SirMy dear karan, tactics of all the Defence forces is known to each other & practically is same.
Not true. If everyone knew each others tactics then we will have a trench warfare. If that was the case, then Capt Kengrusu of Jat Regt in Kargil war would not have succeeded. It was his thinking outside the box that led to the demise of pakis on one of the peaks. Pakis were thinking IA would launch a frontal assault and they would play chicken with our troops.
No offense sir, those times have gone. If a man doesn't know how to operate a weapon he is a liability and drag on everyone. I know how you are baiting me into this discussion, soon you will drag US military's example of their mighty technology unable to defeat terrorists, that is a different discussion. Awareness of your enemy gives you tactical advantage. I am no Military Officer, I am one of those people who provide information to military commanders, what they do with that is their problem. But what really makes difference is:-
It is not the weapon but the man behind the weapon wins the battle. our man is much batter but our National management is weak, selfish & our public is divided & not security minded, also we donot have national character donot exists.
