Let it depends on the owner...If he needs money and he dont have any alternative, he can sell it...No one has any right to take it forcefully...
Dosto,
One very practical question of which I am trying to find a suitable answer.
More of our Jat population is into agriculture than in business. Our folks have small/big pieces of land and they go for agriculture as by default.
A normal farmer can earn not more than 15000-20000 from one acre of his land per year (except a few who go for advanced farming etc). Now, if you see the market value of the land, it is more than 15-20 lakhs ( of course depending on area). If Kisan sells his land and utilises this money in business, or even goes for bank deposit, he can earn much more than the current returns which he gets after putting whole of his family into agriculture.
We know, we consider land as our pride and seldom sell it unless there is some compelling reason like govt acquiring or huge debts.
What do you suggest, should they sell it and think of other investments.
PS: pls read post #7 in this thread to know more I am talking about.
Bhai Decision bhi bata de kya liya hai???
I Think anil you should be asking that should a Jat start working somewhere else if he has very small land. Not selling it.
Yes if anybody dont have enough land to make a good living he should try to do some thing else. But try to keep his present property Including Land.
