Phool Kumar ji, you usually speak after building up a lot of knowledge on an issue, but I am afraid it looks like you didnt spend enough time researching on the topic here. And by topic I mean the Punjab militancy problem.
I do agree with you on Bhindrawala's desecrating the Darbar Sahib complex by using it as his HQ. He had no right to do so and it made matters worse. But please read up more on the issue instead of making statements like "Op Bluestar nahi hota to Haryana Khalistan mein aa jata.."
As repeatedly pointed out by others including Sangwan ji in another thread, the demand for Khalistan was a product of 1984, not a reason for it. I can refer a very good book by ex-DIG Punjab, Kirpal Dhillon who has traced the root of the Khalistan problem very well. If you read that book or other sources you will understand that Khalistan was hardly ever brought up by Bhindrawala, let alone in 1966 as you mentioned above.
In fact, you are falling into the mis-information trap of the baniyas and bahmans, many of whom along with Punjab Kesari spared no effort to further the communal divide in Punjab. As a result, what started as a state vs. centre issue, very soon became a Sikh vs. Hindu issue.
And its true the Jat Sikhs were the worst off in the whole issue. At the height of the militancy period, KPS Gill stated that the militancy issue was a fight between Jatts - those on the militant side against those on the state's side. It was the Jatts who took to militancy as indeed were the leaders of most militant organizations as it were the jatts fighting against them like Gill, Brar etc. Even the Punjab Police comprised about 70% Jatts right uptill the 90s.
