Proposal of IIM in Haryana accepted

रोहतक. मैनेजमेंट की विश्वस्तरीय शिक्षा देने के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने हरियाणा में इंडियन इंस्टीट्यूट आफ मैनेजमेंट खोलने को मंजूरी दी है। 150 एकड़ से ज्यादा में बनने वाले इस इंस्टीट्यूट के लिए जल्द से जल्द तीन साइट प्लान हरियाणा सरकार से मांगे गए हैं।
साइट प्लान फाइनल होते ही इंस्टीट्यूट का निर्माण शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। इधर हरियाणा सरकार ने भी इस दिशा में तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए फाइनेंस कमिश्नर के नेतृत्व में चार सदस्यों की कमेटी का गठन किया है।
हरियाणा सरकार काफी दिनों से प्रदेश में आईआईएम खोलने की मांग कर रही थी। केंद्र सरकार को कई बार प्रस्ताव भी भेजे गए थे, पर किसी न किसी वजह से योजना हर बार ठंडे बस्ते में चली जाती थी, लेकिन प्रदेश में लगातार आ रही मल्टीनेशनल कंपनियों और एसईजेड में अच्छे मैनेजरों की जरूरत को देखते हुए केंद्र सरकार ने प्रदेश में आईआईएम खोलने को मंजूरी दी है।
इस संबंध में प्रदेश सरकार को चिट्ठी लिखकर जल्द से जल्द 150 एकड़ के तीन साइट प्लान भेजने के लिए कहा गया है। इधर हरियाणा सरकार ने भी इस दिशा में तुरंत कदम बढ़ाते हुए फाइनेंस कमिश्नर केएस भौरिया के नेतृत्व में एक कमेटी का गठन किया है।
कमेटी में कमिश्नर रोहतक को भी सदस्य बनाया गया है। कमेटी की जल्द ही मीटिंग बुलाई जाएगी और इसमें तीन साइटों को फाइनल किया जाएगा। फिलहाल रोहतक रेंज में इंस्टीट्यूट के लिए जमीन की साइटों की रिपोर्ट के लिए जिलों के डीसी को लिखा गया है।
भारत सरकार ने प्रदेश में आईआईएम के निर्माण को मंजूरी दी है। इंस्टीट्यूट के लिए रोहतक रेंज में ही जमीन देखी जा रही है। फाइनेंस कमिश्नर की अध्यक्षता में गठित कमेटी की मीटिंग में साइट फाइनल कर केंद्र को भेज दी जाएंगी।

It should be in Rohtak ! I supposRohtak is the best place for education institute!

Bhai Hooda ya to jamma jabardast baat kahin tune, thats awesome news bro!

Rohtak or Hisar are best city in my opinion as both are education hub in the state, I even heard sometimes back that ISB, Hydrabad is also planing to open a new buisness school in Sonipat around GT road!:)

But am afraid & second with Rasgulla bhai ki, ye IIM ke student daaru pee ke rolla karenge aur fer Jat inke latth de denge, roz ka raasa ho lega yo to! :D;)

Congratulation to all for this great news

But I have some doubt

In 80's Sonipat/Rohtak were educational hub of haryana (mera admission bhee muskil te hoya thaa Hindu school main). 8 out of Top 10 students were from Rohtak/sonipat in haryana. But now the scenario has totally changed now top 8 ulbadee students are from this region. Rohtak to pass main hai even Ambala Jail have large no of students involved in crimes. And Rohtak and sonipat are no more educational hub now.

But presently education hub is Ambala/Kurkshetra/karnal/panipat. but these districts have very fertile land so I think it should go to somewhere Hissar/rewari/jhajjar/Jind, where land is easily available.

Bhai admission uska hoga jo intelligent hai...........baaki ye hai ki jhan pe ye institute hoga waha pe amandni ke sasdhan peda honge......I mean economic prosperity mei us ilaake ki help hogi.............
 
Khabar tai bhadiya sai..par mai nue sochu hu ak koi jata nai bhi badan dega IIM ke bhitar (entrance tai mhare chora tai muskil pattega):p

Bhai guliya Mujhe ye economic prosperilty jayda samajh nahi aati ye..per ye jaruur hai..ki jo IIM se pade hue jayda tar log ya Mumbai main milenge ya.. fir USA main baithe hue hain.......Ek example mere pass hai Roorkee ka....yahan IIT hai jo ki India ke top Institute main aata hai...mujhe nahi lagta ki Roorkee ki economic prosperity main kuchh jayda fayda hya hai....mujhe nahi lagta yahan se nikne ke baad kisiko is shahar ki yaad aati hogi....Haan log jante jarur hai IIT ROORKEE .
Dusra example Gurgaon ya Noida ka le lo... yahan is tarah ka koi Institute nahi hai...aur yahan ki economic prosperity ....

Is tarah ke naye institute khulna achhi baat hai ....lekin us ilake ka vikas jahan ye institute hain tabhi hoga....jab wahan ke bachche wahan padenge us institute main ya us jaise main.........

Haan bhai bikul sahi kaha ..hume to aise institute(IIM) ka intzaar hai jahan sirf Jaton ke hi admission ho....Wo kahan hai isse koi parak na padta..

durbhagya ki baat to tab hogi jab wahan ka chukidaar/securitywala jaat hoga...:(

PS: Sorry, if u hurt anybody's sentiments. But it pinches me a lot, when i see mostly jaat cabbie drivers, and security personnals (Gurgaon), on their own land, where they were once prosperous....:o

what this globalisation & industrialisation has given us, outsiders are pouring in, and hamari hi dharti pe aa ke hamar hi majak banate hain..:(

iim in Haryana

I agree with goyat and dr. sanjeev kumar however may be we can impress upon the government to make a model in such a way that it contributes to overall positive impact on the adjoining society . one thing that can be incorporated is excellent primary and secondary education for children of the surrounding villages so that they can come to up to standard to be able to get admission in iim. the charter of the instittue should be drawn in such a way that it incorporates social empowerment through education , mentoring of brilliant students, special programmes on skill upgradation of entire work force of that and enterpenurial skills. an institution designed in isolation would serve only like an oasis in desert. effort should be such that the oasis should lead to greening of the entire desert where habitation can take place other wise it will always remain a transit point student fro out side will come get educated and then again move out without in any way contributing to development of the area.

i donot know how it can be brought in the mind of the planners and especially mr. Bhupinder hooda and Dipender hooda ( chief minister and member parliament)

sick mentallity. admission unka hoga jinme talent hai, jo potential rakhte hai, jo mehnat karte hai .. wot say ? Abb chahe woh chamar ho ya panjabi ya jat. Aap kya chahte hai ki jaton ko 100% reservation de de aur unko mehnat karne ki jaroorat hi naa pade. Daaru piyo, ladki chedo, khao piya aish karo aur fir IIm bhi le lo ??? good going boss ... salutations to such mentality.

Jaaton ke balak, balak hai aur log toh machine paida karte hai ... huhhh ???
Yaar kuch toh dhang ki baat kiya karo. Dr ho, learned ho aur fir bhi aisi ghatiya baatein. Jaaton ko kam kyu samjhte ho... mehnat karna nahi jaante kya woh ??? Kya aaj tak IIM ya IIt se koi jat nahi nikla kya ???
Jaha tak aap abhi singapore mein pahunche ho woh koi jaton ke institution se pahunche ho kya ???
Please, don ans me. Just question yrself and then ans urself.
