दामिनी के गम से अभी यह शहर उबरा भी नहीं था कि एक दरिंदे ने नया जख्म दे दिया। सोमवार रात अलीगढ़ के सासनी गेट के सरायगढ़ी इलाके में आठ साल की मासूम के साथ एक हैवान ने दरिंदगी की सारी हदें पार कर दीं।

जब तक इन हैवानो को बुरी ओर कड़ी सजा नहीं दी जाती तब तक कोई ना सुधरे | इतना हंगामा होने के बाद भी किसी को शर्म लिहाज या डर नहीं है | जब तक लोगो के मन में सजा की दहशत नहीं बैठेगी तब तक ये दरिंदे नहीं सुधरने वाले क्योंकि इनका जमीर तो कब का मर चुका कई |

गैंगरेप मामले में इंडिया गेट पर प्रदर्शन करने वाले निहत्थे छात्र छात्राओं पर लाठीचार्ज करने वाली दिल्ली पुलिस का एक और बर्बर चेहरा सामने आया है। एक एसएचओ पर आरोप है कि उसने एक शिक्षिका को हिरासत में लेकर मारपीट की और उससे थाने में झाड़ू-पोछा लगवाया। मामला संसद मार्ग थाने का है।

सबके अलग -२ विचार चल रहे है यहाँ पर कोई पब्लिक के साथ है, कोई प्रसाशन के साथ है , कोई सरकार के साथ है , किसी को पता नहीं किसका साथ दे !!!!!!
सुधार की जरूरत तो इस पुलिस विभाग/प्रसाशन/सरकार को सबसे जयादा है | ये सुधार जाये तो आधी समस्या अपने आप ही खत्म हो जाये | क्यों नहीं उठाते कड़े कदम ?

कहते है अभी कलियुग आधा भी नहीं आया , अगर अभी से ये हाल है तो आगे क्या होगा ????????

इंसानियत खत्म
मानवता खत्म
सामाजिकता खत्म
भावनाए खत्म
जमीर खत्म
सही भविष्यवाणी थी २०१२ में दुनिया खत्म |

test is over and confirmed medically that he is minor
this so called minor accused was the most brutal of the lot
now he may just go free after some period in rehabilitation kind of thing, under the garb of India's toothless Juvenile Justice Act

this age was increased some time back from 16 to 18
it should be back to 16

Minor should be treated as adult in some exceptional cases like this, it is there in some countries like UK

Yeah , as per law if the crime is very sever then even minor can be treated as adult. N looking at the circumstances , it is very much possible.

I read ----that Kejriwal has asked the govt to public the poor dead soul's name .

Has he gone crazy or he thinks this tragedy is too trivial ?

yes, nothing wrong in song. its a trend nowdays.bhed chal. now ppl will fwd this on fb and all social n/w websites to malign chief minister. Dikshit ji shared the stage with Honey singh in oct 12. i wonder where were these people bck thn. also the matter is with court. thr cld be false charges to malign honey singh. lts wait n see.

दिल्ली गैंगरेप का सूत्रधार यह नाबालिग इंसान किस कदर हैवान हो सकता है इसका अंदाजा इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि इसने ही मेडिकल छात्रा और उसके पुरुष मित्र अपनी बस में यह कहते हुए चढ़ाया था कि बस द्वारका जा रही है और वह उसे वहां छोड़ देंगे। नाबालिग कहलाने वाले इसी दरिंदे ने युवती और उसके पुरुष मित्र को चलती बस से नग्न अवस्था में बाहर फेंकने की सलाह भी दी थी। अस्पताल में गंभीर हालत में भर्ती युवती के पुरुष मित्र ने उसकी हैवानियत की जानकारी देते हुए कहा था कि लड़की के साथ नंगा नाच करने के बाद इस लड़के ने ही कहा था कि लड़की मर गई है बाहर फेंक दो। इस लड़के की दरिंदगी को नाबालिग कहकर कम नहीं किया जा सकता है। इस बात की तसदीक खुद युवती के पुरुष मित्र ने अपने इकबालिया बयान में भी की है।

सवाल ये उठता है के अगर ये सो काल्ड नाबालिग इतना बड़ा ओर घिनोना कृत्य कर सकता है तो जब ये बालिग होगा तो क्या करेगा ????????? इसके कृत्य को नाबालिग होने से माफ नहीं किया जाना चाहिये , ताकि आगे भी कोई ऐसी हिम्मत ना कर सके |

Supreme Court asks government if lawmakers facing sexual assault charges can be disqualified

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has given the Centre and state governments four weeks to explain if lawmakers who are facing charges of sexual assault should be disqualified.

Today's notice is based on two petitions filed by former IAS officer, Promila Shankar, and social activist, Omika Dubey, both of who had asked the Supreme Court to suspend all lawmakers from national and state legislatures who face prosecution for rapes and other crimes against women and children.

While explaining that this could not be a decision taken by them, the judges said, "We can't disqualify MPs and MLAs. We don't have this power. Such sweeping relief can't be sought."
