जंतर-मंतर से शुरू होगा जाट आंदोलन
अमरोहा [जासं]। आरक्षण के लिए जाटों ने फिर हुंकार भरी है। मंगलवार को अमरोहा के काफूरपुर में अखिल भारतीय जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति की पंचायत ने दिल्ली के जंतर-मंतर से पांच मार्च से आंदोलन की शुरुआत का एलान किया है। जाट आबादी वाले छह राज्यों के सौ जिलों में एक साथ आंदोलन चलाया जाएगा।

अखिल भारतीय सेवाओं में आरक्षण को लेकर जाटों द्वारा 2011 में शुरू हुआ आंदोलन केंद्र सरकार के आश्वासन के बाद शांत हुआ था। दी गई समय सीमा समाप्त होने पर जाटों ने फिर आंदोलन की ठान ली। काफूरपुर के किसान आदर्श विद्यालय में संघर्ष समिति की पंचायत में आंदोलन की रणनीति बनी। राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष यशपाल मलिक ने एलान किया कि पांच मार्च को समिति के पदाधिकारी दिल्ली में जंतर-मंतर पर धरना शुरू करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार दो साल में जाटों को केंद्र में आरक्षण देने का वायदा पूरा नहीं कर सकी। अब जाट आरपार की लड़ाई लड़ेंगे। साथ ही क्षेत्रीय व धार्मिक भेदभाव का शिकार हुई जातियों को भी साथ जोड़ेंगे।

उन्होंने बताया कि आंदोलन के दौरान रेलवे ट्रैक के किनारे धरना दिया जाएगा। इसी प्रकार पानीपत व मथुरा की रिफाइनरी, मुरादनगर व सोनीपत के जलापूर्ति केंद्रों के साथ ही विद्युत आपूर्ति केंद्रों के सामने भी अनिश्चितकालीन धरना दिया जाएगा।

Bhai Desi, i have attended the meeting of Jat aarkshan sangharsh smiti led By Yashpal Malik in ramlila ground as well as Janatar mantar.there was press conf where Yashpal Malik was being interviewed by media after they went to meet Mukul wasnik at jantar mantar on what will be your next step. He said Hum dilli rok dengey hum aar paar ki ladai karnegey dilli ko charo taraf jaat hai n isse hum band kar dengey.When conf got over, reporter said ki Malik ji ko bolane ki aadata kuch karte to hain nhi.Hamesha kahte hain aar paar lekin mujhe inka kabhi aar paar samajh nhi aaya. These were the word of not one but 3-4 reporters


Ye vo malik sahab hai jab amritsar se JAT jathha chala to poster pe na Ch Chhoturam and na Hi Ch Charan singhji ki photo, sirf apni laga rakhi thi , matlab apne aap se bada kisi ko nhi maante.

Inki ek personnel line bhi hai and apne logon se kahte hain, maine aarkshan k naam pe inta naam kama dia hai ki ab bacho ko kuch karne ki jarurat nhi hai. Inka apne naam pe jor hai arkshan pe nhi.

Ye wahi malik sahab hain jab commission ki sunwai chal rahi thi haryana mein to Bhole jaton ko track pe bitha dia tha n ek bache ko marwa dia andolan karke n uski wajah se fatehbaad/hisar mein delay ho gai sunwai jisse overall delay hua aarkshan haryana mein

Yahi malik sahab hain jinhone Kafurpur track chhod dia inhone police k darr se n delhi police to UP police se ek kadam aagey hai. Unhone to raat ko ramdev ko nhi chhoda tha and na hi bechari jo chhoriyon ko jo rape case ko lekar protest kar rahi thi;)
 
bhai main is arakshan se juda to nahi par maine Malik ji ka FB forum jarur follow kia hai and it is mere reflection of what you said- focused on building his image and not Arakshan.

The admin of that group(probably his relatives) are weird too. There are random check-ins at Miami to show off they are in US on that forum, wonder what good does it do to Arakshan.

I have offered them some social media skill classes FOC ;)
 
राजनीतिज्ञों के गुलाम जाट "जाट आरक्षण" आन्दोलन से दूर रहे वरना कसम से इस बार उनको पूरे समाज के सामने एक्सपोज तो किया ही जाएगा उनकी पिटाई भी निश्चित करनी है । इसलिए भाइयो आपको पहेले से ही बता रहे है क्योकि जाट हमला भी करता है तो पहले सामने वाले को चेतावनी देता है और संभलने का मौका भी देता है। पिटाई का मतलब पिटाई ही है याद रखे ।

Chandigarh, February 15
The Punjab and Haryana High Court today issued
notice of motion to Haryana and its authorities on a petition challenging the
notifications dated January 23, for providing reservation in jobs. Notice has
been issued for March 22 and the state has been asked to file its reply within
four weeks.

Shikha contended in her petition that the respondents, vide the
notifications, had provided 10 per cent reservation in government jobs and its
undertakings to special backward classes. These included Bishnoi, Jat, Jat Sikh,
Ror and Tyagi.

Further 10 per cent reservation in jobs was provided to economically backward
persons in the general category vide the second notification.

As such, the respondents have taken the total reservation in the state to 67
per cent. It was more than the ceiling of 50 per cent reservation. The action
was also against the principle of law settled by the Supreme Court of India in
“Indra Sawhney and others versus the Union of India and others” case.

The apex court held that the reservation to the SC and backward class
categories should not exceed 50 per cent.

Referring to another case “M. Nagaraj versus Union of India”, the petitioner
said the Supreme Court had categorically held that “even if the state has
compelling reasons, it has to see that its reservation provision does not lead
to excessiveness so as to breach the ceiling limit of 50 per cent.
The petitioner stated the moot point was whether the impugned notifications
were against Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution. It was also to be
considered by the court “whether the state government, while granting
reservation in jobs in government/government undertakings, could cross the
ceiling of 50 per cent and whether grave and manifest injustice has been done
with the petitioner as well as other general category candidates?”
 
It was to be challenged, it is good that the reality would be known to the effected castes at this stage and the real faces of sh Bhupender Hooda and certain so called social workers will be seen (wrong/right)

Bhai jai singh, an old saying-the dog which bark more, does not bite, firstly, people who have started thinking themselves as future minister, must understand that they are not likely to get ticket, if get it some how than cannot win and even if win, so what, will they be able to change direction of the God, why one should worry from such false, duplicate red eyes of publicity workers

Fateh Sir, maine suna aap vakil ho to kya itna bhi nhi samajahte ki ye to hona tha n iske aagey kya hoga? it was challenged in UP as well by Yadav , it was challenged in rajasthan as well but point is what happened after that?aapko aisa lagta hai ki sarkar itni badi fuddu hai ki usne aisa kiuch socha nhi hoga? People even went to court at the time of agitation as well.

You being a elder member of the this forum and our caste should not be cynical for the pople who helped us in getting this.Instead you should find who went to court and what was the intent.

Uncleji, for sure i ll keep your word in mind but answer me why we having any issues agar apne aap ko minister samajhata hai to? samjhane wala to samajhega n aap aur main uska kuch nhi kar sakte. as i said above you being a elder i didnt expect this kind of cynicism from you but again everyone has their own perception.
