Hi All,

I am not an Active member as others on this web site but do read people comments and guide other Jats to this web site. Recently, I asked one of Jat bhai to visit this web site and see Jats achievements. Following day, he told me that site looks like Battle of Panipat and will never go to site to see that bull shit again and wasting time. This really vexes me.>(

In my perception, we can never mature even though we are successful in career and moved far from our roots. We will always be jealous of other Jats and never going to help eachother. Alternatively, we don’t like other Jat rising and always try to find ways to bring him/her down. That’s the reason we never came into mainstream and were never considered in Government policies. You all will surprised to know that Punjabi and Urdu had been declared second language of NCR.What about Haryanvi? We will think of other things once we stop fighting. Other caste had always used our ego and jealousy to get their work done. We will finally end up doing all the lower class jobs with Punjabi ruling us.:'(

I humbly request not to pin point each other in a heated argument. Moreover, It’s not like entrance test wherein you have to reply to all messages. You can easily ignore messages. Make this site informative and supportive for new members. Make friends and not enemies. I will request the elderly of Jatland to take some initiative and assist in making this site better.

If someone is writing about Mallikia, update your opinion and leave rest to Mallika. Enjoy movie yaar. I will watch twice if she gives some more bold scenes.;)
Revert if you are interested in insurance else ignore the message. Review if others argument is better than yours keeping your ego aside. You can never have all the glory of being the most righteous man. Worry about you family and person who you can change otherwise shabh bhaad ma jaya.

I am sorry if my thoughts have offended someone. I will not revert to any reply on this message so people are free to say anything to me. Frankly, I really don’t care, as I know myself better than anyone.

Hope all this end soooooooooooooooooooonnn and we put step ahead in helping each other.:)

Important issue and I agree

Fully agree. But again Jats are Jats as they are and we must learn how to educate our own people. We must not give-up efforts under any odds. I am sure we can make our marks on our people by being good and being consistent in doing good. I know even I enetered in an argument on some political issue as I thought remaining silent won't help as it just encourages the other side. Anyway, what ever, I am all for it and assure that we will contribute towards the good of our society under all circumstances.

Ur frnd was not the only jat who did not like this web site..i know at least 2 whom i refered the site and they never gave a 2nd visit..so i have stopped referring it to any jat..till specifically asked for it.
Haryanvi is not the only JAT language..i can hardly understand half of whats going on in the forums...

Anyway, I do appreciate the effort put to keep alive the site....at least we got started and running..
U cannot improve what does not exist.
 
Hi all,

I am one of the oldest members 'remaining' on the site though my contribution to the site has been negligible in terms of numbers of posts.

In the first year, we used to have a lots of haryanvi jokes in the humour section and they used to be main attraction on the site. The second year we developed shorts like HHKLP etc.
General awareness section has seen a lots of debates and people are not willing to acknowledge each others viewpoint. but that's jats speciality and we cant do much about it.

what is of utmost concern to me is that people who were most active in the first year are no longer active now. why is it that they are not coming back to the site anymore?

I can think of two reasons:

1. Some people had bad experiences when they were targeted individually by other members in the debates or other administrative matters. Their egos were hurt and they decided not to come back.

2. The jokes have somehow dried up. Of late, people have started posting the junk mails/ forwarded emails content in the humour section. I guess everyone of us receives a lots of email like these and they are a regular features of any other discussion board. The USP of the site, because of which i have been coming to the site almost daily for last 2 years, was that of talking about jats/our culture/haryanvi jokes were the main attractions.

lets hope, jatland acts as a platform to unite all of us and some fruitful discussions take place on the site for the community.

haryanvi hee jatan kee bhasha se...bata maine doosri konsi bhasa se jaatan kee...iske bavjood only a few posts are in haryanvi...so this should not b a big concern
 
not necessary, harayanvi doesn't come near to any of the local dialects spoken by jats in rajasthan. even people fron border districts like jhunjhunu find it difficult to understand harayanvi.

had ho gyi pls people use decent language,,if u dont agree dont post ur thoughts. i have seen atleast 3 articles eg ajit singh Vs chutala, mallika sehravat and Insurance Policy where members are getting personal.

