Can be a good start...

It surely can be a good start if Deep's interest is genuine for welfare of his people. He can get direct honest opinions here without any middleman....
Few things he can work with are:
Allow/fund more private schools in rural areas for science/commerce and other job oriented streams...
Power issue had always demanded the attention.Allow more and more private power players...Govt alone can never meet the demand...And they will find their own innovative ways for making people to pay for what they use.It hurts me when I see lots of people wasting electricity both in villages and cities because they dont have to actually pay for it. A fix bill will come, no matter how much I use. Isliye din main bhi bulb jal rahe hain, unnecessary heater chal raha hai and no body bohters about it. Free main milne wali cheej ki khabhi kadar nahin hoti.Govt always finds itself stuck in vote politics and cant make them to pay for it.

Aji to phaer aise kahyiye na janaab kae yhaan kuch bhi Deepender kae liye post karan ki jagah ...aap nae hi saari request private message karan laag ja! ;):D [Just kidding! of course I am hoping he is taking some serious interest on the useful inputs here]

There are lot of educated people's in my Village having Master Degree but don't have work. They are diverting their energy to other bad things to earn money.

Things need to do:

1. Support and educate the people about the self employment as govt job is not possible for all.

2. Improve the infrastructure, which is very poor currently.

3. Take action against encroachers who has aquired public land illigally.

4. Need to concentrate on education with objective. Many students just aware of the fact that they are doing 10 to get the admission to reach 11. Futuristic thinking must be incalculated to these students, as it would be a moral boaster.

Why you need the weapon? let it be buried where it is.

This thread was started by Lamba Saheb for bringing some constructive suggestions. I mean suggestions for the larger good of the public or in exceptional cases where an individual needs help desperately.

My suggestion to Sh. Hooda would be related to the issues/ areas raised by
Siddharth Chhikara. There should be a public commitee to oversee these projects. I mean to develop a culture of participation of the rural communities.
It shouldn't be only the elected members of the Village Panchayats but Village elders too.

My second suggestion is to strengthen Health services in the rural areas. At least, there should be Lab facilites at Block level to collect and analyse samples to diagnose/ detect serious health problems like Cancer,TB, AIDS etc. at an earliest stage. I remember him taking some initiative lately by organising rural health camps. But we need these facilities permanently and urgently.

Kalkhandeji....thanks but one question
Views sirf convey hi hote hain yaa unpe amal bhi hota hai.
Can you please mention any view expressed here that you conveyed and action was taken by Hooda bhai sahab?

Just saw this...

Thanks everyone for expressing views and providing suggestions; I also appreciate the fact that overall so far the tone of this particular thread is not-so-political -- I hope it stays that way.

Well all I can say at this point is that, I will, from time to time, keep trying to access this forum to find suggestions from the members. I can not promise that I will be able to act on everyone of the suggestions, but I will sincerely try, where ever I can, to do my best.

Whenever due to lack of time or connectivity I am unable to access this for a long time, I trust RK ji will be able to provide updates?

Regards to everyone,
Deepender

Thanks Deepender for visiting the thread!

Yes, it is true that you can't act upon every suggestion but can try. I would like to second the apprehension expressed by Siddharth Chhikara regarding quality of public projects. A watchdog at the local level or a surprise visit by someone like you or a local representative (MLA/ Jila Parishad Member/DC/SDM) should keep the pressure on the contractors.

With best wishes!

Great to see positive inputs (except few) in this thread. I am sure Deepender will surely help us in solving common man problem.

Thanks to Deepender bhai for visiting the thread and confirming to everyone that its not one way communication !!!

Gudgama ... (Gurgaon - the cyber city of today)... still poor infra ...

Le bhai deepender .... kade mauka lage to GudGame te Rohtak jaiyo Bus aale route te .... aapne appe bera pat jyaga Bus Service ki sthiti ...jab mahal ki makhiya ki dhala log bus pe chadhe dikhenge ...

Gurgaon is growing very fast because of its geographical location near to delhi and some govt efforts too.... the new gurgaon is growing fast but on the other hand ...

