Pranam!!!
Sir,
Based on my experience in NGO i am putting my view infront of u all.

First of all we need to set examples infront of our People and Panchayaats, for this we should develop atleast 1 model village in every district.
For this only after brain storming we should select the right and appropriate (only 1) village from each district. After that we should launch our basket of programs for, by and of that particular village.

These programms should be prepared keeping in mind the pschology, ego background and resources of our People, Panchayaat and village (People includes all the villagers including Jats -males and females).

To develop and proper mplementation of our project we should seek help of various goverment and private agencies and also if need some politician and social workers (with no politicisning aims).

We should also seeks help from various national and international donars (individual & Agencies) both in financial and non finanacial terms.

After sucess of our projects or may be after sucees of its first phase we can launch the same project in 10 villlages of each district. slowly and slowly people will start excepting our project and start involving themselves and after sometime we can give the owner ship of those projects to the panchayaats and just do the survillance part.

After that we can go further to all the villagesand launch our Project..

We need to brainstorm a lot on each & every topic and the strategy we need to adopt. No need to involve too many people in the strategy planning. But we need diverse & variety of sugestions so we can ask for the sugggestion from our people through our website (Jatland).

I hope my suggestions may help you & our people.

pls. write to me as eary as possible, because next week i am going to nicobar islands for a month. i wont be finding the net there.

Regards!!!

I am Surprised!

I am surprised to see a very lukewarm response to this important topic. There are 40 replies while about 1000 people have viewed it. That is 4%.
I remember the threads on Mallika Sehrawat have generated more response than this. Does it mean that most of us have nothing to contribute and are out of ideas or we just don't care for such an important topic.

Unemployment and less eduction in Jat guys

Deepender HI,

I am agree with you that unemployment in Jat guys is a common problem. We are no more in education. In my opinion, the main cause for the unemployemtn are:

i) Leas eduction
ii) Orthodox (jab tak hum apni jado se chipke rahenge tab tak hame uparwala bhi nahin ubhar sakta)
iii) Less resources.
and so on.....................

We, the people of Haryana specially of Rohtak and Jhajjar district have lot of hopes with you such a young generation and hope that you may have some concrete solutions for these types of problems.

# Despite good intentions of the official and good policies, information doesnt reach the individual.......>>> major problem

## increase in literacy rate..affordable education..emphasis on skill sets

### each employed can guide n help an unemployed person, sounds tough but can start from ur own house

We may not tire of giving ideas......but may b too tired to initiate at least one:rolleyes: .....lets do smthin today:)

A Jat must know what he is and what he can do like his fore-fathers who have managed this earth (means universe not just land tilling) so far.

Very nice discussion on a basic problem.worth reading.
Mr.Hooda raised a valid point here.
Rural youth still running after govt. jobs, They don't have information about many self-employment schemes. they don't want to take a private company job.We need to change this mentality in our youth.

We need to stick this thread.....and hence my request to the who's who to grant sanction. Also i would like to call upon our MP..Deepender Hooda bhai to update us on the status of jat youth at present as regards to the unemployement and what are the steps being taken at his behest and in behalf of the govt. That should make an interesting reading for sure.Let us continue discussing this problem. Thanks all.

Why The Jat Yooth Is Unemployed??????

I am not agree that any time a rural jat yooth face unemployment. In my openion every family of jat has some part of fertile land which will, if he work hard with recent techonologies etc., give him enough self employment oppurtunities. But this is our vision that we consider A WHITE COLLAR JOB ,only the employment.
Let us start suggesting the various means and methodologies which can provide or create employment oppurtunities in jat rural and urban population with our limited resources.
So please start suggesting now:-
1.
2.
3. and so on

Why Wait?

In addition to what suggested by the previous contributers to this thread the following also appear important and urgent:

i) General knowledge (of the level of a layman) of human anatomy & physiology especially the digestive, respiratory and circulatory systems for all men and women to make them realise meaning and importance of cleanliness, personal & public hygiene and the nutritive (as distinct from costly) diet. This can be easily done through health camps.Similar level knowledge of the reproductive system will, off course, help in birth control but imparting of such knowledge is a big challenge unless really skilled teachers of either sex and suitable age are available.

ii) General attitude of the people needs to be positively polarised. Some of the jatlanders may prepare lessons and audio tapes in our vernaculars (Haryanavi, Rajsthani and Parvi bolis). Some others, I believe, are talented enough to compose short plays and folk songs to impress upon the power of positive thinking.

iii) Concept of ‘ideal family’ needs to be brought home and popularised. Awareness in this regard by selecting an ideal family on annual basis in each village can be created. People will soon realise the distinction between an ‘idle family’, an ‘ideal family’, a ‘poor family’ and a’rich family’. Meanings of some other phrases like ’poor but happy’, ‘rich but unhappy’ families need to be highlighted.

iv) One brilliant child per village (or a population of every 10,000 ; whichever is less) from ideal but poor families may be selected for scholarships on annual basis. We can immediately start this in our respective villages.

I believe these steps do not need very cumbersome preparations and may be taken without long wait. We can work some more in this direction (in preparing a blueprint and assigning the appropriate responsibilities to the members) because I find all sorts of talented people in the members’ list on this site. What we need are a) a strong will, b) a little monetary contribution and c) a little intellectual contribution.
