Antrikshji, Can you provide more info about Deep Chand Bandhuji to make an articlen on JL Wiki?
Burdak ji, i've posted a write-up and have added Sh. Deep Chand Bandhu under "Notable persons of Tewatia Clan". I have also added him under "The Leaders - Haryana" category. However, I was unable to paste his picture which is shown in the link page of "Deep Chand Bandhu". Please review the addition(s) and make necessary changes (if required). I hope you will be able to add his picture as well. Please check if his name can be added in "The famous JAT People".

I am not sure but his ancestral line is also linked with
Raja Nahar Singh - The ruler of Ballabhgarh may be Mr. Nandal can throw some light on this.

My father, also an educationist worked with him before he joined his political career. I will try to gather more information on him, when I meet my father this December.

a doctrine of lapse was propounded by dulhauzi..where nahar just 33 yrs old was a victim along with jhansi...

where as nana sahib was pensioned by british, n transfered from their maratha land to this UP land at bithur at kanpur...n jhansi also never known due marathas like damodar rao etc. n tantia tope perhaps known due to his cap as topa/topi... none of them was as great as nahar singh...us nahar singh ke saath jan bal juda tha

us musibat ki ghadi me sone ki talwar se phere liye ...nahar singh ki beti ne...lekin beta us ka koi bhi nahin tha....

doctrine of lapse me us ki riyasat ja rahi thi is liye vo in sub marathaon ka saath diya

but again the cruelty of indian hiostory that knows all these marathas viz. damodar rao, laxmi, tantia, nana...alll in foreign land up,

its jats heart that he accepted all those foreigners in delhi, i hope surajmal should have given befitting reply to this bhau

who said : pahle to me is mulle (abdali) ko dekhun ga, phir is Jat (surajmal) ko dekhunga

Dear Burdak ji/Dudee ji/Ravi Chaudhary ji/Saurav Nandal ji/Antriksh Chaudhary ji + other historians

I take this opportunity to request all JAT historians to bring forth some more knowledge, if you have any about my great grandfather (par Dadaji).

My great grandfather's name was Ch. Sahab Ram Tewatia, popularly known by their adaptive name as Swami Sevanand Ji. He along with his friend Swaami Dharmanand Ji (don't know his real name) were both resident of village Naya gaon, Palwal, Distt. Faridabad. They were both political sufferer's and fought against britishers and went in jail several times.

My father says that they were the first and were instrumental in laying the foundation stone of Arya Samaj Mandir in Karol Bagh... though their name's are nowhere mentioned in the temple now. My father reminisces that they both use to play "kushti" at the place where this mandir now stands in Karol Bagh. Later on the punjabi's came in as refugee from Pakistan and also got settled there. They alongwith my great Dadaji gave a proper shape to the place, which now stands as "Arya Samaj Mandir - Karol Bagh". My father says that they were also given a room in the temple premises until they lived. In fact my father, himself stayed in the temple premises during his studies.

I would be greatfull if someone can throw some more information about him. I can bring more facts into limelight if I can, when I visit India this year.

oye, tere pue ne kushti guthi kabhi? saare kushti vardhak in rome. where from roman empire, n in maharashtra they were marathas. kushti ka prachlan bharat me jaton ne kiya tha like shaolin ninza. in the garb of budhism it travelled to china, n today chinese are looting ur history in the form of shaolin ninza.
