I wish to say that Honour killing cannot be stopped by any court decision or hanging of the accused. It is not a killing for money or self interest or otherwise. When somebody is killing his or her most beloved child, then, it is the extreme feeling of anger and hopelessness. When somebody takes the decision to kill his child, it is like killing himself and such person do not fear the court decision or his threat of hanging. It is also rubbish as noted by the court that the honor killing is common in haryana, UP and Rajasthan. Some section of media has also fanned the rumour that Khap Panchayat or Jats are responsible for most of the Honour killing.
Honour is not such a petty and insignificant thing as promulgated by the media. People are ready to die for honor. Why do our military fight with pakistan? It for honor. Why did Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev sacrified themself? It for honour, otherwise people are still living in pathetic condition as in the British rule. In fact, today, our indian rulers are worse and apathetic. However, it was humiliating to live under British rule. Honor matter much more than bread to human beings. All the revolutions in the world are ignited by hurt and anger due to humiliation and dishonor caused by their system and rulers and revolutionaries never fear to die.
The court and media should acknowledge the hurt on honor element, if they really want to curb the problem. The problem of honor killing is aggravated by the present polluted and filthy western culture promoted in India, by some agencies for their vested interests. It is not possible to solve the problem of honor killing, without resolving the basic cause of problem.

Naaa, I am not agree western culture is not mandatory type rule for all to adopt neither it invites people, Its people those make choices, as in previous thread of honour killing VP singh ji said

The best thing here is we should discuss each & every thing with ur child rather than beatinh them or pressuerising them .It's only us who had created the social boundaries & such kind of enviroment .

We have to accept that " We Jats" are a stupid race,,, we die or sacrifice our self in the name of country. Northern warrior races have been doing this for thousands of years. People in East and south live peacefully. We at the border have faced the brunt of all invasions. We lost our blood, our people converted to other religions and were separated from us, the so called " Hindu religion" exploited us, priests made our kings and people fight each other.
The main point is : what are we as individuals doing to help our community?
Are we taking care of dead soldiers families?
families where man have become drunken and abused their kids and woman.
Families where monetary situation have become very bad.
Are there any free or cheap hostels set by our community for the poor kids of our community?
Are we helping even a single poor kid with his education in any way?
Are we able to overcome personal jealousy among our self?

Aaj agar jaato ka naam respect sai liya jata hai to sirf huamre ancestors kai vagah sai . For example Bhagat singh ,Raja Nahar singh ,Raja Surajmal and lot more .

Hum vo hai jinnone humesha dushmano ko muh todh jawab diya hai .Chahe vo Kargil ka maidan ho ya Panipat ki ladai .Sacrificing for your country is not a stupid thing bro .

Yes it's true that families of dead soldiers suffer a lot but our jat society are taking good initiations for this .

Bro father of my grand father was a freedom fighter ,he was killed by Britishers very brutely .My father told me about this (just giving an example ).We can't forget their sacrifice & we should respect their deeds rather than saying our caste as stupid race .

The last but not the least that the poverty & social issues are not the problem of any particular community only but these are country issues .We should try our best to the level we can in solving these problems .

kyun?Aisa nhi hai, koi bhi jaruratmand aadmi kaam karne se pahle apni caste nhi dekhta..
aur rhi rich communities ki baat to jaat famiily se sirf Kushal Pal Singh 4th number par hai baki yaa to gujrati like ambani ya phir premji ya fir baniya yani mittals hai.. agar ek hi banda puri community ko represent karta hai tou iss hisab se gujrati jyada rich huye...
 
I was not talking about any particular person like kushpal singh teotia or any other .I was talking in general .It's was found in an survey that the jat belt in north india was the most prosperous region on per capita basis .

I am not saying that only jaats had done good deeds ,others have also done a lot for the country & I also respect those ,not only our jaat icons .

