RIDDLES -- Dimag ki batti jalao

I solved Vikrant's ques in 3 tries......
Make 4 group A,B,C and D, 2 pill in each group...
Now compare A and B...
1. If A >B
comare A and C
if A equal to C then the faulty pill in B and lighter in weight
if A>C then faulty pill is in A and heavier .
now compare the pill of either A or B accordin to result of 2nd try.1 pill each side of balance.

2. if A=B then
compare A and C...
If A>C then the faulty pill in C and lighter in weight
If A<C then the faulty pill in C and heavier..
now try acording to previous and found faulty pill
If A=C then the fault pill is in D.
compare 1 pill from D say D1 to 1 pill from any A,B or C
if equal then D2 is faulty other wise D1 ia faulty

3. If A<B then try according to case 1.

A old man has 49 cow numbered from 1 to 49.Each cow produce milk equal to her number.eg. no.1 produce 1 litre,no.2 produce 2 litre,........no.49 produce 49 litre.

How he will distrubute???

Total milk of 49 cows is 1225 litres.
Each of his son with 7 cows will have 1225/7 = 175 litres of milk.

The no. of cows which 7 sons will get is:
1st Son : 7 , 13 , 19 , 25 , 31, 37 ,43.
2nd Son : 6 ,12, 18 ,24 , 30 , 36 ,49.
3rd Son : 5 , 11 ,17 ,23 , 29 ,42 , 48.
4th Son : 4 , 10 ,16 , 22 ,35 , 41 , 47.
5th Son : 3 , 9 , 15 ,28 , 34 ,40 , 46.
6th Son : 2 , 8, 21 , 27 ,33 , 39 , 45.
7th Son : 1, 14 , 20 , 26 ,32 , 38 ,44.

The submission of these nos. is 175 each.

A 120 wire cable has been laid firmly underground between two telephone exchanges located 10km apart.

Unfortunately after the cable was laid it was discovered to be the wrong type, the problem is the individual wires are not labeled. There is no visual way of knowing which wire is which and thus connections at either end is not immediately possible.

You are a trainee technician and your boss has asked you to identify and label the wires at both ends without ripping it all up. You have no transport and only a battery and light bulb to test continuity. You do have tape and pen for labeling the wires.

What is the shortest distance in kilometers you will need to walk to correctly identify and label each wire?

is tread ka to band sa hi kar diya ..problem itna tough bhi nahi thi...
Answer is 20 Km.
ab process ke liye hi try kar lo..........

20 Km paidal taar judwawe hai ya olympics mein khandawe hai. Trainee ne naukri chod di answer dekh ke e. Baaki jawab bhi sun liya sawal palle ibe bhi nahi pada. poora e bata deta bhai. aade saare taar jodan tein naat gaye .Kyun trainee ki dhala sabke gode tudwawe hai

Aapki ati kripya hogi agar aap iske uttar hindi rupantaran kar ke denge

Rakesh bhai ladkiyo ka dimag to suna tha par tumhara bhi gode mai hai..very interesting...Answer hindi mai hi hoga dear...

man le starting mai wo side A par hai...
pahle to wires ke 15 group banaye..
1 wire in 1st group..
2 wire in 2nd group..
3 wire in 3rd group..
.
.
.
15 wire in 15th group...

ab har group ke wires ko joint kar diya...aur apna saaman lekar side B(10 Km) chala gya..

1 wire 1
group of 2 wire 2 3
group of 3 wire 4 5 6
group of 4 wire 7 8 9 10
.
.
.
goupof 15 wire 106 107 108 ...................120

ab usne column ke accordin 15 group banaye..
1,2,4,7,....106 (15 wire)
3,5,........107 (14 wire)
.
.
.
120 (single wire)
apna saaman lekar fir se side A chala gya (10 Km)..
side A par single wire ko 1 number diya aur usse battery attach kar di.. aur baki sab group ke wires mai bulb se current check kiya. har group ke 1 wire mai hi current milega..aur unki numbering karta gya..label as number 2 from grop of 2 wire, label as number 4 from group of 3 wire.
ab 2 wire wale group mai 1 wire bacha use number 3 diya aur battery attach kar di.. fir sab groups ko pahle ki tarah hi check kiya...aur numbering kar di...is way mai sab wires ko label (nimber) mil jayega.. baad mai 1 bachega us par 120 likh dega....
is way mai use kewal 20 Km hi chalna padega...
ab to sab ki samjh aa jayega bahut detail mai samjha diya............

Identify switch to bulb!!

There are three 100 watt bulbs in a room. Switch to each bulb is in another room with colour red, blue and white for each switch respectively. U are allowed to examine the room with bulbs only once.

Tell which switch is for which bulb.

only They can solve, because He are not able to solve, also They was telling me that They can do it and me always trust They because they is very intelligent:rock

switch are red, blue and white....

first press the ....red ....and make it switch on and take the time atleast 1 minute and now make it switch off.
now press the....blue....and make it switch on........now go to the second room.......
u will find a bulb is lighted......definitely the switch of this blube is....blue..

now check the other two bulbs with ur hand.....which bulb will be hot, switch of it will be......red...

and obviously switch of the remaining last bulbe will be.....white....

welcome to JL sachin
correct, ye thode din pehle hi puchcha tha dharampal ji ne

try this one, very simple, 9th class ka hai

A man drove his car 1 mile to the top of a mountain at the rate of 15 miles per hour. How fast must he drive 1 mile down the other side in order to average 30 miles per hour for the whole trip of 2 miles?

switch are red, blue and white....

first press the ....red ....and make it switch on and take the time atleast 1 minute and now make it switch off.

Good answer Sachin....Welcome to JL...

hi friends...
nice thread.. i like it...
ok i m also putting a small puzzle here..
itz slightly off topic but as thr are many guys here(related to computer programming).. i'll would be intresting..
so here it goes....
lets say in C language,
how can ve add two variables(letz say int a and int b) without using + or ++ operators?

mera to accident hua hai baki sab ko kya hua jo is thread ko band hi kar diya...
dheere-2 hi sahi badhate raho aage...

Sanjeev post a 9th class quess at post 675.
so sanjeev ji average speed of 30 miles per hour not possible.mathematically he needs infinite speed to got 30 miles per hour average..
at post no. 677 (0 add a and b without using + or ++)
there are many ways in math..
(1) a+b=a-(-b)
(2) if a=b then a+b=2a or 2b
if a not equal to b then a+b= (a*a-b*b)/(a-b)

ab inme se jo theek lage use A,B,C,D.... kisi bhi language mai implement karlo...

In your bedroom you have a drawer with 2 red, 4 yellow, 6 purple, 8 brown, 10 white, 12 green, 14 black, 16 blue, 18 grey, and 20 orange socks. It is dark in your bedroom, so you can't distinguish between the colors of the socks.

How many socks do you need to take out of the drawer to be sure that you have at least three pairs of socks of the same color?
