Since Mr Ravinderjeet Singh has already declined the offer; and Vishal Kumar [VK23] is not acceptable to another member on account of his 'VIEWS' on certain topics/subjects/issues.


I take the opportunity to request the decision makers to consider Shri Sangwan ji, a senior member and seasoned paarticipant of the site to take over this work at the earliest possible.

Out of 21,384 members, how many members visit this site regularly and how many members post regularly?

Rather than directing me to find out the reason, could you please take some pain and let me know the reason of not approving my posts? If I know the reason, I can try to improve myself. In my opinion, all of my posts must be approved. Now its your responsibility as moderator to explain me why you did not approve my post.

Can you also explain, why I am on the moderation list while others not? and Who had put me on moderation list? You or someone else?
 
Went through the thread and unable to resist my self, i am sorry for my views if these are going to hurt someone.
शिक्षित होने का मतलब कभी भी येनहीं होता की वो समझदार है और समझदार का मतलब कहीं भी ये नहीं है की वो अच्छा आदमीही होगा.
आदमीकितना भी होशियार, चालाक और म्रद्युभासी हो ऊसके चरित्र का आभास ऊसके कार्येकलापोंद्वारा लोगों को पता लग ही जाता है. ये जरूरी नहीं की जो लोग चुप रहतें हैं वोकुच्छ समझते नहीं.

पाछले २-३ दिन में आई से सारी वोट ,मैंने इस्सा लाग्गे से अक किहे ने हाथ पाँ जोड़ के इज़्ज़त बचाण की गुहार लाइ स ।

ravinder bhai..17-21 chal raha hai score........baaki aap garam dal ke hai..par moderatorship badhiya karoge ..aisa mujhe lagta hai..sunita hooda bhi bahut badhiya moderatorship karke gayi thi

में अनिल सांगवान ऊर्फ लीला ( जेळी आळा जाट ) ,और विपिन ज्ञानी दोनों के नाम का समर्थन करता हूँ । इन् दोनों को सुधारक ( मॉडरेटर ) का काम दिया जाए ताकि ये उपलब्ध समय के अनुसार सेवा दे सकें । अगर ये नहीं मानते तो ४-५ नाम चला लो( डॉ राजपाल को छोड़कर ) ,उनपे मतदान हो जाए ,और जिन दो जन को अधिक मत मिलें उनको एक जिम्मेदार सदस्य होने के नाते बिना किसी ना नुकर के जिम्मेवारी निभानी पड़ेगी ।
 
????? Are you out searching for the moderators? I believe owners of this site can do that better. You need not suggest me at least.

Rajpal ji is a civilized, diplomatic and a polite person but he need to adopt more flexibility in his decisions. One post should be edited only if it has foul language or reported by members. In case ,one posts are put on moderation , it should be for a week or two, it seems unfair to moderate one posts for months.
 
On a light note.. :) Now this thread's poll turning into Big Boss captain's selection..No one knows who is in favour or opposing..Ab to Big Boss hi bata sakte hai kaun hai apna kaun paraya...Ye hai BIG BOSS aath...sabki lagegi vaat..:) ;)

The bright part of this thread is that now we are introducing to the old guns...people are coming back to site...chalo kuch to achha hua iss bahane...We all know it's very difficult to remain unbiased in all situation..my wishes is with all the moderators who have done this task and all the aspirants who are looking forward for this tough job...
 
I strongly recommend RK Uncle for the post of moderator.
He is the only person who can bring back good old JL days.
 
Instead of recommending, it'll be good if some people could step forward on their own.

I propose one more suggestion let's have 3-4 moderators to distribute the workload, and they can choose their topic. Obviously we can't find one single person, who can be available all the time surfing JL exclusively. As most among us are into Private jobs.

Eg. A (who is busy) can take up "About Jatland, Education & Careers, Chapters and Itineraries, Special Interest". As these topics have less threads & posts.
B can take up General Talk
C can take Mauj Masti
Z can take up News & Views (which has the maximum posts, i suppose)


Dr. Rajpal can still continue with 'History'. We bhi rajji, ar haam bhi..

I can volunteer myself for X.

Anyone for Y & Z.

I appreciate your participation and enthusiasm shown in the discussion on this thread. You always keep on asking irrelevant questions such as contained in the first line of the instant post. When they are not attended to you become angry. The anger is not good for health.

I believe that basically every person must get a fair chance to understand the basics of an institution [in the instant case Site] and improve upon his errors/mistakes. This has happened in a number of cases to fair good.

Gentleman, kindly remember, I do not wash the dirty linen in public view by writing filthy words for my own community men, fellow members whether seniors or juniors. Some people fail to understand the meaning of pacific and persuasiveness style and consider it as my weakness and start smelling a rat everywhere ! Nonetheless, I pray for their betterment in life and have no grudge against any of them.

Being polite but firm in one's convictions has to be proved by one's actions. Anybody can raise a finger against any person but when offered to take up that duty which needs extra effort and time, one starts this or that pretext to avoid it. This is general phenomenon all over and we the Jats are not exception to it.

None has authorized me to find out a substitute but I wanted to explore the possibility of providing one, if someone among us was willing.

You had expressed willingness to be nominated for the post of editor but it was opposed by some friend by citing the reason thereof; perhaps you might have read that. Try to improve and remove bias in your style of writing, if possible !

A piece of friendly advice, if you care so much about the Site and your posts :

Kindly have patience and try to follow the rules/norms of healthy discussion and Lo ! and see you are out of moderation pool.

Use polite language and firm facts in future, if you want to rise in your field of writing.

If you find anything unacceptable in the above words/sentences kindly excuse me.

Hoping for a constructive continued contribution to the site !

owner is boss.he deside who wil be editor.this is privavate site owned by mr.sataywher if am not
wrong is owner of this site.he can decide who can be editor.D.N deswal ji busy in wikifing jat history in
digital format.same can be said about l.burdak ji and samar kadyan ji.RK sir can be a good candidate
but does he enough time for modrater.if he has time i will happily write to adminstraters
for now dr.rajpal ji doing good job.there will be many mods/editor will come and go but motto will
remain one united jats

खासकर समर कडियाँन के व्यव्हार से.
समर का व्यव्हार कभी भी एक दोस्ताना एडिटर जैसा ना होकर एक तानाशाह के जैसा रहा. मैं कई साल तक जाटलैंड का नियमित यूजर रहा हूँ. लेकिन पिछले साल कई मौकों पर समर कड़ियाँन के द्वारा कुछ ज्यादा ही सेक्युलर यानि की अपनी मुस्लिम सोच को हमारे ऊपर थोपने की कोशिश की जिसके कारण मैं ही नहीं बहुत सारे मित्र गण जाटलैंड से दुरी बनाते गए.
जरूरत हैं एक ऐसे एडिटर कि जो सभी यूजर के साथ सामान रूप से पेश आये. ऐसी ही एक एडिटर हुआ करती थी ndark10 (कामनाजी) ..

चुपचाप आदमी की समझदारी का क्यूकर बेरा पाटैगा ? माणस कुछ बोलैगा जिब्बे तो बेरा पाटैगा i मसलन आपकी समझदारी का पता आपकी इस पोस्ट से ही तो चलता है,वरना फोटो से तो कुछ भी पता नहीं चल रहा I कितनी स्याणी स्याणी बात कह दी आपनै थोड़े से शब्दां मैं I
