'DHARMA' or 'Religion' is a very emotive and individual issue and if left out of the discussion at least under the present state of affairs, it would be better for all.
If we indulge in advising the Jat or any other person, then our role would be contrueced to be infringement of the fundamental and natural rights of such person.
Every one knows Jats adhere to various religions and faiths and are not exclusively bound to Hinduism. But we must remember Jat due to his kinship is a Jat, irrespective of his religious leanings.

In its wider dimension it is also a SOCIAL ORDER. For degradation, illiteracy has been a great factor.

In all dimensions religion is a social order, nothing else, why people get confused because these uneducated pandits, molvies, pasters gyanies etc have mixed spirituality with religion and hence you are also getting confused, Brother, spirituality is a subject which deals with the long journey of the soul and not the religion, regards
 
Few facts we must understand and Few questions we must answer:

1. Panchayat has no judicial power so what will happen in case there is a conflict between law and panchayat?

2. Not all Jats have (fall under) Khaps. Can khap make decisions for them?

3. Leaving hinduism and joining other religions wont resolve the same gotra or bhaichara type of marriages.

4. Only feasible way is if HMA can get amemded then only at least same gotra marriages can be avoided to a larger extent.



We must find answers to the questions raised as some were valid questions even though their intention was something else.

The post points to prejudice and out burst of frustration and jealousy against march forward of Jats in every field.

The reply to such posts must be proper presentation of factual data on the issues raised.

It must also be told that the Jats are not the sole residents of any state and therefore, the blame for wrong doings of all must be shared by other communities as well and not to be put on the face of the Jats only.

Agreed, if any one commits the crime of killing someone he/she should be brought to justice but single instances must not be used to blame all the members of that community. No one community can live or act in isolation. Therefore, need of over all introspection and improvement of the social milieu of the country as a whole is desirable.

U all sirs may be right- bas ek bat nahi samjh aa rahi

Poori duniya against hai - jo hua uske-

bas Hum Jaat jhanda lekar khade hai - aisee ki taisee " It was all justified - sahi hua jo hua"

Ab ya toh yeh humari Zidd hai - galat bhi hai toh Zidd hai - hum hi sahi hai- bhad mei gayee duniya

I always believe - agar koi sahi hota hai - toh woh sabko convince kar leta hai

agar nahi kar pata - toh Ek : Woh galat hai
doosra- low confidence
teesra- meine theka le rakha hai duniya ko convince karne ka ?


Hum kis category mei hai ?????????????

Sir, these are called "internet trolls". We also have some similar characters on JL too :livid:. You will find such trolls commonly on youtube or other popular internet forums hurling the choicest of abuses at one another. itna confusion theek nahi hai..aur itna emotional hona bhi theek nahi..aur aapki baatein kitabi hai unka jameeni haqiiqat se koi vaasta nahi hai......
