A shocking news for all of us is that today Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court has stayed the Reservation given to Jats and 5 other communities. The Reservation bill was challenged by same person, Mr. Murali Lal Gupta of Bhiwani, who had also got stayed the Reservation bill passed by previous Hooda government. Who is this Mr. Murari lal gupta? Someone from Bhiwani know him? Why he is so jealous of us?

The very base of DEMOCRACY i.e. numbers .......in is itself questionable......... We have seen larger armies getting defeated in hands of smaller but talented armies. Earth wants qualitative democracy not QUANTITATIVE Democracy.

Start dual citizenship ...one for haryana state and one for india....

The decision is very much on expected lines. Nothing to be surprised about. This was to happen sooner than later!!

The only thing is that unfortunately either we remain quiet about it or we take to the streets. Some situations call for the middle and the more mature path!

Inclusion in OBC seems to be only way out. Otherwise proposed separate quote will always be challenged. And inclusions in OBC quota is very political sensitive subject. Leaders in BJP and Opposition will always try to take benefit out it.

Jats were recommended as OBC by Mandal commission but at that point of time Jats did not took it seriously. And now Jats are paying the price for it.

I agree brother, but now best option is to fight for abolition of reservation for all on caste bases, this may succeed

News is Yaspal Malik has announced statewide Protests from 5th June.

This comes at a time when HC has put a stay on bill. And an FIR is registered against him (plus 5 others) for Treason & sedation charges because of his 'provocative' speeches in one 25th May rally.

Why is this guy behaving like an Insecure kid, and not learning from the past mistakes? FIR and cases are a normal part of any Leader's life. First try to learn how to speak, what to speak !!!

Don't make Jats die for your personal cause.

I do not agree with you. JATS have protect and respect its community leader. I have attended various meeting organized by him. In JAT leader he is person who speak each word very selectively. In case we do not go in protest against the charges imposed by Murderer Haryana RSS/BJP govt then all the JATS will be declare "DeshDrohi " in coming months.

In my view, jats should fight for abolishing reservation for all communities

In my view, jats should fight for abolishing reservation for all communities

It can be the best solution . But not practical in Haryana. See there is 27% OBC reservation.
Community -- in 2 category
11% for most Backward
16% for Less Backward.
In 16% Share there are only 4 Major community with total population of 8% of State.
( Ahir/Gujjar/Saini/Lodh Rajput) Constitute only 8% of state population.
10% is for economically backward.
In Rest 43% General Category JATS Constitute nearly 29% of State.
It is the share of Jats that being distributed in OBC.
But BJP/RSS will never do it to get Non Jats Support.
Reason : Now Migrated Punjabi /Brahmin are already face of BJP . These 2 communities will try maximum to get the support of OBC for political reasons.

Now I think Jats should say that we are ready to sacrifice 10% of 29% in open Category and 19% share of community should given to them or OBC quota to be reduced to 11% in Haryana as per OBC population.
16% should be removed.
If you see the prosperty then Gujjar/Ahir/Saini are much above then average income of Jat farmers.

Yashpal malik is a bjp agent. First he hijacked reservation protests, then he asked government to put jats in bc-c rather than in bc-b, didnot protest to include reservation in 9th amendment so that court cannot tamper or stop it. The best way to derail a protest is to insert fake leaders in the protest. This is what exactly bjp is doing to derail jat reservation.

Sir ji, I don't think reservation can be abolished in this country until everyone has the access to free education. So it will continue and we know very well that our beloved politicians will never get rid of it. Until this issue of poverty is sorted, reservation will continue in our country. So its not wise to talk about abolishing it. Rather talk about how to get it legally.

Not sure about the kind of leadership that Sh. Yashpal Malik has given for Jat reservation.

The only thing which is true is that he is a Jat and he has been in the forefront of peacefully agitating for reservation for Jats.

At this juncture of crisis facing the entire community, it would not be wise to point fingers at one another. It is imperative that all stand together in solidarity and ensure peacefully that the demands of the community are met by the govt.

If Sh. Malik is an anti-national element as per the sedition and anti-national charges against him, Saini and Arya are murderers who have blood of innocent people (Jats and non-Jats) on their hands. They are the main culprits who pitched one community against another and thereby shredded the social fabric (bhaichara) that has prevailed in Haryana (and other Jatland) for centuries. It is astonishingly disappointing to note that so far no govt. action has been taken against Saini and Arya is out on bail and both still are putting into action their dangerous plan on a daily basis.

In the times of crisis earlier, Khaps used to play a key role. However, thanks to the paid media and the other vested interests, Khaps have also been discredited and have no credible standing in the national mainstream. They are equated with Kangaroo courts of mohlads who give taliban styled farmans (diktats). Unfortunately, even the courts have bought into this malicious campaign against the Khaps in particular and Jats in general. So, in the absence of any leadership (organised or individual), the community is being taken for a ride. Leaders like Sh. Chautala were put behind the bars by fellow Jats like Sh. Hooda and the benefit of which is being reaped by the BJP.

It seems that the agenda of the govt. is clear that whoever tries to proclaim the Jat leadership role will be put behind the bars and the most stringent of all charges (sedition and anti-national) will be slapped on him. Irrespective of the reality of there being factions, one and all should stand behind our people who are being hounded by the vested anti-Jat interests.

By now, petitions should have been moved to the National Human Rights Commission, Supreme Court and if need be the United Nations. But alas, there seem to be no signs of consolidation. Rather, we are still riddled with factionalism and petty leadership issues.

Finally, once again an earnest request to all brothers - we need to be careful in ensuring that we do not play the characters in the play scripted by such dangerous authors as Saini and Arya. We need to stand firmly together with our heads held high and feet firmly on the ground as peaceful, law abiding citizens. At the same time, we have to expose this dirty politics being played in Haryana by some (irrespective of political party). Mind you, non-Jat politicians cutting across party lines (BJP, Congress, etc) are spreading the forest-fire of communal confrontation and disharmony. We have to ensure that they are not successful by building bridges with the other communities and creating awareness nationally about the moral high ground that we have all along occupied.

I agree in toto people in the name of leaders are working for their personal interests, he is not the only one. Not wise to name them, all of us know who they are. It is
because of them "Uniting all under an umbrella" has not become feasible till now.

Contrary to it we can say for any reason be it their personal interests or anything else they are keeping the matter in news. We all know this time the protest can't reach the level it was in Feb this year. "Acting Smart" is something need of the hour.

We never learn from our mistakes i.e. our so called Jat Leaders.

In every moment of crisis, they just accuse other Jat Leaders/Groups or some political parties instead of showing unity and understanding among all Jat Unions for a greater cause towards the community. Every Jat group seems affiliated or influenced by one or other political party and they behave and act accordingly. Instead of fighting together for the comunity they just play checkmate with each other to increase their status in public.

It reminds me a very famous story which seems appropriate in this situation.

Two friends were wandering in jungle and suddenly they heard roar of a Lion. Instantly realizing the danger nearby, one friend started to tighten up his show laces. Other friend asked, "Do you really think that you can run faster than a lion ?"

"No" First one replied, "I just have to run faster than you to get away from Lion"

So, Jat Leaders are just trying to outrun other Jat Leaders/Groups with the help of their political affiliations. Nobody would like to mind their adventurous sportsmanship if they don't play this game at the cost of precious lives of our Jat youth.

Abolition of reservation is in the interest of the nation as a whole and the public also, we should think in the larger interest, we must come out of Rajesthan than we will be able to understand the real usefulness of abolition of reservation, I feel even our community will be bani fitted by abolition of reservation in a long run
