Congress is trying to pass an Act in Parliament which will target the Hindu religion and its followers. A few of the points are as follows for your consideration:
1. The most important aspect of the above bill (Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence Bill 2011) is the definition of group. Group connotes or denotes religion or language based minority community. It is being said in this bill that communal problem is created and spread by Hindus (majority). No person from the minority (Muslim) community is responsible for it.
2. Communal acts of majority community against minority community are punishable under Strict laws but communal acts of violence by minority community against the majority community are to be treated as a normal law & order problem to be dealt with lineantly.
3. This Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence Act will be administered by a committee of 7 members out of which 4 will be from minority (Muslim) community.
4. As opposed to the current principle of law, the person accused of spreading hatred will be treated as guilty unless he proves his innocence.
5. If any Hindu (majority) member does not give job or house on rent to a muslim (minority) member, it would be treated as a crime.The administrative Committee can search the house/premises of the Hindu person and confiscate his/her property.
6. Any misdeed against a Minority woman will be dealt with severely but any misdeed against a majority woman will be treated under the existing normal laws which are not so strict. Dignity of minority woman is more important than the dignityof a majority woman.
7. Even if you express any comments or oral object to the criminalism or criminalisation by the minority member would be treated as a crime committed by you. Therefore, any demand for hanging of Afzal Guru, Bangladeshi illegal immigrants, stopping religious conversions, action against islamic terrorism, ban on cow slaughter, Uniform Civil Code, removal of Article 370, etc will be treated as a Crime.
8. If any allegation of communal hatred is levelled against a member of any organisation, even the head of that organisation will be held guilty.
9. The govt. at the Centre can dismiss the govt. at sweet will if the members of minority community are adversely affected but no concern expressed for majority (hindus).
10. If this bill is passed by the Congress party and becomes an Act of Parliament, it will be the most unfortunate thing in the history of modern India and Hindus. Hindus will find it increasingly difficult to exist in this country (forget living with dignity). Anti-India and Anti-Hindu elements will openly work to destroy Hindu religion, but Hindu organisations will not only be unable to stop this but would also not be able to raise their voice against these anti-national and anti-hindu activities according to this Act. When the Hindus will find themselves insecure in all aspects they will fall in the unfortunate cycle of conversion to Islam. More unfortunate will be the scenario when the Police and the Army instead of stopping these anti-social elements, will be forced to protect them and will be puppets in the hands of these anti-India and anti-Hindu forces and will be forced to act against hindus.

This anti-Hindu bill has been drafted by the National Advisory Council which is headed by Smt. Sonia Gandhi and its members Harsh Mander, Anu Agha, Teesta Setalvad, Farah Naqvi, Shahabuddin, John Dayal, Shabnam Hashmi and Niyaz Faroukhi, all of whom are totally communal and anti-Hindu.

It is time that all India loving and proud Hindus come together vote against the Congress Party to save our Hindu religion. Let us dare and stop whoever abuses our religion or treats us as second class citizens or paints our Goddesses nude.

Even your one Vote in favour of Congress Party at the state or national level will strengthen the hands of the Anti-India and Anti-Hindu forces that are destroying the foundation of our great country and rich religion.

इसके प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत बहुसंख्यक समाज को सदैव दोषी ही माना जाएगा और उसको ये सिद्ध करना होगा कि वह निर्दोष है। इसके प्रावधान इतने खतरनाक हैं कि ये प्राकृतिक न्याय के नियम एवं संविधान के विरुद्ध है।


हाल के ही कुछ केसों में देखा गया है कि सुनवाई ही टाल दी जा रही है हाई कोर्ट एवं सुप्रीम कोर्ट में। इसलिए अभी से जागरूक हो जाइये। अपने क्षेत्र, नगर, मित्रों एवं अपने गाँवों के लोगों से इस हरकत की चर्चा अवश्य करिए। वो भी चुनाव से पहले जिससे कांग्रेस इस योग्य ही ना रहे कि वो इस कानून को ला सके।


यदि किसी भी तरह यह क़ानून पास हो गया तो निश्चित मानिए कि ये औरंगजेब द्वारा किये गए बर्बर धर्म परिवर्तन का ही एक स्वरूप होगा एवं इससे भयभीत होकर बहुत बड़ी संख्या में हिन्दू समाज में धर्म परिवर्तन आरम्भ हो जाएगा।


चाहे सिमी अथवा इंडियन मुजाहदीन जैसे प्रतिबंधित संगठन के सदस्य ही क्यों ना आपके ऊपर आक्रमण करके आपके विरुद्ध रिपोर्ट लिखा दें अथवा आप के विरुद्ध कोई भी झूठी रिपोर्ट लिखा दे, आप को ही दोषी समझा जाएगा और रिपोर्ट लिखाने के नाम गुप्त रखे जायेंगे तथा आपको अपने आपको निर्दोष सिद्ध करना होगा।
सबसे अन्त में जम्मू-काश्मीर इस अधिनियम से बाहर होगा।

Our previous generations did not stop congress from dividing us on caste lines and hence now we cry and say that "IT IS SAD TO BE A General Category (Non SC/ST/OBC) in india".

