Dear sanjay bhaai,
i had a tangent thought so i posted a different post but i think its quiet normal. Please dont be hurt.
1. we enjoy speaking our language with people who share same.
2. we can always agree to disagree at times. disagreeing is quiet human.
3. we can get into a controversy if we start deciding whether this site is 'haryaanvi' or 'Jat' coz a lot of people today(both jats and non jats) identify everybody from Haryaanaa as a Jat. We can work on language or caste or both in a way. flexibility will help.
4. yes, good activities for improvement of site or upliftment of society should be more than welcome anytime.
5. i dont believe in too much self criticism because it destroys self belief and confidence. i studied a lot of cultures and i found a very interesting fact in Bengali culture. Bengalis i saw are very very ordinary people but they think and believe they are extraordinary and therefore are able to do extraordinary things. I once met a bengali and happened to say "you look like a typical bengali" and that person instantly replied "Oh! THANK YOU SO MUCHthank you so much" Being proud of oneself is a great asset.
6. Human errors like mis-understanding, a small arguement can be accepted or maybe just pointed out
