with AAP. Educated illiterates on this website and other social media are unable to see in their peripheral vision about the opportunity AAP has given to whole nation in the form of an political alternative. Their survival and soaring in Delhi assembly election is itself an indication of success over challenges this thread asks. Chances are infinite. Their disposition at present seems/appear to all a bit hasty but their juggernaut will trample the filth of corruption.

In your view, perhaps :'Educated illiterates on this website...', are those who do not tow the line of AAP and rest are educated literates.


Nonetheless, if your literary judgement and pious hope: 'their juggernaut will trample the filth of corruption' is not belied the ' Educated illiterates on this website' would be the happiest lot !

I would like to know the constitutional provision if a money bill can be introduced in the Delhi Assembly without prior clearance by the Lt. Governor or not ! If it is necessary, then, the AAP attempt was avoidable till the sanction of the Lt. Governor was secured. In opposite case, it was unnecessary hurdle put in the introduction of the Bill !

This is necessary to know because in the instant case, the issue to table the bill was put to vote before it was really introduced. That is the introduction of the bill was stalled not passage of the bill as such.

Wait for few days, meri RTI ka reply aane dijiye then with proof I will share details with all 'Educated Literates' on this website. Sir, I have been born and brought up in Delhi so better knows the ground realities here. Kejriwal ki jo hawa thode time pehle media ki help se bani thi aaj bilkul uske ulat hai Delhi me. Fifty percent of Kejriwal supporters are not with him now in Delhi.

'If you think Kejriwal will eradicate corruption, don't support him, he is not going to do that. If you think he will give good governance, he will disappoint you'. 'Yes, you can support him, if some of your relative or known person has got ticket from his party'

This happens when people don't engage in dialogue & discussion to certify their education/knowledge levels rather they become self certified intellectuals & start issuing certificates to everyone. Irony, we find this category of individuals most in AAP or supporting AAP.

Self-certification & badmouthing others are core values of AAP.

Apart from your comments would also like to point out that on First day when he swear as CM of Delhi, he accepted this complexity of laws in media briefing when reporter asked him when you are going to pass janlokpal bill in Delhi. He replied that there are legal complication in this, and we will discuss with lawyers.

point is, he was aware about this legal hitch from the day one than why he didn't go to High Court or Supreme Court declaring provisions of MCD Act, Central Govt Order which cite that approval from centre and LG is need before introducing bill on this subject to declare such provisions altra vires and encrochment on the power of Delhi Govt/assembly. such laws or orders are always subject to judical review, he could have challanged the same.

So, such kind of thought creat doubt on intension of Mr AK for his seriousness on the subject.

So you agree that such a lot exists here and on various social media. If you are not among them then how you directly drifted my lampoon to an AAP camaraderie ( no perhaps) ? I simply answered the question your psephological thread asked. Don't find yourself exasperated and beleaguered. I am not a minder for AAP or Congress or BJP but to myself and my right of suffrage.

If you mean BJP by we then their dialogues are discussions are ardently polemic. Aren't they?
