Thats right!!
Fantastic movie!
Loved every aspect of the movie: Story, direction, acting..everything was great! I bet, you will be totally hooked on to your TV for the entire time...Leonardo was super! No wonder it got multiple nominations for Oscar, but sadly did not win any..But a must watch, I would say. 4/5 from my side (bear in mind that I'm a strict reviewer:))

I saw a very good movie.....Satyakam......A story of a true engineer....Very hard to find such a beautiful movie.....
Ideally I love to watch it again and again....................May be because, I could not be a ture engineer like him.....
I will request to the JL member to watch this movie......
 
Ankur, Is it Dharmendra's old movie or a new one?

Watched this movie on a flight. Good movie dealing with the real issue of illegal mining & smuggling of diamond in some West & Central African countries like Sierra Leone, Angola, Liberia, Guinea and Zaire etc. Since decades, the money so generated has been used by the war lords in these countries for funding the civil war. I remember, the President of Sierra Leone, was once caught while smuggling diamond in his private plane to Antwerp sometime in 1994/95. This is a tragedy that in spite of huge mineral reserves, masses in most of the African continent are living in poverty. A good effort to bring this problem to light through this movie.
 
I too watched 'blood diamond' yesterday. A bit lengthy (2:23), I think. When Mr. Archer and Vandy are out to get buried diamond, then movie gets a bit bored. But overall movie is really superb. The camera work is excellent. I liked most that line when Mr. Archer tells the lady journalist that the diamonds are bought from here and then sent to India. In a world level movie like this such dialogue does matter. It means India have the reputation of one of the biggest diamond consuming nations around the world. Good. I give 4/5 to this movie.

'Satyakam' is really a top class movie, which reveals the hardships of being determined to be honest and true in any circumstances. Many of us think that speaking always truth is a useless practise, but this movie tells that whether it is useless or useful, but it is almost impossible for sure as in last even Ashok Kumar finds it hard to stick to the truth. One of the best movies Hindi cinema has produced so far. Simply 5/5.

'very horrible' तै मेरा मतबल खराब तै ना था भाई, बल्कि 'horror' फिल्मां तै था. सारी एक तै बढ़कै एक डरावनी फिल्म सै.

Well, Thanks for the movie....I love the dialogue....when Sanjeev kumar :Lakin zinda rahne ke liye bahut se chizo ke liye suleh to karni he padti hai.....Dharmendra: Nahi, Nahi karunga, kabhi nahi karunga...Main Insan hu bhagvan ke sabse badi srasthi....Main uska partinidhi hu...Kisi ananya ke saath sulah nahi karunga....kabhi nahi karunga....kabhi nahi.....

Today is a very special day for me....I came across such a personality like "Satyakam".....and thanks to god, fortunately, he is my father...I came from a very honest family....My father is a very honest government officer.....He never took bribe throughout his life....I still remember, while I was kid.......with in a span of 5 years, he got 23 transfer because of his honesty and b/c of this our study use to get hampered....so he decided to purchase a home for us.....and thereafter he continued the same transfered theory..... I use to ask him what is the problem in talking bribe?...and he use to say me....I don't want it so I don't take it.....Today he is going to retire....I am happy for him b/c he will not be a part of corrupt people any more.....
