Kasab executed

He was first sentenced to death by a special trial court on May 6, 2010. It took 2.5 years to take decision about the Mercy Plea. And once, plea rejected by President of India, Indian Govt. acted so proactively that they took only 10-15 days to hang Kasab.

On the other hand, we have Afjal Guru who "On December 19, 2001 he made a confession of the offenses which was recorded and was signed by him. He also confirmed having made the confessional statement without any threat or pressure.[SUP][[/SUP]" and was sentenced to death by the Supreme Court of India in 2004. The sentence was scheduled to be carried out on 20 October 2006. Afzal was given a stay of execution and remains on death row.

Can Parnabh Mukharjee take decision about him also. (PS. : Without thinking the timing of the decision which would benefit Congress)

Hence proved... Congress kutto ki party hai or kutto ki hi bhalai ke bare mai sochti hai...

A few points to your allegations...

1) Kasab's death came late:


Afjal Guru as per you confessed on dec 19 2001 and BJP was in power until 2004, what stopped them from hanging him all those years. If you say court and procedures take time then have the same parameters here has well, do no choose your thinking selectively

2) President benefits congress

May be true, during NDAs regime Kalam was president who was a choice of BJP, same claim stands true there as well

Aur agar insaan ho ke kutto ke raj ji raha hai bhai to khud ko insaan kahne ka hak na rakh.

Read again that post... you will come to know who reads selectively. I hilighted "sentence was scheduled to be carried out on 20 October 2006." Yes BJP was in power till "May 2004" .

True Kalam was choice of BJP and was not from BJP. BJP has given India's best President in the History. President should be neutral and not from a political party. BJP got this chance once and they did their duty ethically. That is the reason, I follow them. Far better than kutti Congress.

sab gujrat election ke liye aur central govt ko bachane ke liye gaya drama hain..... yadi aaj kasaab ki jagah afzal ko faansi de dete to mamta benarji dwara laye ja rahe avishwas prastav ka samarthan kar dete faruq abdulla... sab rajniti ka khel hain... vaise raaj vohi karta hain jiski sankhya jyada hoti hain chaye vo goubhakat ho yaa doggibhakt..
 
Thanks for making my point a bit easy to explain.

BJP took 6 years to get a sentence even after a confession but Congress not only got the verdict but also hanged the culprit in less than 4 years... who is better?

Again. Dont do politics here specially even your party leaders are saying much besides the delay which is justified due to law taking its course.

Count the seriosness of the matter, don't count the no. of years govt. took. We must admit it is all due to politics that these matters take so much of time. It is a welcome move but it could have been much better if Afjal ki bhi gheeti tod dete sath me.
 
Bhai Abu Jundal ka pata chal gaya, pehle maar dete to ye bhi pata nahi chalna tha.Kasab ne uspe Stamp laga di!! Aisa nahi hai ki bilkul hi khatam hua pada hai sab kuch.. Congress aur BJP dono hi party i think terrorism ke matter pe thoda to sochte hi hain:

Tere Guru ji ne Mercy Plea laga di... Case home ministary ke pass gaya... Home ministary ne president (kalam) ko sarka diya... President ke reject kar di... case Home Ministary mai pada ruha... President change ho gaya... Gandhi parivar ki cook president ban gai... home ministary ne wapas case president (P Patil ( natioanl cook)) ko bhej diya... or PP se PM (Paranabh Mukharjee) vo file aise ho padi hai....

Ek suggestion or hai... Kapil Sibbal ko itna follow mat kiya kar.. warna aise ho confuse ruhega or baki logo ko bhi confuse karne ki nakaam kosisho mai laga ruhega...

सोची समझी राजनीतिक चाल है कसाब को फांसी?

नई दिल्*ली। मुंबई हमले के दोषी अजमल कसाब को फांसी यूपीए सरकार की सोची समझी राजनीतिक चाल है। जी हां कसाब पिछले चार साल से मुंबई के अर्थर रोड जेल में बंद था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट उसे पहले ही फांसी की सजा सुना चुकी थी और प्रणब मुखर्जी को राष्*ट्रपति बने भी लंबा समय हो गया है। आखिर कसाब को फांसी 21 नवंबर को ही क्*यों दी गई? इस सवाल के जवाब हम यहां खोजेंगे।

इसके पीछे सबसे बड़ा कारण है कल से संसद में शुरू हो रहा शीतकालीन सत्र, जिसमें सरकार देश के सामने कसाब के नाम पर दम भरना चाहती है। इसमें कोई शक नहीं कि तृणमूल कांग्रेस की मुखिया ममता बनर्जी अन्*य दलों के साथ मिलकर यूपीए के खिलाफ एफडीआई को लेकर अविश्*वास प्रस्*ताव लाने वाली हैं। ऐसे में सरकार ने अपना विश्*वास हासिल करने के लिये कसाब को संसद सत्र के ठीक पहले यह काम किया। वैसे सरकार गरम तवे पर हथौड़ा मारने में पहले से ही माहिर है।

