I said this in other thread and I will reiterate it here. Death is always painful it really doesnt matter how the animals are killed. Even if there is some process to kill them less painfully, then also we do like them to be killed. It is a moral crime against animals to nurture them for our luxury and for our taste. There is no place in the world where it is done in a better way, the only difference is that we have the videos to criticize these countries.
Prashant bhai, what do you think what can be the "compassionate" way?
Yodhvir bhai, does electric shock not count for brutality? Forget about brutality, the conditions they are kept in, are worse than the hell. Chickens are made to grow to twice their normal size in half the time. The result is that their bones and muscles are not fully developed and they can't take few steps with this added weight and have less than 1/2 sq feet of space to live in.
It is all about making more profit with less resources. Do we really need to see the videos to understand the human brutality against animals. From a week from now we will forget about such things and would be talking about sehwag or something more interesting.
How many people, who are participating in this thread, will refrain themselves from using the leather products?
It was something about cruel and compassionate slaughter so was just curious to know what is the compassionate way to kill an animal. Apparetly, I think this compassionate slaughter is nothing but merely a clever "pretend" to defy the wicked and disgusting human nature. There may be some more NRI's stories to enlighten us about this compassionate slaughter. Just wait and listen!!