1) BUS Service --- I usually travel from Rohtak to Gurgaon and its bus service is very pathetic. Lots of passengers rush to Gurgaon on Monday and back to their natives on fridays/saturdays ... on those days its really crash like situation.

a) There should be 30 minutes bus service from Gurgaon to Sirsa and Jind .... So as to facilitate the commuters and passengers.
b) In the evening time the frequency from both sides Bahadurgarh and Gurgaon is very much poor and people face lots and lots of problems due to this. There should be busses at these routes till late night say till 11, may be less frequent.
c) Bus Stand is in bad condition and it seems that it will not be capable of holding its services efficiently in future, so it should be shifted somewhere in the open area and build with plan.
d) Internal bus service should also be improved.

2) Roads in Gurgaon - New gurgaon is new development but when we look at the railway road and the old railway road .... its pathetic in condition.

Aise road ho rahe hein ki agar koe pregnant lady roj jati ho us road par ke to SATMASSA balak ho .... jhatke kha kha ke ...

Overall infra of Gurgaon should be taken care of as it is milk yielding cow for haryana.

3) Illegal colonies - Illegal colonies in Gurgaon are growing like mashrooms ... Govt should take immediate action to legalise the old ones and stop the new upbringings to save the money of midium class, who are the prey to those real estate agents who develop these illegal colonies being affordable in rates in respect of the legalise ones.

Real estate alle to banan lag rahe hein er bichara gareeb aadmi jod jod rupiyee kathhe kare er pher illegal ki talwar latke ja sir pe ....

Dear members, I am starting a separate thread for the Problems/Issues of Gurgaon Region ... Please provide your views regarding this on ...

manne tte RK ji sub tte important ekk batt laage sse. ukk in jattan nne gujjar/minhas tte kuchh tte subuck lennya chahiye. dono mhare close cousin ssen, ekk budd-gujjar got me te banya aur ekk minhas got me tte banya. aur jatt ka cousin koi befkoof koni.

aur bhai cousin/koozin bhi chhodo, Rajasthan ka mhara bhai bhi koi bewakoof koni.

RK Ji non-Rajasthani Jat ko bhi aarakshan mile, this I think is the best anybody can do for his brothers. While other castes like Gujjar, Meena, Yadavs etc. are fighting do or die battle to get more and more advantage, non-Rajasthani Jats are still ignorant, misled or helpless.

Sahe ekaha bhaisahab jab gujaron ko haryan mainsobc quota mil sakta hai jo ki faridabad main sabse jyaada paise waale hain sabke crasher chal rahe hain...

Conclusions
thankful to you all my blood brothers for sharing your views if my words were desi, haryanvi or bit hard sometimes, please take them in right spirit with due regard to all of you, while thread continues I'll be bit busy for some days and would like to take leave. My conclusions from the above discussions are the following:

1. Many Jats lack awareness regarding their utmost needs and immediate priorities. OBC reservation is the fact which is most immediately obvious of these. It cries for instant action and no further wastage of time.

2. Some people on this site are not Jats but pretend to be Jats. They always try to misguide people here against the interests of Jats.

3. Some Jats here are either ignorant of the plight of rural Jats or unnecessarilly try be over-idealists and seudo-nationalists. Real india is not this geographical unit only but the majority of its population. Majority of population of India favours aarakshan.

4. Jats were not included in reserve category and with other non-reserved people they started singing to the tune of those people that reservation is no good to nation or even to the people who are getting reservation. Though these are open broad day lite facts to see how Meenas rose in 50 years. Why then Gujjars agitate? etc.

All such theories behind such seudo-logics is the frustration of non-reserved people to see some government jobs slipping out of their hands.

5. No doubt some Jats are really meritorious and well to do. They neither require reservation nor desire it. But they are over enthusiastic and sadly mistaken that all Jats are like them. Also they do not know what harm they are doing to his poor brother Jat in village by saying "NO TO RESERVATION". They always have option to be in general category if Jat comes in OBC but poor Jat does not have option to be in OBC if Jat remains in general category.

6. Jats have tendency of justice and equality and think too much of other castes etc. Its positive quality though but excess is bad.

