Dear friends,

I have thoroughly read the mythological scriptures and having known the deeds of Lord Hanuman and what he stood for, his unquestioning loyality to Lord Ram and family made me wonder if he was the true Jat.

I have firmly started believing so and hold him as the role model Jat.

Is my belief true or unfounded.

Well friends,
This is indeed a very urgent topic to address. I once read at a similar forum that 'ghatotkach, the demon son of Bhim was a Jat. No wonder since Bhim was a descendant of Hanuman as pawan putra (they were the sons of Pawan Dev), there was some relation.
The only missing point which remains to be explored is the long tail Hanuman had between his legs. That was such an important organ to have. It could be used tactfully to ward of flies and scrub the red buttocks after dipping them in fresh water for sanitary reasons.
Of course Hanuman Ji was more civilized than many humans at that time. His hygienic requirements were unparalleled.
The big question is, ‘how did that formidable tail, which every one else envied, got lost by the time we came across Ghatotkach?
It is still a mystery but Rajputs must be jealous of such a jewel, which could be used for dating rituals, nevertheless Hanuman voluntarily declined such extended use of his divine 'fifth limb' because he adhered to Brahamcharya.
Was there any conspiracy to take away the greatest Jat symbol: six feet, bushy tail between legs, it had real muscles, not like the ones cows have, but the ones which langoors have. These special tails remain erect with pride, just what Jat psyche depicts.

We should discuss all these possibilities in great details, and find out if in Sri Lanka some of Jat brothers are in search of there missing identity.

The concept that hanuman was ‘maan’ is also possible. We must find out whether superman, Spiderman, batman, etc all ‘mans’ are also in some ways related to our glorious past. How the westerns animators stole the ideas from Jat superheroes should not be taken lightly.
We must also pay homage to the model Jat, shri Hanuman by getting ourselves photographed with an artificial tail, coming straight out of our legs and standing higher than our heights.
If Rajputs, Baniyas and Brahmins have any role to play in these missing pieces of puzzles, it is high time we find that out.

Such important topics can be missed and I request the site moderators to start a separate folder’ Devine Jat revelations’ which should be immediately checked to dispel important announcements.

Of course, Hanuman Ji was a jat.

Jump now,
Bharat

Dr Saheb,
Ur analysis has given me a new insight into jat culture and history. The Qs raised by u are very important and I am sure the great Jat historians, learned critics and analysts who are members of this forum will urgently research on the issues and update everyone. Just like the mystry of the missing link inthe evolution of humans, we have a missing link in the evolution of hanuman.

I have also seen a research which indicated that Islam was started by a Jat decendant of hanuman, called rehman. He turned away from Jat culture and went to arabia where he started the Islamic movement. U will more likely reconise him by the name muhamad, which actually is derived from his nick name "muh mod" (since he turned away from the establishment).

I hope the members will be able to use the hints provided by Dr saheb and solve this puzzle soon.

Building further on the above theory, another decendent of Hanuman, called Brahman kept control of Hindu relegion and made sure that his other Jat brothers were pushed down the ladder of Hinduism....LOL

hehehe. that one was a god one tau. how about hitman. anyone heard of him.

Hanuman ji

One of my jat friend from Baraut convinced me that Hanumanji was JAT because -kisi ki biwi(SH RAM) ko koi utha kar (RAVANA)lay gaya, keval ek JAT he apni pooch me aag laga kar lanka ko jala sakta hai.

Stretching my imaginations further on the subject of Rehman and Braman. Brahmans called their religious writings as PURAN. Rehman decided to call their book KURAN, which sounds almost similar. ... Hope my theory sticks...LOL

Well I know a bunch load of Jats, including me who are Hanuman bhakts. Well I am not going in for the theological aspect of my admiration for Hanuman, but for the anecdotally mythological reasons. Hanuman seems to be a dude with a clean heart, good intentions and loyalty for his master. Those are the traits of a gentleman.

Hanumanji was a JAT!

Hanumanji was a JAT coz he had three abilities of jat-
J-JUSTICE
A-ACTION

People say that Hanuman was a Jat because "Bahu kisse ki, tha kae ko
le gaya, err Hanuman nae apni pucchad pe aag la lee". Issa
kaam tae ko Jat eh kar saka sae.

I also liked the Hanu "Maan" part. :-)

But seriously, I doubt it. What kind of Jat would be a
"Brahmachaari" ? I mean come on !!! Green blooded,
testesterone oozing Jat males pledging to stay away fom those
intoxicating curves ?

No way !! You gotta be kidding me.
Yoh baander Jat konya !

Phougat sahab,
please replace 'was' with 'is' from ur subject " Hanuman : Was he a Jat??? " because according to my little knowledge of hindu methology 'ashvthama' and 'hanuman' are immortals.