I agree with the above lines. Self respect is essential to live a good life. All our revolutionaries sacrificed themselves for just this self respect, for this honour. Though presently mostly people don't seem interested in this self respect and they feel happy when they get insulted, but it doesn't apply on all. Many people still can do anything to keep their self respect intact. Jats still have the very high level of self respect. The reason is clear. Jats have almost no bad spot, specially Hindu Jats. They have shown their supremacy in almost all fields, be it battle ground, sports ground, political ground or any other. Haryana has most number of rural crorepaties in the country and has highest per capita income after Delhi and Goa (both are not considered states generally). Western part of U.P. is also considered one of the most productive regions of the country. We have world champion wrestler (Sushil Kumar), world no. 1 boxer in 75 kg category (Vijender Kumar), we have real estate mogul K. P. Singh, we have even made it to the post of prime minister (Late Ch. Charan Singh), we are deadly killers, fond of arms, be it licensed or illegal, we have most attractive personality in the world, we have effective presence in Rajasthan like princely states, mostly famous Jat kings belong to Rajasthan. Thus we have dominance in several states/regions.
So much qualities can not be found in any single caste/race. Rajputs are very near to us in this concern, but in recent time we have left them far behind. Does any other caste/race in world have so much in them? If yes, which caste/race is that?

Ha, ha, ha...they don't have as much world champion sportsmen so far as we have. They don't have K. P. Singh like legendary businessman. They don't have as productive regions as we Jats have.
Gurjars, Yadavs, Brahmins, Marathas are just pathetic to even discuss in this regard.

भाई, ये आपसे किसने कह दिया कि जाटों का कोई धर्म नहीं होता...ये जो तुम्हारे नाम में 'मोहन' है, यह श्रीकृष्ण का एक नाम है. अगर जाट का कोई धर्म नहीं है तो फिर लगभग सभी जाट विवाह करते हुए घुड़चढ़ी के दौरान मंदिर में क्यों जाते हैं, क्यों होली-दिवाली मनाते हैं, क्यों उन्होंने हिंदू नाम रखे हुए हैं, क्यों उनके प्रत्येक गांव में मंदिर है...क्यों हिंदुओं के रीति-रिवाज अपनाए हुए हैं...पहले ये सब छोडो, फिर कहना कि जाट का कोई धर्म नहीं होता...

हां भाई, ऐसी बातें तो मैंने भी पढ़ी हैं यहां कई बार, लेकिन जब ऐसा कहने वालों से अपनी बात को साबित करने के लिए कहा जाता है, तो फिर वे कुछ बोलते ही नहीं...ऐसे लोग अपनी बात को साबित कर दें तो मेरे जैसों को भी कुछ ज्ञान मिले और हो सकता है मेरे जैसे भी अपने विचार बदल दें...

Most of the Jats never lived deep in India. Jats, Pathans and other so called races of Pakistan come from same blood of "Scythains". "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scythians". Google it out. Religion in Jat history is very new. In Fact even muslim religion is only 1500 years old. Even if u argue in favour of any religion, how do u justify millions of muslim people living in Pakistan writing same family names as " Jats" in India. If it was not the conversion of " Jats" into Sikhs and breaking the barriers of relgion, in which Jats were trapped at one point of time in history. The remaining so called " Hindu Jats" would have been long converted into muslim religion. So " Jats" have no religion in true sense,had no religion in true sense,will have no religion in true sense. They are too free willed to be dominated by any religion, it is not in their blood." Jats rather like to favour the right side, then the concept of religion".
Well Here the point is not of religion but of common blood because " Jats" are not a "caste" they are " community" people of common genetic origin. Caste is defined by so called religious identities. Jats have been noble for ages, this can be seen in the fact, that we had widow remarriage since ancient times. Smaller brother marrying the elder brother's wife, if the elder brother died. This was practiced at the same time when in many parts of the India "Sati" was being practiced..

कहने और करने में बहुत फर्क होता है. एक बार हिंदू धर्म से अलग होकर तो देखो...पता चल जाएगा कि किस सुरक्षा कवच का आनंद ले रहे हो...कहीं बाहर जाते हो तो जो नाम बताते हो वो हिंदू नाम होता है...अगला सोचता है चलो अपना हिंदू भाई है...एक बार ये नाम वगैरह तो बदलो...फिर पता चल जाएगा कि नया धर्म (वो भी बिना किसी गुरु का) क्या होता है...

