Can any one tell me "what is the logic behind this ?"
When a Company send that they have some Requirement of freshers or Exp. of 2-5 years.
Then why they Mentioned in " Qualification Requirement "
that "PG-Post Graduate are Not Applicable" or "PG -Post Graduate not Required".
