I never accuse modi on the basis of what court said but what he does.

I replied it earlier as well and let me give one more example, Amit Shah, Maya Kodnani all were ministers in his cabinet and their cases are still being fought in courts. Both Sajjan and Tytler were dropped of electoral polls until proven innocent but Modi kept Amit Shah inspite of questioned time and again. Second, Congress has several times regretted what happened, Modi not even one said sorry or remorsed on what happens which justifies his intentions.

Third and most important, Supreme Court in Feb 2012 said Modi is doing everything he can to save the culprits of Godhra - which is a big reflective statement on how he sees the act.

we are also accusing these people on the basis of what they did not on the basis of what court said..!!!
......you change very often...infact every now and then,,,on every turn...on what u say..!!!

First of all thank you for following my posts so religiously but wish you tried to get the logic as well...

Have you tried reading your ridiculously funny and biased replies? e.g. courts let Modi go they are ultimate temple of truth for you but if they let Sajjan Kumar go they overlook stuff? What kind of blind-sighted biased view is that?

It is only tragic that media trials hold more important to people like you that is why parties like BJP have disregarded the institutions of parliament and protest everyday to hold a new media trial because voters like you prefer that more. Though am glad there are not many with that kind of mindset, at least beyond social media.

And since when did you start to respect media? If I recollect correctly the same media is called biased when they push something for the govt, no?

And CWG and Coalgate is not prevailing because of media but CWG and Courts actions, you got this wrong, again!

It is your government your judiciary...PLEASE PROVE MODI GUILTY...!!!
your judiciary tried and could not prove him guilty..!!

BUT in 1984 CASE,,,everything is manipulated to appease the masters and despite having the evidences..JUDICIARY managed to overlook them and set the culprits free..!!

And in CWG and Coalgate the role of media is very much an evidence so can't be overlooked so COURT has to give a verdict ...!!!

Phool Kumar ji, agar mein military tactics ki baat karun to Op bluestar ki naubat hi nahin aati. You should read about op Black Thunder conducted in Darbar Sahib in 1987. No military force was used and curfew was installed to flush militants out.

And lets assume, that indeed Sikhs were trying to form a Khalistan in 1984. So is that a reason enough to kill thousands by mobs supported by administration?

For that matter if any one tries to divide the country shall be taken by iron fist..!!
NONE to be SPARED...irrespective of religion and region...!!

आप तर्क कम और कुतर्क ज्यादा दे रहे है | यदि जज और वकील के सम्बंध केस के फैंसले पर असर नहीं डालते है तो फिर सुप्रीम कोर्ट को ये हिदायत जजो को ना देनी पड़ती कि आप अपनी अदालत में अपने सगे संबंधियो वकीलों के केस लेने से बचे और वे वकील भी आपकी अदालत के केस ना ले तो बेहतर है | ईमानदार जज यदि किसी भी रूप में केस के किसी पक्ष से जुड़ा है तो अपने आप को उस केस की सुनवाई से अलग कर लेता है या उस केस को दूसरी अदालत में भेज देता है |

आपकी जानकरी के लिये बता दूँ कि ऊपरी अदालतों में सिर्फ निचली अदालत में हुयी कारवाही और उसके दिए फैंसले की ही समीक्षा की जाती है और बड़े ही दुर्लभतम मामलो में फिर से केस की सुनवाई की जाती है | सबूतों को रिकार्ड में लेना, गवाहों के ब्यान दर्ज करना, जरूरी हो तो पुलिस से और जाच करना आदि आदि निचली अदालत का ही काम है उच्च अदालते तो सिर्फ उन सब बातो का दुबारा विशलेषण करती है और कभी कभार जरूरी समझती है तो किसी को गवाही के लिये बुलवा लेती है |

एक उदाहरण मेरी तरफ से भी, हाल ही के दिनों में एक सेवानिवृत उच्चतम न्यायलय के न्यायाधीश, जो लोकतंत्र के चौथे खम्बे के अध्यक्ष है, ने किस किस की सजा माफ़ी के किये कहाँ कहाँ प्रार्थना पत्र नहीं दिए और एक राजनैतिक पार्टी के विरुद्ध देश ही नहीं अपितु पाकिस्तान से समाचार पत्रों में भी लेख लिखे है | यहाँ सवाल ये है कि क्या सेवानिवृत होते ही उनकी सोच में इतना आमूल चूक परिवर्तन आ गया या उनकी सोच पहले से ही ऐसी थी? निष्कर्ष आप स्वयं निकाल सकते है|