एक दूसरा कारण यह भी है, कि गुजरात में चुनावी बयार बह रही है। नरेंद्र मोदी के समर्थक हर तरफ यूपीए सरकार की बखिया उधेड़ने में जुटे हुए हैं। ऐसे में विधानसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस अपनी वाह-वाही जरूर करेगी और कसाब को लेकर जो भी वोटर वाह-वाही में आ जायेगा, उसका वोट समझो पक्*का।

इन दो बातों को ध्*यान में रखते हुए यूपीए ने यह चाल चली। खास बात यह है कि ऐसे महत्*वपूर्ण समय में प्रधानमंत्री भी देश से बाहर हैं।

मुंबई में 26/11 को हुए हमले (जिसमें कुल 166 लोग मारे
गए थे) के दोषी पाकिस्तानी नागरिक अजमल कसाब
को आज सुबह सुबह 7.30 बजे पुणे की यरवडा जेल में
फाँसी दे दी गई। लेकिन कुछ सवाल अभी बरकरार हैं.....??
* आखिर कसाब जैसे पाकिस्तानी आतंकवादी को इतने
गुपचुप तरीके से फांसी क्यों दी ? आखिर कसाब
की फांसी से किसको आपत्ति हो सकती थी ?
* कुछ तो राज है जो सरकार छुपा रही है..... क्या कसाब
डेंगू से मर चुका था.... सिर्फ वोटो के लिए उसे फांसी देने
की खबर फैलाई गयी है ??
* जब यश चोपड़ा जैसे लोग एक महीने लीलावती अस्पताल
में रहने के बावजूद भी डेंगू से नही बच पाए तब कसाब
डेंगू से कैसे बचा होगा जबकि कसाब को किसी भी अस्पताल
में भर्ती नही करवाया गया था उसका इलाज जेल में
ही हो रहा था ??
* फांसी की प्रक्रिया भी पूरी क्यों नही की गयी ? फांसी देने
के पहले आरोपी के वकील
को सूचना दी जाती है। यदि आरोपी विदेशी हो तो उस देश के
दूतावास को सूचना दी जाती है
कि फला तारीख को मुजरिम को फांसी दी जाएगी ?
* राष्ट्रपति द्वारा दया याचिका रद्द करने के बाद एक
मजिस्ट्रेट फांसी देने का आदेश जारी करता है.....कसाब
के केस के क्यों नही ऐसा हुआ ??? मित्रो, कांग्रेस पूरे देश
को धोखा दे रही है..... कल तक जो नीच कांग्रेस और भारत
सरकार ये
कहती थी की अफजल गुरु और कसाब के पहले १७
लोगो की फ़ाइल पेंडिंग है इसलिए जब इनका नम्बर
आएगा तब इनको फांसी होगी। लेकिन अचानक कांग्रेस इस
क्रम को क्यों भूल गयी ??
 
Kamal hai,, Iska matlab Government ko kuch bhi nahi karna chahiye...aise muddon ke baare mei sochte rahe to.. Logic to pata nahi kya kya de sakte ho...is hisab se to desh mei hazaroon issues hain...aise hi relate karte rahe to chal liya kaam!!!
 
Abu Jundal ko pakadne ki mugjhe to koi jarurat nahi lagti... Mere hisaab se se to Indian Govt ko 26/11 ke baad wahi karne chahiye tha vo Israel ne Munich Massacre ke baad kiya tha... Diplomecy is not the solution of terrorism... or jab khud diplomets khud terrorists ko defend karein tab to koi matlab hi nahi manta... Operations (like Operation Spring of Youth) are the solution of terrorism...

Munich Massacre ke baad wahan ki PM Golda Mair ke word sune hain aapne???? She said... "'take revenge on those responsible for Munich?" or ek humara PM hai "spineless" jo sawalo ke jawab dene se jayada, apni khamosi to behtar bata-ta hai... khud ko to defend kar nahi sakta.. terrorism ke mudde pe kisi doosre desh pe kya khaakh pressure banayega...

kya hamara hamara pm laga rakha hain arre vo to sonia ji ke isharon par bolte hain arre vo to moun hi achcha hain bhai ek baar sansad me bola tha senya jawanon ke suside mamle me.. he said :- AISE CHOTE MAMLE KO SANSAD ME NA UTHAYA JAYA.
