Dear members

Well everyone have different viewpoints and in my view i never judge a person by his/her religion. We also have bad heart persons in our religion so why we hate any religion.
Bhai Amit aap Irfan Pathan aur Zaheer khan ko bhul gaye apni list mein.

"Apna maare chaan mein gera" yah kahwat haryanavi jaroor hai but i think we people use this kahwat even for our religion people too like Brahmin, baniya and for others caste. So this we cant fit here when we are talking abt religion. RELIGION IS A BIT BROADER IN THIS SCENE.

Well, Jehaad is a holy war for the religion but nowdays Islamic teachers has changed its definition and it's now Muslim's fight against non-muslims and the young Muslim generation takes it in that way. But the reality is not that. Thay are human beings and have the heart and soul too.

Does anybody knows the contribution of Muslims in our freedom fight struggle ? Do they know exactly how many Muslim soldiers sacrificed their lives in war with Pakistan ? Do they know how many Muslims got Pramveer chakra, mahaveer chakra and Veer Chakra in war. Do they know how Muslim people saved lives of Hindus and Sikhs during partition. Were they not Muslims ?

If you hate Muslims why do you like to see a Sharukh Khan, Salmaan Khan or Aamir Khan Movie ?

Why you still remember the songs of Mohammad Rafi ?

Why you see the movies written by Saleem Javed and listen the song written by Jaaved Akhtar ?

And above all why you respect our current Presidet Mr. Azaad ?

I proudly say I'm from a country where the President is a Muslim, the PM is a Sikh whereas the majority is Hindu.
How many of u know of the true event where in the Kargil war it was the idea of a muslim sepahi that they tear the green color of the Indian flag and tie it to their foreheads. They themselves then climbed the mountain towards the pakistanis chanting "Allahoo Akbar" to confuse them as jihadis and them killed them all.
I have muslim friends here and they all r equally jubiliant when India wins against Pakistan in cricket. And that too here in US where they dnt have to pretend as we all r minorities here in neutral country. Please dnt judge people by their religion.

Baat sun, hate karna se to kar, pan nyun bata aade izzat ki baat kyukkar a gi, hamne ke aade chhuddi phen raakhi se ke, izzat pe baat a gi te chahe vo koye jaat hi kyun na ho, munh ki khayega.

Except Muslim Jats, i dont care about muslims in particular!

Islam-->Not good, needs to be changed!

Some of members like vijay and amit have given good examples but exceptions cant be used to label whole community!!

Sharukh khan wont stop those millions of jehadists in our country to murder innocent people.

Salman khan is himself Icon of Islamic intolerance! He is true muslim as he likes to break law too often! His intolerant attitude with Aishwarya rai is well known. Also that innocent Black buck= Dont forget that poor creature.

TajMahal may be beautiful buts its made by brutal king who cut the hands of poor people! What kind of King cuts the hand of his own people!

I have never been fan of Qawwali, Ghazals etc.

Food Items are ok, but we dont need to be grateful to Islam for that! Those food was popular even before advent of Islam!

apni e lugai ne to maaraan karein se, mhaara ke le rhein hain. kade news padh lo apne e des main roj 2-4 lugai dahej khattar jali paa jaangi.

I am talking on the basis of my Indian experience!

I have seen them!

They all are same!

Rajstani, up ,Bengali ,Gujrati every muslim is same!

He is typical intolerant, cruel, maniac criminal!

I am not saying this on the basis of other countries!

Other countries experiece simply puts seal on their thinking!

First of all I would like to thank all of you for maintaining our ‘maryada’ to a large extent in your posts through out this thread so far.

I would also like to draw attention to post #9 wherein I suggested to make contributions for the sake of discussion and not debate. In other words please post your views having gone through the previous posts and do not question or counterquestion one another. We will try to sum up at the end probably on 2nd of April (which is my last day on Jatland.com as an active member. I had earmarked the second half of March for this to acquant myself with my computer linked fraternity but will continue for two more days before I enter upon my next pursuits viz. Naturopathy and Ashtang Yoga).

In the meantime let me also request you to

i) recollect that a)religious fundamentalism,b)extremism and c) terrorism are distinct words often used interchangably because the interests they serve overlap to a considerable extent and;

ii) go down the memory lane to brush up your memory with reference to the following:

@ Oklahoma City Bombing of April 19, 1995 – Timothy James Mc Veigh
@ IRA, LTTE , Greek Cyprus, Kosovo, Nepal and Sudan
@ Separatist movements in Punjab and North East of India
@ Political unrest in Bulochistan and Sind of Pakistan
@ The Order, Ka Klux Klan and Christian Identity

Perhaps you will realise that terrorist activities that many of our friends have referred to in their posts are not solely because of Islam. Others have their share in these kind of activities.

I would also like to remind that the issue is not what and how they are. Issue is for whatever they are should we hate them? Is hatred for hatred is going to help us? Is it in our interest to hate them for what they are? I again say that for reasons of prudence we should not hate anyone. Not hating is not an act of charity but of pragmatism
