Bal Thackeray doesn't care about any Indian, whether in India or in Australia. He started his political career by ranting against South Indians, moved on to Muslims and then moved on to UP/Bihar Bhaiyyas. In short, it has always been based on creating a fear psychosis of "the other" to consolidate the marathi vote bank. All this muck-raising over Aussies and IPL is because he is facing heat from the new idiot on the block- Raj Thackeray who is beating the big uncle with his own stick. So I don't see what's the point of writing to such an idiot- does anyone really accept him to bow down keeping in mind Indians' interests in Australia. I will bet on Sun rising in the West before that happens.
As for the heraldsun article you pasted, it is yet another idiot, this time an Australian. Seems like an Aussie version of Bal Thackeray. Atleast should open some eyes, who believe Indian media is shitty while their Australian counterparts are balanced![]()

Kapil, Exceptions are everywhere..And there is no denial in that..But it has been proved so many times that how Indian media sell it news..and it has been proved in this thread as well..How they blindly start spitting venom over anything without looking into facts..Without waiting for investigations and without a hindsight, Indian media start yelling out over Australians..To be honest.. i was so so relaxed when i read the headline "Man charged over Gurshan's death ". And this news could be sold out like this: "Indian charged over Gurshan's death". And as some claims that Indians have been neglected in Australia. It does not matter if that toddler was an Indian or an Australian..It was just a matter of somebody who is in Australia and there is law to protect him/her..I don't know how much tax payers money has been spent to carry out investigations..and for Australians it's a henious crime and it's their responsibility to bring the felon in gaol..I remember one of the comment from some Australian which was " I would be more happy to pay more taxes in order to get rid of the bad apples so they don't spread the disease" . And trust me this (toddler murder news) was a breaking news in Australia and had brought more attention than other news.