7. Some Jats are too proudy. Though its also good but somewhere some practical angle should also be there.

8. Jats always have the tendency to take the lead like Hanuman. Which always costs them dearly. They forget that sometimes Bania attitude is also beneficial. Whether its reservationist group or non-reservationist group Jats come on the fore-front from both sides and fight among themselves while other beneficiary and non-beneficiary castes simply speak or infuse them or watch silently. This was seen recently in Delhi and around in anti-rservation stir 1-2 years back. Rajasthan Jats were at the fore front opposing reservation violently in early nineties.

9. They do not understand where exactly are lying their interests. They fail to realise that they are about 1% of India's population. Their support or opposition will hardly make some impact on reservation policy. They should better channelise their energy in finding their position in this caste reservation structure. So dnt support and dnt oppose better join in it as OBC.

10. Some Jats are over cautious of OBC tag over their caste. They should take lesson from Gujjar and Meenas. Jats have common hucca with them. And when they are happy in ST category why cant you tolerate just OBC. O bhai OBC kum se kum ST se to upper hai.

11. Jats are the most backward in non-reserved category. So these people were and will always be above them even without reservation. Other castes who are lower than Jats will again be over the Jats due to reservation. So Jat is fast sinking at the lowest bottom of sea with the passage of time. He is the worst sufferer due to reservation.

12. Jat is most forward in OBC. If he comes in OBC then he is best gainer in reservation.

13. Reservation ek voton ki rajniti hai ye kahne se kuchh nahin hota. Rajniti to sari hi voton ki hai and our constitution provides for that. In fact this vote rajniti of reservation favours Jat most. 70% of Indian population is OBC and Jat is at the top of this 70%. Ye rasta Jat ko PM ki taraf le jata hai.

14. Doosri taraf Jat 10-20% non-reserved category me sub se neeche hai. Ek Jat hi atka rah gaya hai. To bhai Jat tu bhi bhaajj lle pawan nne dhar ke sir pe.

15. Jat ka reservation ko support karna aur oppose karna bheet me sir marne jaisa hai. Is se reservation pe koi asar nahin padta. Aur chup baithna sumunder me doobne jaisa hai where very fast he is sinking and heading towards bottom. To bhai ab haath paanw te marne hi padenge tairne ke liye.

16. Jat reservation ko ek ghar ka halwa samajh ke baat kar rahe hain.Ye Haryana ka Jat itne serious halat me bhi aise aintha baitha hai jaise Taayee thali me use halwa paros rahi ho. Ukk beta halwa kha le, na tayee me na khata is halwa ne.

Bhaiyo hum bhi aap jaise hi Jat hain abhi to aap log aise mana kar rahe hain jaise ghar ka halwa ho per jab aap log haan bhi kar doge to koi aap ko koi ye itni asaani se nahin dene wala. You have to fight for it. You have no other option. Sooner is better.

my best wishes

Dear friends this was my Q on 22 March 2002 and I am repeating thia again. This is my view now and also on that day.
There are 7 pages of 300 threads on this subject on this site.
this will not be last- Good for time pass.
Jat ko Samjhana bhagwan ky kahbu sy bhi bahar hae.
I was part of the DR Gayanparkash Pilaniya team in Rajsthan resevation movement. I was invited by Dr GhasiRam Verma and his team to Sanghariya to help in this movement. We made a solid plan for a peaceful movement.
Unity on ground level and on public platform.
We used mass media and pressure from all over world. We got resevation by very peaceful- Democartic way.
Why we can not do in Haryana now.
We asked every CM from Haryana. We asked on 13 March 2005 to CM Haryana Hooda Sahib
in International Jat Conference inNew Delhi.
Hooda Sahib ny Kahan koe mujh ko Iska fayda batlade- Samjha dae to Bat karengy.
Hamne kaha Jab Rajsthan-UP- MP- Delhi ky Jatoo ko benefit mil raha tao
Haryana ko Perhej kuon hae. Yah DR Pilanaya sahib Benefit Samjha dengy.
Aur kase milega Yah bhi Samjha dengy- aur AP 5 Yrs CM bhi aram se Bane rahogy/
har Jagah Politics chalti hae-
Jab Hooda sahib opposition thae 1999- Khud resevation support kar han.

