O.k Vikas here i go....See u asked me for a reason and God gave me this opportunity:D....First of all i wud like you to read the article published in today's newspaper....all those people who are a bigtime fan of Mayawati and admire her please read the link

well as u have asked me about my idea of eligibility criteria for a PM is only one......and that is "Honesty"...A lady is single and is not some business tycoon still she has so much of money.....her dirty cash was almost 300 times more than her income.....till date she has declared only a small portion of her assets(if all politicians do it,does it mean she has to follow the same trend)...How has she earned so much of wealth....whatever she has she claims that its been gifted to her by her supporters:DWhy doesn't she spend that money for the betterment of the people living below povery line or in some other way for the betterment of the nation?What will she do with all this wealth?And hey i never said that dressing sense is not important...i still say the same....when u are a public figure u should dress up well :)....Any other questions?....i would love to answer and settle this curosity thing:DWhen someone seeks my reply i never disappoint:)
P.S:D Deswal jee kripya diya hua link zarur padhe....yeh time hum logo ke prayschit karne ka nahi balki Mayawati ka hai:) )

Now that you seem to have agreed that dressing sense etc are trivial issues and it is not her caste which should make her the PM AND also not prevent her from being the PM, then we come to the obvious question:

What qualities in her will make her a good PM for India? (I mean what qualities would you want to see in her)

What did politicians before her do for UP? What different has she done?
If hypothetically she was a Jat and everything else was exactly the same (just assume) then what would your feelings be? Would you or would you not revert back to the question in bold above?

Mayawati !! if at all she becomes the PM that will be the black day in the history of India. She is a criminal a loot a dacoit by profession which gets legitimized when in politics. She has all the criminals in her party, and these criminals have the political outfits which create loot and panic among citizens. She never cares a Dam for Dalits she just wants to use them.
Ms Mayawati does not deserve to be a PM. She has done nothing in her life but to move round on lower caste brigade. Though she may be one of the good politicians in her state as others are worse but India does not deserve her. Either Manmohan or Adwani should become PM. Not people like Mayawati, she should just restrict herself to rule her underdeveloped state. Just that.

She is power hungry. Without any Mission or Objective

True! But then how many successful people have reached at the top without being unfair..

Again, I'm not her fan, rather I too find her repulsive (especially her personality and "eloquence")! And I really dont know her/politics that thoroughly to analyse at length.
I admire her like I admire Rakhi Sawant or Mallika Sherawat...:rolleyes:

Me too !! I also like Mithun, Govinda, Shakti Kapoor, Gulshan Grover. Its a shame these guys are not working anymore, otherwise they would've romanced/raped Rakhi and Mallika.

Our politicians have been raping the country for decades as passionately as shakti kapoor, gulshan grover nd all those legends :p nd ye govinda's and mithuns dance nd romance is no less than a 'bad movie' is tat wat we call it ?

Atleast Mayawati cant rape ??? i think i m right??u never know on this day and time..

Jokes apart I still support mayawati for her leadership and strong personality. I am not talking about corruption, looks, colour , caste nd all tat stuff

Seems there's a bug inside you.....and i really wish i cud mention where:D....and having that bug is not at all unusual coz to admire a persona like Mayawati presence of that bug is essential....once more i wud like to make it clear that i am not at all interested in getting into any kind of "Views Exchange Programme" with u...So please find someone else to irritate sh*t outa one...dont bother about my going...

I have seen most participating members opposing her are those who dislike her looks or her dressing sense but not her leadership qualities and her following across the breadth and length of the country!

As for being her currupt, "who is Dhoodh ka dhula hua"? Your mention of her infamous slogan, "Tilak, taraju aur talwar", reminds me of a scores of members on this forum as well, bringing out their anguish against this 'infamous trio' for exploiting poor people of this country for centuries. this was typical of the Darbar Culture that functioned for centuries against the interest of the common people! Her venomous tirade was against that culture!

I am also of the view that a Dalit should get the chance to lead the country to go along with the sentiments shown by the American public. Mayawati being the most popular among all Dalit leaders should be given a chance. My contention revolves around the perception of "healing the old wounds". My feelings are also based on the belief that it would help to do away with caste ism, reservation etc.in the long run.

Good to know that you are one of the oldest members of jatland! In fact I have seen you around, participating actively only in the recent months.
