"Kasab underwent tests inside his high-security cell by doctors from JJ Hospital to check for symptoms of malaria and dengue. The tests were negative. He was running high fever and had been weak for two days. However, the tests clearly show that he had normal fever and that he had not contracted any disease," the Indian Express quoted Arthur Road Jail superintendent Suresh Karnik as saying.

1) I will use your rational to say Kasab was perfectly healthy when he was hanged, according to IPC

2) Wo Bhagat Singh nahi par hamare yaha human right ke naam pe drama karne walo ki kami bhi nahi. Second, there could have been possible attacks, it is better to be safe than sorry

3) Dengue does not mean ascertained death, Yash Chopra was a 80 Yr old man but Kasab is a 25 years young man with good ability to recover

4) Gujrat anyways is a lost battle for Congress and this rationale does not go down the throat

5) File RTI for your concern, I am sure you wont be disappointed. Taking actions to investigate is better than making assumed claims

A couple of points:

Most of what i have written were facts not assumptions, IPC is a document written in black and white which is open to read and Kasab's age is no secret either. It is also no rocket science to know that a 25 year old man heals better than 80 year old man and not everyone dies from Dengue. Infact, I have just pasted a link above with recorded statement of Jailer that Kasab had fever, not dengue with PROOF.


Media might be paid to present a different view and can taint their opinion but the fact they present will remain a fact and they are liable for it in the court of law. What media presents is right, what you understand from it is your choice.

गांव भटौना (बुलंदशहर) के किसान चन्द्रपाल सिंह तेवतिया का जाबांज बेटा मरीन कमांडो प्रवीण तेवतिया मुंबई में तैनात है। 26 नवंबर 2008 को मुंबई के ताज होटल में हुए आतंकी हमले के दौरान मरीन कमांडो ने आतंकवादियों से मुठभेड़ शुरू कर दी। प्रवीण ने अपनी जान की परवाह न करते हुए साहस का परिचय दिया और जवाब में अकेले ही आतंकवादियों से टक्कर लेते हुए उनके दांत खट्टे कर दिए थे। इस दौरान प्रवीण के शरीर में सात गोली लगी जिनमें से दो कपड़े में फंसी रह गई। कान के पास गोली लगने से प्रवीण को एक कान गंवाना पड़ा। प्रवीण की इस वीरता को देख 26 जनवरी 2009 को दिल्ली में आयोजित समारोह में तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति प्रतिभा पाटिल ने शौर्य चक्र से नवाजा था।
