I am interested in discussing to where is the western U.P politcs going to?? Ajit Singh is the first name that comes to my mind

well i think for everbodys infomation i should tell u that ajit sing has only 2 loksabha seats.. baghpat n kairana.. and he thinks he is the only one jat leader in western U.P.

एक ही पोस्ट मे दो परस्पर विरोधी बयान.;)

I belong to Western UP and my village falls in Bagpat constituency. He lost to Som pal shastri in 1998 elections which was enough to proove that his time is gone but courtsy to all old timers who gave all what they got in the next elections to bring him back and when someone asked them why their answer they are not voting to Ajit singh they are voting for Chaudhary Charan singh so he came back after floating RLD party.
I have never heard, seen him saying anything in any sort of Media, his visibility in his constituency his visibility in Parliament but one thing is sure till the time Chaudhary Charan singh name is attached to him he will keep getting votes from all faithfull old timers.
His faithfull companion is some woman called Anuradha who is getting some good name i dont know for what all reasons.

If someone of you might have visited Bagpat city then he must be still remembering the conditions of the roads there, there is very special saying about bagpat road. When some one calls for a rickshaw then there are no words exchanged before the journey.......... reason the rickshaw puller and rider is not sure whether the passenger will be in rickshaw by the end of journey or not :)

Jokes apart in the current scenario there is no one who can be represent western jats in any form. There were times when Tikait used to take chopper rides with our ex prime minister H.D Devegowda with two different shades of chappals (left will be blue while right one will be white and in a much worst condition) then also there was nothing done for western jats farmers.

Courtsy Mulayam singh yadav who is a big follower of CH Charan singh that the university of Meertut was named after CH Charan singh else it would have been DR BR Ambedkar university coursy Mayawati.

So it does hurts when we have nobody to represent in western UP.
Now news is he is pushing his Son into politics now so it will be third generation into politics. His son went to US like he himself went for some BTech but came back to India to serve his country .... now his son is back to serve himself err.. his country.

By the way do we have any good one in India to represent JATS any future possibilities.

One of the problems of Ajit Singh is that he is always compared with incomparable Late Chaudhary Charan Singh. Ch Charan Singh was in essence a Rural/peasant leader and not merely a Jat Leader . He had great following in Muslims, Gujjars and other lower castes.

It is hard to survive in politics without being opportunist. It is the gains one must calculate for any opportunity. Grabbing any opportunity made this Jat leader a rolling stone. I remember Ajay Chautala was MP for years and didn't join the cabinet of BJP led government but kept supporting the Govt from outside.

Although there was no time to think about for Ch. Charan Singh but he too lost some credibility after grabbing that last opportunity. Mrs Gayatri Devi lost the election from Sonepat . It was a shame on jats of the area as she was the Daughter of sonepat.

I still believe that he needs the whole hearted support of the community and I see no alternative to him in sight! One thing I couldn't ever understand that why can't him and Chautala come together.

Cheers!

Sir, It is very important to be an opportunist but more important is to not be an opportunist for personnal reasons and give society the most of the opportunity you derive

Personally i believe, politics based upon emotions and relations is never fruitful, it can make people win always(for instance Mr. Singh) but since the candidate takes people for granted, people do not get any benefits(rarely, if they do). I always believe that a struglar would work more hard and better for a community than someone who has won thriving upon a legacy.

I still believe that he needs the whole hearted support of the community and I see no alternative to him in sight! One thing I couldn't ever understand that why can't him and Chautala come together.

I hail from Chapprauli, the heart of Mr. Singh's vote bank and i have relatives and friends spread all across Baghpat and Kairana constituency. I do not see him not getting any support from west UP at least, point is how effectively is it being used?

I can bet if a leader like Mr. Singh even sneezes once, people from his constituency would line up in front of his house just to pray for his wellness, he has a huge fan following and an emotional bonding with voters, thanks to Mr. Charan Singh's goodwill.

As the prosperity comes, ppl strive to make their own identity.....After independence, jats have made rapid progress in all fields in comparison to other communities....ab prosperity ke saath , har ghar main ek neta ho gaya hai...er youth ki alag thinking hai...apno ki khichai karne main apni mahnta samajhte hai...sabko ticket chaiye....har koi apne hisab se chalna chahta hai...ab sabko satify karna muskil hai...Have u ever stretched ur nerves why 1% Jat population managed to give a Jat PM regardless of the hatred of all other communities?...bcz we were unite..our elders were strongly sticked to Chaudhary sahab. In any situtation , they never found dispersed

One more thing is the community which does not have his representative, that will lose its recognition...see the conditions of rajputs after independence.......India is all abt caste and creed so survival is almost impossible if u ignore it.. why don't jats think how mayawati is dominating irrespective of her so my unresponsive acts???..bcz ek-ek SC/ST uske saath hai..mayawati kahti hai...tilak tarzu aur talwaar inko maaro joote chaar...pher bhi yeh upper catse aale buddhe jo mayawati ke baap ki umar ke hai...uske charan-sparsh karre hai......shittttttt.....aur sun lyo..jo you jat youth nahi sambhla..to wo din door na...jib chamaron ka hooka in jaatoien ne bharna padeggaa..:p;)........arr inhe koi poochne waala tohya bhi na paawe....maatti paleeth ho jaagi saari reputation ki...