जहां तक मेरे विवाह करवाने का प्रश्न है तो आपने बिलकुल सही पहचाना...मैंने विवाह नहीं करवाया हुआ (जो कि मैं पहले भी यहां कई बार बता चुका हूं, शायद आप उन दिनों यहां आए नहीं होंगे)...खैर, फिर बता रहा हूं...पिछले 13 साल और 4 महीने से इस दुनिया में कोई भी जीव ये दावा नहीं कर सकता कि मेरे उससे शारीरिक संबंध रहे हैं या मैंने किसी की तरफ कोई अश्लील इशारा भी किया है...यदि कोई ऐसा दावा करता है और मैं उसे झूठा साबित नहीं कर पाता तो मुझ से 2 लाख रुपए का इनाम ले जाए...साथ ही मैं 38वें साल में लगा हुआ हूं और मेरी पूरी जिंदगी में भी यदि कोई यह दावा कर दे कि मेरे किसी भी जीव से शारीरिक संबंध रहे हैं तो भी ये इनाम ले जाए...हालांकि इस दौरान कुछ शरारतें जरूर हुई हैं, जिन्हें कि समझना होगा...मुझे ये सब बताते हुए अच्छा नहीं लगता, लेकिन क्या करूं...बताना पड़ता है...हर महीने किसी न किसी लड़की का मूक आमंत्रण मुझे ठुकराना पड़ता है...पढ़ा-लिखा हूं, इज्जत का काम करता हूं, ऊपरवाले की कृपा है...ऐसी बातें सुनकर कई साल पहले मेरे दफ्तर में मुझे कुछ लोगों ने यौन परीक्षण तक करवाने के लिए मजबूर कर दिया था, जिसकी रिपोर्ट बहुत बढ़िया आई थी...मुझे अपनी यौन क्षमता पर गर्व है...:o
...और हां, थ्रेड ओनर किलिंग पर नहीं है...किलिंग ऑफ़ ओनर पर है.

Well. This killing of Honour is not a major issue as compared to other issues prevailing in our society namely girl foecticite,Alcohal, dowry etc.
We have to understood that any incedent happened in any village will be highlighted in a very big way and the same issue if happened in any bigger cities will be managed by influnce people.
There are people in our society, who uses this as a tool to increse their social status or just want a coverage in media.
Actually as per media and courts these honour killings are now directly related to Jats, Gujjars and Rajputs.

I agree with the above lines. Self respect is essential to live a good life. All our revolutionaries sacrificed themselves for just this self respect, for this honour. Though presently mostly people don't seem interested in this self respect and they feel happy when they get insulted, but it doesn't apply on all. Many people still can do anything to keep their self respect intact. Jats still have the very high level of self respect. The reason is clear. Jats have almost no bad spot, specially Hindu Jats. They have shown their supremacy in almost all fields, be it battle ground, sports ground, political ground or any other. Haryana has most number of rural crorepaties in the country and has highest per capita income after Delhi and Goa (both are not considered states generally). Western part of U.P. is also considered one of the most productive regions of the country. We have world champion wrestler (Sushil Kumar), world no. 1 boxer in 75 kg category (Vijender Kumar), we have real estate mogul K. P. Singh, we have even made it to the post of prime minister (Late Ch. Charan Singh), we are deadly killers, fond of arms, be it licensed or illegal, we have most attractive personality in the world, we have effective presence in Rajasthan like princely states, mostly famous Jat kings belong to Rajasthan. Thus we have dominance in several states/regions.
So much qualities can not be found in any single caste/race. Rajputs are very near to us in this concern, but in recent time we have left them far behind. Does any other caste/race in world have so much in them? If yes, which caste/race is that?

Ha, ha, ha...they don't have as much world champion sportsmen so far as we have. They don't have K. P. Singh like legendary businessman. They don't have as productive regions as we Jats have.
Gurjars, Yadavs, Brahmins, Marathas are just pathetic to even discuss in this regard.
