This is a facility provided by our Banks to the shopkeepers. For example, I am a shopkeeper holding current account in a bank, current account generally relates to the businessmen, I need a limit of Rs. 5 Lac, the Bank deposits Rs. 5 Lac to my account and I've to give the Bank the Registry of my shop or my home as a guarantee. U can withdraw up to Rs 5 lac @ any time from your account and the bank will charge U the nominal interest rate. It'll be applied on the sum withdrawn by you. And it could be 0.5% to maximum 1% approximately. Though I've written 'without interest' above in my post. वो कुछ जोश में misinterpret हो गया। और 'तुम लोगों' से मेरा मतलब हम सभी से है जिनका ये पैसा है।
लेकिन बात ये नहीं है -
You mean loan against property? If so, then Loan Processing Charge itself is 1 % of total loan amount. + there are so many additional charges(Hidden cost).
Current interest rates(Loan against properties) : For home loan purpose.

Bhai at such a high interest rates, its very hard to make profits.
किसान की जमीन की Guarantee के against सरकार किसान को कितना Benefit देती है, ये सोचने की बात है।
Farmers can get the benefit of Kisan Credit Card. The interest of that loan is : 7 % with 2 % rebate if you make minimum payment in the required timeframe. So the interest rate can be reduced to 5 percent.