नरेंद्र मोदी sez (स्पेशल इकनोमिक जोन) के विरुद्ध नहीं हैं। हाँ, विदेशियों के हाथों में मोदी कभी 'सेज़' नहीं देंगे।
 
कांग्रेस जनता को भविष्य के ख्याली सपने दिखा रही है जबकि उसके असली चरित्र तो उसके भूतकाल में मौजूद है. कांग्रेस पार्टी को चुनाव घोषणा पत्र जारी करना जनता को मुर्ख बनाना है उसका घोषणा पत्र तो उसका बीता हुआ १० साल है. जनता तो उसके भूतकाल में किये गए कृत्य को ध्यान में रखकर वोट देने ना देने का निर्णय कब की कर चुकी है. ये चुनाव प्रचार तो उन ५% गरीब जनता के लिए है जो व्यवस्था से त्रस्त हैं जिनके पास न तो टीवी है न मोबाइल न अखबार है जिनका जीवन दो सूखी रोटी के लिए अभी भी भटक रहा है.

For your kind consideration here are two minor questions to test the accuracy of your statement under reference:

On what data/information is based your statement with regard to B J P that it is comparatively most corruption-ridden and communal vis a vis other political parties ! Quote relevant study conducted on the issue please.

Secondly, could you kindly share with the members the demographic composition of the B J P members to justify the last two lines of your post under reference.

If yes, substantiate it !

* It is the Congress which gave India the gift of partition - Historians say that Nehru was adamant on being the PM of independent India after dividing India into Hindu and Muslim nations.

* It was the Congress which was responsible for turning India into a secular country despite having already given the Muslims a share. This is something similar to two brothers partitioning their ancestral property. The children of the younger brother staying in the house of the elder brother and when the children grow up, they again want a share/partition in the elder brother's property. Highly unreasonable and unfair to the elder brother and his own children.

* It was the Congress which gave away a sizeable chunk of Jammu & Kashmir to the Pakistanis and lately (through Pakistanis) to the Chinese.

* It was the Congress which gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir through Art. 370 thereby ensuring that J&K never became an integral part of India and that the simmering tension and strife passed on to the future generation of Indians as a legacy.

* It was the Congress whose inept handling of Indian defence system/preparedness led to Indian humiliation at the hands of the Chinese during the Sino-Indian war. Some call it the Himalayan Blunder (of Himalayan proportions).

* It was the Congress which redefined DICTATORSHIP during the uncalled for/unnecessary EMERGENCY declaration. When people including the judiciary questioned the dictatorial ways of the Congress, it declared emergency and shoved its critics into jails.

* It is anyone's guess since how long the Swiss Bank accounts have been maintained and why is the Congress not doing anything to get the Nation's looted wealth back to India.

* It is the Congress under whose very nose there was holocaust in Jammu & Kashmir where millions of Kashmiri Pandits were kicked out of their homes and made to flee out of Kashmir just because they were Hindus.

* It is the Congress whose leaders have been legally questioned for initiating and instigating Sikh massacre in 1984.

* It is the Congress which goes soft on Bangladeshis and gives them ration cards. Best example is Assam where the original Assamese Hindus have become a minority in their own land which is now swamped by the majority Bangladeshi muslim population. Congress wants this to be the scenario across the country.

* It is the Congress which plays with national security be going soft on terrorism and terrorists like Kasab and others.

* It is the Congress which rolls out red carpet for the Pakistanis even when Indian soldiers pay the price by getting their heads cut off.

* It is the Congress under whose leadership the country has witnessed Himalayan corruption starting from fruits and vegetables to 2G, Coal scam, commonwealth games etc, etc....................................


All parties including BJP are corrupt. It seems that this malaise of corruption today is flowing in the veins of every Indians like the harmful pesticides which has now become a reality of the ecosystem. However, unfortunately the choice today is between a petty thief (Non Congress) and the hardened criminal which has looted the country for over 60 years and which what has now brought the country to the very brink/edge by playing with national security and integrity. If we still vote for it, there would be no nation left where you can vote in the next 10-15 years.

Some says BJP is a party of the Baniyas and Brahmins. Is Congress not? Congress is the most dictatorial party ever that any country might have seen in a democratic setup.No one offers seats on a platter. One has to slog it out. There have been many bright and promising leaders in the BJP in the past and many are in the queue including Parvesh Verma.

I hope you will insist upon others also to provide data to substantiate their case to support any particular party. I think, the member is being unduly targetted because he is not falling in line with the majority. I think the moderators should apply the same yardstick to each and every member irrespective of his/her political leaning. Why double standards? If you read the history of this forum you will find 95% posts absolutely unsubstantiated by any logic, statistical proof and reasoning.
