I suppose same should apply to Israel also. What Israel is doing should be for Israelis to judge and not the self appointed class room brigade. Why all these arguments and counter arguments here.

You seem to be a justice loving person, whose religion is humanity. Well what is your justice on it :
We Indians worked hard a lot and gathered tons of gold in our temples. We were richest country in the world known as 'sone ki chidiya'. Then some Muslims wolves invaded our land and not only looted our gold, but enslaved us for centuries, butchered us, raped our women, forced us to convert and did all the tyrannies they could do. Well then European wolves came and enslaved us for next many centuries. What was our fault? Where were apostles of justice like you then? We somehow got partial freedom. Now we have no danger, it is not so. We have not only Pakistani, Chinese and Bangladeshi wolves around, but a particular community within our country too which is busy in love jehad, conversion and alike practices to eliminate us. Your religion is humanity, so you don't care if in coming time you are forced to convert to a particular religion, but many people will not accept it. It will hurt self respect. So what is your justice?
And take it as an advice. A particular community will take you as a Hindu as you have Hindu name and in many riot hit areas they shot dead many people after they knew their Hindu names. So have such a name, which belongs to no particular religion, if you really are just a human.
So, one of final truths emerging out...Israel and US both are not the members of International Criminal Court that stands for investigation into war crimes. Obviously, they know their acts would be brought to justice. Interestingly, HAMAS has supported the Palestine Authority bid to sign for the membership of ICC that would allow international war crimes tribunal to visit Gaza and make a case for the parties on both the sides. But, HAMAS acceding to it is a good move.
more on this here....http://indianexpress.com/article/wo...chief-backs-international-criminal-court-bid/
You claim to be objective and not taking sides. Why don't you educate members as to why Israel has not joined the membership of ICC. What are reasons Israel is giving ? Do you know that terrorism is not a crime in ICC charter ?

Testimony of Netherlands: Rome Statute had jurisdiction over the most serious crimes of international concern; the crime of terrorism was encompassed in such crimes and had been thus included in resolution E of the Final Act of the Rome Conference.

I don't know what you mean by stating that terrorism is not crime in ICC charter. Are you suggesting Israel is free to perpetrate as much terror it wishes.
Israel did not join not because terrorism is not part of Rome statute but because of the following articles, which make Israel guilty of war-crimes.
What else could be exhaustive definition of terrorism. This is the reason why Israel is not a party, not to deny the acts of HAMAS, but they have agreed to it.
Also,
That is your interpretation ...RK^2
Do you have any statistic to support this?a sizable population having the contrary view
Don't club me with you here Sir. I have my credentials.Who are you and me to decide what their interests are.
This is not to say that International Crime Court is some holy institution that can help restore some justice to the Palestinians. In fact the following article will expose how unjust the trial of Yugoslave President Milosevic was and by the same standards Israeli PM Sharon got unscathed.

If one thing that I am not doing here is the interpretation. I produce evidences to prove what I have to say...I don't pronounce judgements I produce facts as hard as diamonds to put the case.
Here you go... raising the umbrella of your credentials.. May I request if you have a degree in international law or what that I should accept your credentials on the subject? Sorry if it hurts.. I don't claim any such competence by the way.. I am just behaving like a common man who is often invited as jury in the courts in many countries. If one thing that I am not doing here is the interpretation. On the contrary, see what you do.... Do you have any statistic to support this?

Your evidence does not necessarily mean other side's evidence. Evidence is always subjective.

a common man who is often invited as jury in the courts in many countries.
Hahah.... I would prefer to respect the fact that you are a senior citizen....I just a 'teacher'.
What a phantom mistake. A jury calls an evidence as subjective.
[/QUOTE

To be honest with you, I am a great follower of Bhism Pita Mah. Vaad vivad aur yudh me age ki koi importance nahi hoti. On a lighter note can I ask you if you are a communist or teaching in an institution dominated by communist ideology ? I somehow think so.