It was the hatred of the haryanvi jats for chaudhary sahab..believe me it is the bitter truth...paarwa galle kona utra unke:cool:.....it was Ch. devi lal who betrayed ch. ajit singh when he was competing with mulayam singh for UP CM post....:(...waha ka ladkhaday hue aaj tak nahi sambhal paaye chaudhary sahab....perhaps, ajit singh was novice at that time and not enough cunning to understand the dirty politics

Isn't it good? Atleast we have begun to apply our minds a bit?

......
1% population can never make or break anything in India, had that been the case, i am sure 20% muslims would have never let any Hindu attain supremecy because they are united, aren't they?

Also, Chaudhary Sahab had a vision and an impeccable capability of holding everyone together, he had a vision to to better for farmers(MIND YOU I SAID FARMERS n not just JATS) which made masses attached to him

India is all abt caste and creed so survival is almost impossible if u ignore it.. ......

Thanks to an orthodox thinking of a bunch of influencers, it will continue to remain so, unfortunately however.

why don't jats think how mayawati is dominating irrespective of her so my unresponsive acts???..bcz ek-ek SC/ST uske saath hai.....

Mere dost, ek baar zara last UP elections ki report padh lo, i am sure you would be amazed :)

pher bhi yeh upper catse aale buddhe jo mayawati ke baap ki umar ke hai...uske charan-sparsh karre hai.........

Would like to replicate a dialouge of Sarkar Raj....

Kisi ke saamne jhukna kamzori hai, par sahi samay par aur apni galti maanke jhukna.... Samajhdari

Dear Prashant,

You have said, " Parwa galle na utra", but I don't agree with your statement.
Hamne to us parwe ki ek aawaj pe MLA bante dekhe hain Haryane mein. Kiloi, Rohtak mein jaa kar kisi se aaj bhi poochh lo , Ch. Charan Singh ke ek baar kahne se Harichand Hooda Kiloi se MLA ban gaya tha.

I remember from my childhood, Ch. Charan Singh used to be the chief guest at Chhotu Ram Jayanti. People loved him. They never understood his model of rural development and economics but would still come in thousands, just to see him.

Jats of western UP are suffering and have been suffering with some kind of complex and have a tendency to withdraw halfway from a struggle, agitation. That is why Jats of Haryana, particular of old Rohtak region have developed a kind of apathy towards Jats of Jamna par.

Believe me, there have been instances when Jats of Rohtak and Sonepat have shown that people power is supreme. No police force can stop them.
We have seen the hardcore CM abondoning the public meeting and changing roots.

Go and ask the reaction of jats around Rohtak about the recent Mayawati/ Tiket showdown. If I am not wrong, Tiket ko Boat club pe Leader bhi Haryane ke Jaton ne hi banaya tha.

They had taught a lesson to Devilal at Rohtak, " It is the people who make leaders, and if you deny their existence than they would deny you of your identity"

One of you have negated the element of emotions. In India, you can't do without this. There have been sympathy waves to support my view. If no imotions, than why Ajit Singh is still there, why Soniya and Rahul.

Cheers!

These are trivial things. Bang on the real spirit!!.

(I remember from my childhood, Ch. Charan Singh used to be the chief guest at Chhotu Ram Jayanti. People loved him. They never understood his model of rural development and economics but would still come in thousands, just to see him.)

bcz he is the gretaest jat leader of all times.

No..it's not like that...Western UP jats represent JATS's traits better rather than others:)

(Believe me, there have been instances when Jats of Rohtak and Sonepat have shown that people power is supreme. No police force can stop them.

This is the real spirit. Some sort of superiority complex always prevails among paarwas:p...

Jiss khap ka tikait mukhiya se na....wa khap western UP main sab tai boddi maani jaya karre.....to tikat ke hissab tai haamne speculate na karo...

No offence !!

After succesful stint with BSP SP BJP CONGRESS and many others, Ajit Singh joins Mayawati again. Sources say he has asked her for 10-12 Lok Sabha seats in upcoming elections and i wouldnt be surprised if he asks for a ministership in UP government.

Now, UPA may loose its vote of trust,

what the hell u are talking abt...sahab singh and gajendra munna are going to represent us?? do u think these persons have enough traits to present an Indo-scythian race who had stunned the whole world by their bravery....stop this bullshit ..better to kiss the a** of mayawati:(

U talking abt traits.. i think these ppl are the real heros.. who live within the community and help out anyone those who approach them... and if given a chance.. i think they can make some real good difference.. and offcourse.. dont forget.. ajit singh would do anything to keep especially sahab Singh out.... and now when he has been declared the samajwati partys national commmitte member and the candidate for 15th loksabha elections from baghpat... coz it was sahab sing who helped even sompal sashtri to win... n my dear its only after u win.. the real traits that a person has comes out flying...
