I'm Neeraj Nauhwar. I'm PA to Hon'ble Defence Minister of India. I have a good news to share with you. Dr. S K Tewatia has done significant research work recently. On the basis of that, he has published a few papers in the reputed international journals as main author. His co-authors consist of the Professors/Directors/Deputy Directors of reputed research organization and institutes like Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, IIT Roorkee etc.

Dr. Tewatia's two Papers were published in American Society of Testing and Materials Journal of Testing and Evaluation in September 2006 issue. Its a multi-disciplinary journal of all engineerings and applied sciences. On 5th January 2007, Springer's Journal Of Geotechnical and Geological Engineering published his paper. Springers is the second largest publisher of the world. Even Einstein's theory of relativity was published in Springer's journal.

Dr. Tewatia's biography has already been published in

Congratulations Tewatia Sir

.
Again, a very good news. Last year, Dr. Tewatia was elected for the Executive Committee of 30,000 strong IIT Delhi Alumni Association – read earlier thread here.

Can a portion of one of Dr. Tewatia’s papers be posted on Jatland’s Education forum (in case it is available electronically) ?

You are a gem among Jats, Tewatia Sir – we are all proud of you.

Who is the good florist here – Yash Beniwal? Bhai, put some nice bouquet of flowers on this thread !
.

Congrats !

Congrats Tewatia Sir !

You make us feel proud !

Keep doing all the gud stuff, Sir :)

All the best.

My Dadi was Deswal. A small village at Palwal, named as Lullpura, reminds me of Lalliya Sahi Jats at the border. Once she took me from Janauli to Bhulmane. I was a little child then. Near about Hodal we dropped from the rail. Then, there was a village Bhullmaane. A bit confusing, as this research is, later on I came to know that this village was a combination of Buhllar/Bhullar and Mann Jats.

Rajasthan was in fact Jatistan. Sahu is your got and Sunda was the goth of Kumbharam Arya. Please see my post on Gutasya Putra, due to whom Ujjain was so known. Its all contribution of young Jat boys now a days...

Gustakhi maaf Sir - you had stated "a scientist can never afford to joke" - you are humorous too ! Please try to write a few lines in humor forum also.
:p

Dr. Tewatia is definately one of the brightest gems among Jats ..... My chest swelled up with pride when I read this post.

This is a big finger to all those (both here & elsewhere) who question the abilities of Jats and their intellectual capabilities.

Dr. Tewatia you are a genius Sir ...... and you truly represent what makes us feel proud about our blood & our name .......

Tewatia Ji
Truly am so proud of you.. and surprisingly the thing that i am proud of the most is that you have kept such a low profile on Jatland...

Heartiest Congratulations Dr. Tewatia ji,

Good to know that your Dadi was a Deshwal and I am proud to say that i am from the Village Ladhaut, one of the oldest village in Disst. Rohtak and Kheda ( original place) of Deshwal Khap.THe possible transition to your Dadi's village was:

Ladhaut----Baliyana(Rohtak)-----Dhullehda(Jhajhaar)-----Ghodi(Palwal)-------Lullpura (Palwal)

Stragely Baliyana, Dhullehda and Ghodi are all very-2 big villages. Each may be 3-4 times of Ladhaut.

Probablely Dayanad Deshwal's village Khedka also moved from Dhullehda

Thanks for your nice suggestion, Sir, I've posted in Jatland's Education forum as per your advice, like this

Hi! I'm Geotechnical and Water Resources Engineer
I did B.Tech. (Civil) from IIT Delhi. M.E.(Hons) in Water Resources Development from IIT Roorkee. And Ph.D. Topic was "Time Dependent Behavior of Clayey Soils". Most of my research papers are in Geotechnical Engineering. However, I write in some Multi-Discplinary Journals also belonging to all engineerings and applied sciences. People from all disciplines, particularly from Civil/Geotechnical Engineering are most welcome to interact with me. My research work is applicable to understand and solve the foundation problems of Leaning Tower of Pissa in Italy.

A sample paper of mine is available on this site.

Thankyou very much Sir. It will be a great honour for me to co-author a book with you. Rather, I'm insisting to write research papers on Jat history and publish them in international journals of history. Reviewers of these journals need not necessarilly be Indians. Foreign historians are fair and usually not biased against Jat history. I'm in touch with a few in USA who are interested in World/Indian Jat history. Dr. Savescue from Romania has written many books on Romanian, Indian and World Jat history. One of his book carries the title "We (Romanians) are not Romans, We are Gets (Jats)". It will be good to interact with such historians also even if our view points are little different. If some papers are published in international journals then our say gets authenticated and we can force Indian historians too to write the text books accordingly.

We are proud of you to be from freedom fighters family. Yes, we have villages of Dallals also at Palwal. Inter marriages in Dalal and Deswal are banned. Similar is the case with Brar-Joon, Dahiya-Dabas etc.

Thanks a lot, Sir. Good to know people like you. Thanks for your perfect information also. I used to play at Ghodi/Ghori village also in my childhood. Its near village Syohll which is my mother's village. Some gots migrated from Rohtak-Hissar area to Palwal/Ballabgarh area. Apart from Deswal, they are
Dalal
Gahlauts and Dabas of Seoul/Syohll
Kundu
Phogat
Lambas of Amarpur etc. I used to go to see Lft. General KK Singh at Amarpur in 80's. Tewatias migrated from Januthal on Deegh-Kama road in Bharatpur, Rajasthan to Janauli at Palwal more than 2000 years back. Tewatia have the biggest pal/khap at Palwal followed by Rawat, Sehrawat, Sauraut, Dagar etc.
