So you mean, A. Raja and others facing corruption charges in 2G Spectrum case are innocent people framed by CBI???? According to you Bhajan Lal Clan and Chautala Clan are as sacred as Ganges!!!

It may not be for any political gain but, undoubtedly, Kejriwal has made a tactical blunder in Hissar which will unfortunately prove to be costly for a very good campaign, which I have been supportive of from the very beginning.

Why BJP (a coalition partner of HJC in Haryana) is not endorsing appointment of a Lokayukt in Gujrat??? What a paradox??? How far one can trust such hypocrites??
 
What I have read is that Guj Governor did not follow the due process of selecting the lokayukt, and that's why the case is also in court now. What BJP is alleging is that on several occassions Modi govt approached gov for appointment on lokayukt but they were ignored. Finally Gov made an appt without consulting the CM which is against the process. We all know that Congress is notorious for misusing teh constitutional posts such as Gov. Who can forget the infamous Romesh Bhandari (ex Gov UP)

Sir you are trying to be ignorant while you are very well aware of the facts... whole machinery is being used by elected govts for thr political gains... if CBI is so indpendent then why they are not ready to investigate Chiddu??

Congress is infamous to misuse Governers in Non-congress ruled states.. Whole country know this fact... dont know how you missed to understand this simple thing...

That is why I am asking whether the case against A. Raja and others has some substance or just a fabrication by CBI on the behest of this infamous government??. Your valuable thoughts please. Believe me, I am really ignorant in this regard.

I was really not aware of this fact. But one thing you would perhaps agree is that if the Lokayukts are appointed according to the taste and liking of the State Chief Ministers, their functioning may not be impartial

The difference between case on A Raja and Chautalas :


There are clear evidences that Mr A Raja of UPA and several other ministers misused their powers to sell the spectrum as per their choice and caused loss of billions. They sold the country. This was wide known through CAG.... ( CBI is forced to register a case as CAG raised it).


IF CASE IS REGISTERED ON A RAJA --- Does not mean that CBI is not under Govt pressure at all.


For case on Chautalas or Mayawati ---- CBI was forced by govt. There were no other agency which raised this. For example--- in Ajay Chautala's case, CBI first started with 1000 Crore, then made it 100 crore and now down to 8 crores only. This is all fabricated as Ajay Chautala himself has shown a property of 40 crores in his recent nomination papers. If he has shown it incorrectly, Ajay Chautala should be asked to pay more Tax and he should be punished - no doubt..... But seems CBI wants to delay it till 2014 elections ------ Lekin kitna e jor laga lyo...Duniya ke baawli s....!!!


Er haan, Centre mein anti Congress ( I will not name BJP or NDA... naa to mirch laagengi kise ke) ...... Any anti congress govt aawan dyo.... Je Robert Vadhra pe CBI ke 77 case naa hon to.... CBI to bikki padi s..!!

It is not new that JP will lose..... but new thing is that - more the 13th Oct 2011 ( Manhooos din for polling) is coming near, Congressis find it hard to digest.... Ebb tein to HOODA saab ke campaign ne sabb kuchh dhundhlaa kar raakhya thaa....

Reason - Anna Hajaare, Chautala, Kuldeep Bishnoi and 10 lakh voters....!! Kaanch kaadh dengey JP ki !!
