भाई कराड़ का भीतर क्यूकर जी लाग रा होगा.... "फुलझड़ियाँ" बिना .... हा हा हा हा हा हा | सारे पत्ते खुलेंगे इसके...एर इस कराड़ की घर आली जिन्दी माखी क्यूकर खाया करती इतने साल.... सेठानी भी जमा दही बड़े चाट पापड़ी में ए डूबी रही के ?!

fer to eeb atul wassan bhi khoob raji ho rhya hoga...

koi mediawalo ko yaad dilao ye baat... ek bar atul se ja ke pooche ki "ab aapko kaisa lag ruha hai???" taki us kande ko thodi or mirchi lage... susre kande ne vo shareef manas khaam-kha cheet diya tha...

While i do not support Kanda in harassing the female to return to his company, this seems pretty justified in the new developments that Kanda had bought some properties in her name which she was not willing to transfer back. Just being a female and taking her own live does not make Geetika a saint. She had chosen the path which led to her doom herself. Not even her family questioned the closeness of Geetika to Kanda and the comforts showered on her by Kanda when everything was going good.

What appears to me is that Kanda harassed her to return so that she and her family does not make off with his illegal assets. And Sharma and family can not held totally right morally or characterwise with their actions leading to this day.

बाह्मण तो खीर खाया करें दुसरे की.... लेकिन ये गीतिका के घर आले तो जिन्दा माखी खावें थे.... एर करोड़ा की प्रोपर्टी बनावे थी छोरी दिन रात... और के चाहिए था इन् ने.......................एर कांडा अपनी कीमत वसूले था...... सारा रोला तो जिब माच्या स जब दोनु साइड आल्यान का नुक्सान होवन लाग्या....
एब वो कमाई का जरिया ख़तम हो लिया तो के करैं ?

In a shameless manner, it not only converted prime agriculture land bought by former minister Gopal Kanda’s cronies but also overturned the Draft Development Plan of the Gurgaon Manesar Urban Complex, 2031.”Chautala further alleged that apart from Kanda, such decisions were part of a greater nexus that facilitated projects of a few other leaders as well. He promised to expose the Hooda government’s various scams, particularly, he added, where the government had connived with builders and realtors. “The Chief Minister should quit after being exposed badly on all fronts. These are nothing but clear cases of the government’s criminal intent, where it has taken its usual route to hobnob with builders to dupe the public and rob the state exchequer,” Chautala said.Ridiculing the government for preparing the master plan up to 2031, Chautala said that while the Congress-led central government was unsure of its survival, the party’s most vulnerable chief minister was planning for 2031 “as if his government was going to survive till then”.

Delhi Court Dismisses Gopal Kanda'a Bail Plea

Former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda was today denied bail in the Geetika Sharma suicide case by a Delhi court which said further probe was needed in view of a police report that the victim was pregnant in March this year.

The court said there was need to investigate whether there was any connection between the pregnancy and the alleged pressure by Kanda on Geetika to join his company.

"In the police file, there is report of a private gynaecologist which shows applicant/accused and victim had visited the clinic on March 9, 2012 and the victim woman was pregnant. This may be one of the cause for her first suicide note dated May 4," District and Additional Sessions Judge S K Sarvaria said.

Taking note of the report of the gynaecologist, the court said, "it may be one of the causes for her to think about suicide and write a suicide note on May 4 but somehow she changed her mind. However, pressure tactics of accused allegedly continued and she was telephonically contacted to join duty," the court noted.

It also said, "The postmortem report collected during investigation by the IO shows one strange thing that the deceased/victim woman was habituated to sexual intercourse, therefore, the matter requires investigation whether the victim declined to join the services with the accused or was being pressurized to join it for the purpose of her sexual abuse or not.

The judge noted that "the present case shows direct allegation against Kanda and Aruna Chadha (his employee and co-accused) who were pressurizing the victim woman again and again right from 2010 when she resigned from the job and joined Emirates Airlines in Dubai..."

"There are allegations of continuous exerting pressure upon the victim to join the company of accused Gopal Goyal. The two suicide notes dated August 4 and May 4 prima facie show that victim on account of pressure from Kanda and Chadha wanted to commit suicide."

Earlier, Kanda's counsel Ramesh Gupta had contended that there was no evidence that Geetika was pregnant with Kanda's child.

He argued that "the police has been saying Kanda was in touch with Geetika telephonically but it has failed to show if there was any physical contact between them."

Public Prosecutor Rajiv Mohan had vehemently opposed Kanda's bail saying he is an influential person and is a sitting Haryana MLA and can tamper with evidence and influence public witness if released on bail.

A Haryana minister is in the dock along with two Congress leaders for his objectionable comments against flight attendant Geetika Sharma, who committed suicide August this year in New Delhi and blamed former state minister Gopal Kanda and another woman for driving her to it.
Labour and Employment Minister Shiv Charan Sharma has landed himself in the middle of a new controversy after he not only attended birthday celebrations of Kanda, who is at present in Delhi's Tihar Jail, in Haryana's Sirsa town but also termed Geetika as a "mere servant" of the former minister.
"This (case against Kanda) is not a big one. He (Kanda) appointed her (Geetika) as a servant by mistake," Sharma, who is also the minister for information and public relations, told the gathering from the dais at Kanda's birthday celebrations.
The birthday celebrations were organised Saturday (Dec 29) in Sirsa town, 300 km from here, by Kanda's younger brother, Govind Kanda.
Kanda, who is a sitting legislator, was arrested by Delhi Police August this year after his name figured in the suicide note of Geetika, who worked in Kanda's now defunct MDLR Airlines.
In her suicide note, she named Kanda and another MDLR official, Aruna Chadha, for her suicide.
Kanda was forced to resign as Haryana's minister of state for home affairs and urban local bodies after the controversy broke out.
Sharma's comments were not the only ones on the occasion.
Haryana's chief parliamentary secretary (CPS) and legislator Parhlad Singh Gillankhera, who also attended the birthday bash in Sirsa town, told the gathering that Gopal Kanda's birthday was also being celebrated in the Delhi jail.
"He will soon be amongst us," he said.
Another former minister, O.P. Jain, who was forced to resign from the Hooda government after his name figured in the murder conspiracy of a village headman in 2011, also attended the event in Sirsa.
There was no immediate reaction from Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, his government or state Congress leaders on the controversy around Sharma and others.

Apne bachav ki koshish har koi karta hai. Kasoorvaar voh jo pakda jaye, joh bach jaye vohto khud hi apne aap ko beykasoor manne lagta hai. Kuch mahiney pehle Saara Media Kanda ki publicity kar rahya thaa. Abhi kuch dino men mamla thanda hoyega. People's Memory is short lived. Now Damini Issue is on, Kanda is almost forgotten. And all Media is looking for is Masala to sell its numbers. Almost all newspapers/channels, emotions are being sold & we are stupid enough to get carried away everytime.