I appeal pls dont fight , ths not wht the site is for. It is for cooperation and a forum to be toghether!!

Haryanvi is not the only JAT language.its limited only for haryanvi peoples. Jats from UP and Rajasthan cant understand same.

Very good thought sanjay bhai. I do agree with u. some people here on jatland take things personally. We have seen some egs as earlier mentioned by rohit. Well when I joined jatland I thought of the future. I saw a vision in this site which will lead our community towards a better life and position. I thought it will be a platform where all educated, mature, progressive, successful and tomorrow’s goona be jat FACE will meet and form a relationship of trust, understanding n friendship. It will result in a kinda circle where all those people who can create a difference will meet and some work will be done for the upliftment of our community. But seriously I don’t think that there is any possibility of that VISION. We still do the same thing pulling each other leg, giving arguments without thinking. I duuno know why we can’t think about future. Why don’t we think that if we also want our language to be in an official position then we have to work united towards it? Why we do we always forget that ek laathi me etna dum nehe hei jo das laathi me hei. Its time to think about “2050-60 “…just sharing views wount create a difference. its our moral duty and responsibility to work for our community. If we wount then who is goona do it. If u think someone is going to come from sky to d it then my advice is that STOP dreaming. We have a chance (through jatland) to get united and form a bond of love n respect for each other. Make some plan n think how we can achieve it. I believe some members wants to work for community but not able to make a proper plan where to start from. Some have started but finding it difficult to progress it. Why do we meet each other in jatland. Just to share jokes, general talks, carrer ..??? All these things are also very important for us as these are the mode to communicate but we should look for the main purpose .we should understand where it’s going to end up? If it’s going to end in ever going jokes n general interaction then it’s not worth… I am presenting u a vision...Vision where jat community will be a leading community...All jat boys n grls will be educated n will have job. If they r doing farming will be using latest technology and methods of better production. Their villages will be as equal good as cities. They will be having 24 hours electricity. They will be having hospitals n schools n colleges. How does it sound to u. don’t u want to be a part of this transformation???? Think...I bet u wants to be. So what should we do for it...First thing word hard in ur profession...what ever u r doing work hard n be a master of it. Bcoz it will enable u to help our community .plus u will have a good life. Secondly make a plan that how we can achieve all above mentioned things. How can my professional help to achieve these goals. Third thing n most important thing form a circle where all members have respect, love and trust for each other. I have seen we jats r now in most part of the world then why don’t we use our resource. Help each other...I think we all have meet bcoz of a purpose. Purpose of our life…. I was thinking to write my feelings from so many days but dint wrote as I thought may be it would sound funny but I duuno care …what I want from u is to think about it….THINK ABOUT IT. If I have written something wrong then plz correct me. we all are mature people and this is the time to do some work , not to waste our precious life in useless matters.

I got so many friends from the Jatland and I am really happy with that.

I did enter my original name, office & home telephone no. and other information on the site which I removed later. I think you all understand why a active member has to do that.

I have a question for all of you If you would like to answer.

How come a true & honest relationship can be build if some one does not want to reveal his identity on Jatland ???

Is there any work around ?

I am not sure Dabas bhai if a true relationship can be built if some one does not want to reveal his/her identity. This site is meant to be used not only to exchange views, but to bring members closer. I am not sure if some one will like to identify with a person who does not want to reveal his/ her identity. Moreovere, I see no reason why some one should hide his/her identity.

Its not always necessary to reveal your 'personal details' with any 'unknown person' or if you dont know much about him/her.

If you have good friendship and healthy relationships then you will share all your 'personal details' yourself to each other without asking any question!! But again its not necessary because you entered all 'sufficient information' (e-mail, name, location) information during registration on jatland!!

Its very sad that few peoples here want to divide jatland on the basis of 'gotra', regional area, languages and 'personal details' (ALL THESE ARE NOT NECESSARY REQUIRED CONDITION FOR JATLAND MEMBER).

THIS PLATEFORM IS SAME FOR ALL MEMBERS AND THEY HAVE EQUAL RIGHT.
Please forgive me if i say anything wrong!!
