The Supreme Court of India has declared that Section 377 of IPC is constitutionally valid under which homosexual acts are a criminal offence punishable with life-term.

Should the Parliament amend the constitution to drop this section or the ban on homosexuality should be continued.
 
Thanx honourable supremecourt for this verdict in favour of humanity. It will discourage people with these kind of interest to come in public and will be helpful in restricting it.

I read this article with one lawyer saying " isme unki kya galti hai agr wo homosexual paida hue hai to" that moron is not aware that nobody is born homosexual. Man and women have hormons that naturally show his /her interest in opposite sex. Homosexuality is because of people dirty interest. Its not natural.

Amid an uproar over the Supreme Court verdict on gay rights issue, Congress chief Sonia Gandhi on Thursday said she was disappointed that the apex court had reversed a previous Delhi high court judgement decriminalising homosexuality and hoped Parliament would address the matter."I am disappointed that the Supreme Court has reversed a previous Delhi High Court ruling on the issue of gay rights. The High Court had wisely removed an archaic, repressive and unjust law that infringed on the basic human rights enshrined in our Constitution," the UPA Chairperson said.

Australia also strikes down the Gay marriage law. It said that ''In a landmark ruling, Australia's highest court on Thursday struck down the gay marriage law in the country's capital Canberra saying it could not operate concurrently with the federal Marriage Act.The high court unanimously ruled that the ACT's law could not operate concurrently with the federal Marriage Act, which was amended in 2004 to define marriage as between a man and a woman.The verdict came after the federal government had challenged the validity of the Australian Capital Territory's law that allowed same sex marriages in Canberra and surrounding areas.The court said, "the object of the ACT Act is to provide for marriage equality for same sex couples and not for some form of legally recognised relationship which is relevantly different from the relationship of marriage which federal law provides for and recognises."

She should be more concerned about other important issues like sustained growth of GDP and Human Development Index by eliminating deep rooted corruption in the system. The issue of homosexuality should not have warranted her attention. Only a handful of pervert minds pretending to be icons of modernity are crying foul on the Apex Court's judgement. It is though a societal malaise, it has not yet infected the common man. Some copy caters and blind followers of Western culture are out to destroy our culture and polluting the young brains. Enough is enough and society has to awaken against this disgust.

We are not born with a lot of personality traits and gain them over time, it is fine if a few consenting adults want to live this way. Why should you or me or courts judge them, or not let them live the way they want?
 
भारत कि कोर्ट चाहे तो २ चाहने वालो को अपराधी करार दे सकती है, और वोही कोर्ट वैसे ही काम करने के लिए खाप को असवैंधानिक घोषित कर देती है... इसे आप दोगलापन नहीं कहेंगे तो क्या कहेंगे?

लेकिन विकास, कोए अल्बादी बालक एक आधा ठीक काम करदे तो उसको ठीक बताने में क्या हर्ज़ है i समाज में रहते हुए व्यक्ति को अपनी विक्षिप्त मानसिकता को नियंत्रित करना होगा i इस मानसिकता को यों खुला छोड़ दिया जाये तो यह अपनी हवस की पूर्ति के लिए किसी भी हद तक गिर सकने में कोई संकोच नहीं करेगी i जब समाज का कोई वर्ग या व्यक्ति सामाजिक मान मर्यादाओं को धता बता कर अपनी जंगली हवस की पूर्ति हेतु घिनौने कृत्य करने को मानवाधिकारों की दुहाई देकर न्यायसंगत ठहराने की कोशिश करता है तो न्यायपालिका का हस्तक्षेप अनिवार्य हो जाता है i क्या आपको लगता है कि समलैंगिक सम्बन्धों जैसे अप्राकृतिक और शर्मनाक क्रियाओं में लिप्त होने वाले विक्षिप्त व्यक्ति मेरी, आपकी, या समाज की सुनेंगे ? कदापि नहीं i इसलिए ऐसे तत्वों के लिए न्यापालिका का डर आवश्यक है i अगर हमारे इस प्रकार कुकृत्य में लिप्त होने के नापाक इरादे नहीं है तो फिर हमें और आप को किसी न्यायिक दंड के प्रावधान से डरने की क्या आवश्यकता है ? इसे घटिया काम करे बिना के आदमी मरै सै i

भाईसाहब मैं तो सिर्फ सगोत्र विवाह और सम्लेंगिक सम्भन्धो मैं किये जा रहे भेदभाव वाले रविये कि तरफ ध्यान खींच रहा हूँ, दोनों ही वैज्ञानिक कारणो से सही नहीं है पर एक क्षेत्र मैं कानून इज़ाज़त देता है और दूसरे मैं नहीं |

बाकी ये तो विचार का सवाल है कि लोग ऐसे संभंध बनाते क्यों है, गाओं शहर हर जगह फैले है ऐसे लोग| शायद भारत मैं लोगो को लड़किओं का इतना साथ नहीं मिलता इसलिए और पश्चिम मैं अत्यधिक साथ मिलता है और लोग बोर हो जाते है इसलिए?

