All alcohol drinks should be levied a "sharaab tax".
All alcohol drinks served by women should be levied a "sharaab and sabaab"
tax. The more pretty the "sabaab" the higher the tax. Also the first
drink of the night can be levied an extra "munnh dikhai" tax.

It only makes sense to meet market demand and ensure no money is left
