How do you rate Manmohan Singh's Government?

Manmohan Singh is absolutely a very good person and individual. The fault is HE doesn't belong to GHANDHI family.

I don't know why Mahatma gave these money chasing, corrupt businessman a surname. [Sry if someone get hurt.]

Some people says that Manmohan Singh is not corrupt, But I will say how he is not corrupt, if he is preventing action against A.Raja, S.Kalmadi and others? BJP rightly says that his role is like Shikhandi (eunuch) of Mahabharat. Sonia Gandhi is using him as a shield? When ever people gets angry at the rampant corruption and irregularities, the push the "Manmohan Singh" before them

Correctly analysed. Sonia is using him, Rahul is using him and he is just there. Manmohan Singh is just given the tag so Sardar can't oppose congress and J&K govt also resting under Sonia shelter so congress can please other religions.

At this top post, if a person has determination to do against all Odds and wrongs, I don't see loosing a tag will affect this, even this will impact congress more from not taking advise from highly qualified people.
