Purchase of Brides

those are the gone days...

hi everyone,

I think this is the problem which is piping in not only in HARYANA, what U guys think that this is happening because of the guyz:gals thing, then it means that those said outsider BRIDES are marrying to HARYANA`s Jat because of the the same ratio thing (boys are not enough to marry then in their respective states)
Well tell me how many of your friends or neighbours in HARYANA to whom you are linked somehow are not married outside JAT community, their will be atleast one with no drama.
THIS IS ALL HAPPENING BECAUSE OF:-

1) Our generation you can say which can surf on JATLAND and showing our humors with few strokes of those funny characters, but never came out to support our culture "I said so because if we are thinking that lt is all happening due to lack of illitracy in villages then we are wrong, as I said above that in URBAN areas this ratio of non-JAT brides would be much more then what we expect. So their must exist the balance of education+culture somewhere.

2) Well i don`t think that any one who is dedicated to our HARYANVI culture or we can say "NIKHDOO JAT" (may it be he or she) with education as well, may be not much, will ever marry with any other then JAT, or will do such a silly thing kinda abortion of female unborn babies.
 
When we say something about the sex ratio in HARYANA.... it represent more or less sex ratio in JAT community. AND the figures are very bad.
When marrying outside the community..... raises mainly two questions.... maintainance of gene pool and culture of Jat society.
Gene pool.... in the past there was report which stated that Indian gene pool has maintained the purity...... and that will be a great boon in genomics studies. And that has come because of unique system of marriage. More importantly..... it is our genes which decide our body structure and appearance and clan recognition. marrying outside the community means mixing of different clans i.e. hybridization. Hybrid are supposed to better clan but that happens only when gene pools from two are of high quality. I donot think.... that purchased wives will be having good gene pool. It simply will deteriot the clan structure.... u will be getting short statured, weak, thin body...... simply a non jat community.
All of us will fail then in recognizing them.... are they Jat.... or non Jat.
Second one the CULTURE. How long we will be able to maintain the JAT culture. You people can guess yourself.

AND what soever is happening .... all of us are responsible for that. We the educated people more. Just tell me .... how many you have denied the dowery system... how many us tried to educate (I mean awareness... not literacy) the people around us... how many of us tried to provide equal status to girls in OUR society. These are the basic problems which creat a situation for foeticide. and then which in overall creat the problem which we are discussing. Every word we speak in social life has a bearing on the people around us.
So ponder over these.... do something .... instead of just discussing and then going to sleep. If this trend continue.... then there will no JATLAND oneday.
 
Ohhhhhhhhhhh ! very shame. Evils nevers stop in this world.

Study showed 49 purchased brides in these villages and there was a big age difference also.The maximum number of purchased brides in one village was 13. Most of these girls are from very poor families . If this goes on it will have serios consequencies for Society of Haryana.

How to fight against this?

Dear Mukesh,

The reason of females' participaton in writing or any discussion is very apparent. Boys some times talk uncultured and demoral way giving their own identity which is shame to our jat siciety sometime, making always meaningless sense. In this way why our hon'rable female members will dare to come forward with those people. Do you agree ?

Yes. It may be a unavoidable reason behind this. But I think to ignore them(who talk uncultured) is the best solution of this problem, because after sometime they will automatically come on the right track. So female member must participate in the disucsion.

Dear All

Thanks a lot for your serious concerns on the issue. The Society is always changing but the direction of change should be progressive and not retrogressive. Elimination of girls in the womb will have very serious implications. Most of us are killer in one way or the other in this matter but we are not ready to have this self criticism. Untill unless we start from self realisation on the issue other things will not move in a proper direction.
Comments please for concrete steps in this direction.