Give Jats in Haryana OBC status, says Hooda
EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE

CHANDIGARH, Oct 22: Haryana Congress president Bhupinder Singh Hooda today demanded OBC status for Jats, Jat Sikhs, Bishnois, Tyagis and Rors.
In a statement here, Hooda said there should be no discrimination against Jats in Haryana when they had been accorded the OBC status in Rajasthan and Delhi.

He added that the Gurnam Singh Commission had recommended inclusion of Jats, Jat Sikhs, Bishnois and Rors in the list of OBC. The HPCC president asked Haryana Chief Minister Om Parkash Chatuala to clarify his stand on the recommendations of the commission.

"Chautala must inform whether he will accord the OBC status to these communities," he said.

He also congratulated Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and the Delhi Chief Minister for taking positive steps by conferring OBC status on Jats in their states.

RK JI, it will be nice of you to take this to deependers notice ...

no offences, but truth.

there is a saying 'Haathi ke daant khane ke aur dikhane ke aur'

ye kahawat politicians pe fit baithti hai. vo demand aur wade poore karne ke liye nahin, sirf logon ko bahkane ke liye karte hain.

hi,

if there is already a recommendation from gurnam singh commision regarding reservation for jats , than its a little bit easy to implement..

it all requires political willingness...

Regards
Jitender

reservation is not so easy to be implemented

Jitenderji, reservations for jats is not so easy to be implemented as there is no will to implement it among political leaders of jat community. They make the hollow promises for jats only during elections. They use jat card to get maximum votes during elections & to remain in power. Merit of the candidates is totally ignored while appointing them to govt. jobs.Every jat voter will have to know the value of his/her vote & they will have to show unity among themselves to get resarvations for jats to be implemented in the near future.

Speed of development work in Rohtak

Deependerji, the speed of the development work in Rohtak has to be made fast so that it can be completed in time & also residents of Rohtak can get rid of environment which is full of dust. The construction work of railway over-bridges should also be given to big companies so that it can be completed in time. For example, railway over-bridge near Kaath-mandi in Rohtak is progressing so slow as if it will be completed in next 10 years.
Also the work of widening of Shimli-Bhambhewa-Karor road is progressing so slowly as if the time allotted to complete it is 5 years. The contractor used to stop work for one month and then start it again as if he has sole power to complete it in any time he likes. The villagers of the nearby villages are having great difficulty to cope up with semi-metalled road for 5-6 months.Sir,I would like to request you personally monitor all development works & above two works in particular as you are a M.P. from Rohtak & young. So for your better future you will have to monitor these development works personally. You should try to get them completed as early as possible. So please do the needful. Please excuse me for the mistakes.

No need to tell anything, its evident

I am not against Depender as a person, but this thread is dedicated to a politician, so do you guys think that we have to remind our politicians every day even to provide the basic infrastructure. The state of affairs in Haryana is such that everything is visible and evident provided our politicians have the eyes to see the plight of common man.

I have few questions for Depender, or any other politician-

-About 70% of India's population lives in villages and this major fraction has been ignored for many years by every political party, including Depender.

-Are the villages in Dependers constituency getting clean drinking water regularly. If not, has Depender visited any of the affected villages and discuused the problem to solve it?

-Are the villages in Dependers constituency getting their share of electricity supply on regular basis. If not did Depender visited the area and tried to solve it?

- How many school Depender got upgraded (in villages) in his constituency to make education more assesible for villagers. How many new school are started because of Dependers efforts?

-How many foundation stones has Depender laid so far for starting new hospital or dispensary in villages falling in his constituency?

-How many new roads are made so far to join different villages together or to cities by Depender? How good is the condition of roads?

-Loan process for farmers is to difficult. Even if govt value of land is about 10 lac, while taking a loan, bank considers that value in thousands as security. Why so? A bania can get a big loan easily even without security.

I know lots of work in Rohtak is going on but thats not where majority of people live.

There are lots of other questions and Depender probably have answer to these all. This not only for Depender but for all the politicians, be it past or present. They can assess themselves by introspection.

Though education is good but educated politicians are of no use if they cannot feel the plight of comman man. Giving speech in parliament is different thing and working on ground to proove yourself is different. I have no idea how much work Depender has done in his constituency but answers of these questions can give us an insight how how good depender or anyother politician is. Feedback from members is highly appriciated.

Depender or any of his secretary can put some light on it.
