Pakistani terrorism will grow under the threat that both Pakistan and India are nuclear powers and any nuclear war would be suicidal. Its this fear which will be the root cause of all problems in years to come. Pakistan is churning out terrorists in thousands. It is becoming an industry like sea piracy and poppy cultivation. Many allied industries have come around these people and who have developed vested interests. All sorts of solutions have been suggested over the years but nothing has worked. I am yet to hear any solution which has worked so far, be it in Israel or any where. We will keep suffering till we are worried of getting annihilated by nuclear war. The day we get rid of this fear, everything will fall in place. Pakistan has people in the form of terrorists who are willing to die. Unless we have the whole nation willing to perish, we can not deter these suicidal terrorists and their akkas. Fearful nation can not fight terrorism. If whole world keep waiting for terrorists to get reformed, then better be ready for them to get hold of Paki nuclear bombs and get killed without doing anything... Terrorists have no mercy and they will celebrate killing as many people as they can. Pakistan is blackmailing world through her Nuclear bombs and hitting us all through their terrorists... Very smart strategy indeed..

Dear RK Ji,

Not using the nuclear weapons is not that we are scared or fearful of any thing. WMD's are suppose to be used as a deterent as far as possible and as long as possible.

No body is being blackmailed by Pak because of nuclear weapons. But terrorism is not a simple problem. It is the low cost war, and with unemployment being what it is today, it is easy to find people for such activities. We all try to do profitable business, and therefor various states use terrorism to further their military goals against superior rivals.

What we need to do is two things:

1. keep our own house in order.
2. Make Zero tolerance policy and strike the terrorist camps wherever they are.

Nuclear war is in no one's interest.

You have made some very important point. Regarding Madarsas, I think we need to close them down in our own country first. If you ever travel to Devband near Muzaffurnagar, the place looks like an Arab Country. SIMI needs to be taken care of and so are all other fanatic organizations be it from any religion.

A large cooperation specially among the countries greatly affected by terrorism needs to be carried out. International community needs to work on safe guarding the nuclear weapons from the Terrorists specially in the states like Pakistan and break away states of former Soviet Union.

Sir u r talking about Devband just see Itawa and Muzzaffrabad they like a Pakistan, and sir i m fully agree with you that the Salary paid to these great security personnels is very less in front of their contributions.
And sir do you really beleive that we had enough of force who can cover our huge borders with the pakistan so that these terrorists can be stopped by entering in India and even u can see that the mumbai terrorists came through sea route where were our Navy or Marine force at that time. Sir the Idea for War is not good but if pakistan is not ready to co-operate is there any other solution apart from war? I agree that all sorts of solutions have been suggested, but were they implemented honestly ever ? A Big No !

We as a nation has no dearth of ideas and even we have the potential to turn them real, the only thing we lack is DECISIVE MINISTERS ! We have a large and trained military and its not that they dont have any idea about where the Pak's so called training camps are located. Its just that Military cant act on its own beyond a limit until it gets suitable directions from the concerned Ministries, who in turn are not powerful enough to take any quick and independent decision !

Had the military been allowed to go forward and destroy the camps atleast in POK, we would have stood much taller and safer.

We have everything, but we dont get the directions to show that everything !

We have planning and suggestion on paper even at the highest levels, and we often end up organising 'Peace Talks' .........

I suppose Russians, Americans, and Spaniards etc had their house in order much better than us and still suffered from terrorism. Our house will never be in order unless we are ready to fight the enemy head on. We have to shake out every possible fear out of us and only then we can fight terrorism. Every one says that Nuclear weapons are never meant to use and they are just a sort of deterrent. Have nuclear weapons been able to deter ISI sponsored terrorism? If not, what is the way out? If things keep going this way, people will loose faith in their governments and will buy safety from terrorists and pirates.

We can keep talking of zero tolerance. The day we talk of bombing terrorist camps, Pakistan will again talk of nuclear war. Terrorist are not bothered of nuclear war as they are anyway on suicidal missions. In my view the only solution is to make it clear that India is ready for nuclear war if thats is only option. I may sound radical, but I see no solution to terrorism other than going on all out war including nuclear. No body wants to die, but we have the option of either getting killed by terrorists or while anihilating terrorists and all their supporters. Radical Islam has been on war for last 1300 years and there is no way they will stop unless there is large scale anihilation. Our army, navy, airforce and nuclear weapons are of no use to stop terrorists. I know there won't be Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore etc left after such war and so will be the case with most Pakistani cities and possibly Saudi cities. I am sure we will have a much better world left behind after an all out Nuclear war on countries supporting terrorism. Let all cities be vacated and nation get ready for nuclear war. May be we kick/ kill some corrupt ministers also while preparing for war. Corrupt ministers have ruined many institutions and humliated honest citizens.

Actually its so easy to find out others' fault and come with a statement 'ye kar do ..........' but we dont take the pain to think for a moment on the millions of other intermingled factors.

Few suspicious people from Pakistan came to Mumbai, they breached the security at multiple points, they were carrying ample ammunition, and they managed to keep our commandoes and forces on toes for hours.

Do you think this happened without the connivance of various Indians at various points? Had we Indians not supported them how would had it be possible for them to give effect to such a massacre? How do you think they avoided all kinds of checks?

The answer is we were weak and 'OUR' weakness made them strong. This 'OUR' includes our leaders, the security personnels at various levels and the common man !

'Terrorism' cant die completely unless all mankind comes to an end ! Few people are born extremists. They are rebellious by nature and have deadly instincts. The only way they see solution (even if they dont know exactly what the problem is ) is in brutal killings and mass massacres ! Such people will never vanish no matter what !

Is it advisable to play havoc to the mankind to kill such idiots who are prone to grow again & again.......

Only solution is to minimise the power of such people and kill the leader first and dont keep them secure in jails awaiting judgments ......