Very well said sir. Hlf of the people who support homosexuality even don't know what it is and what will be its furure effect on society. In the name of rights they are maligning society.

It's nothing else, but a mental disorder, which needs to be treated rather allowing them to pursue it legally..
 
कितनी विचित्र बात है कि एक मानसिक और शारीरिक विकृति का उपाय ढूँढने के स्थान पर कुछ तथाकथित बुद्धिजीवी एवं कांग्रेसी दोगले इसे मानवाधिकार के नाम पर समाज में स्वीकृति दिलाने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। कोई भी सामान्य पुरुष अथवा स्त्री ऐसा कभी नहीं कर सकते, क्योंकि ये स्वाभाविक प्रक्रति है कि मनुष्य , पशु अथवा पक्षी सदैव विपरीत लिंग के प्रति ही आकर्षित होते हैं। यदि ऐसा नहीं है तो उस व्यक्ति के साथ कुछ दिक्कत है, वो असामान्य है, वो विकृत मानसिकता रखता है। इस विकृति के दूरगामी परिणाम को भी सोचना होगा केवल कुछ लोगों के मानवाधिकार की बात नहीं है।


प्रकृति के कानून और नियम बदलने की चेष्टा मत करो, किसी भी शास्त्र अथवा धार्मिक ग्रंथ मे इस विषय को उचित ठहराया नही गया है।


यह केवल मानसिक विकृति के अतिरिक्त कुछ नही। इसे मज़ा बताने वाले मानसिक रोग से ग्रसित हैं। कानून बदलवाने की जगह डाक्टर से सलाह लें तो श्रेष्ठ होगा। यह समाज और प्रकृति के विरुद्ध आचार और विचार है। यह सामाजिक तानेबाने को छिन्नभिन्न करने वाली मानसिक विकृति है।
 
The country/world/humanity is made of family, village, cities, states clubbed together as humans. In this the basic building block is family if there is no family there can't be anything else. Existence of Homosexuality is inversely proportional to family existence so the humanity.

I believe people who support homosexuality on the name of human rights must admit that if anyone from their family does the same they would feel good about it as the individual will exercise the so called human rights.
 
सेकुलरिज्म की धूर्तता की कोई हद नहीं

समलैंगिकता को समर्थन देने का मतलब है अप्राकृतिक यौन संबंधों को बढ़ावा देना. अगर इसे कानूनी मान्यता दी गयी तो महिलाओं के साथ अप्राकृतिक यौन सम्बन्ध भी अपराध की श्रेणी से बाहर हो सकते हैं. वर्ना यह कानून में विरोधाभास ही उत्पन्न हो जाएगा कि एक तरफ समलैंगिकता की आड़ में जो क्रिया व्यक्तिगत अधिकार माना जाएगा वही विषमलिंगी के साथ वही क्रिया अपराध की श्रेणी में आ जाएगा.
 
यक़ीनन कांग्रेस काफी आगे का सोचती है.

जहा एक तरफ राष्ट्रवादी लोग धारा 370 जैसे छोटे मोटे मुद्दे पर अटके पड़े है.

वही कांग्रेस बाकी सब से 7 कदम आगे धारा 377 के लिए चिंतित हैरान परेशान है.

राष्ट्र के अभिन्न भाग को उस का अधिकार मिले न मिले लेकिन ये पार्टी राष्ट्र के हर पुरुष को पुरुष पर और महिला को महिला पर अनाधिकार देने के लिए दृढ़ संकल्पित नजर आ रही है.

हो रहा है इंडिया निर्माण.

Union home minister Shinde "not now" on issuing ordinance on gay sex.

Gay sex unnatural. These activities are unhealthy and spread diseases like HIV. We should not imitate the foreign countries where these practices are acceptable - U.P minister azam Khan.

Gay sex us not natural and we can not support something that is unnatural -BJP chief rajnath singh.

Thumbsup for these people for atleast on this issue.
