कुछ जाट चौधरियों में नेतृत्व की कमी और सही समय पर सही फैसला लेने की योग्यता नहीं : सांगवान
अखिल भारतीय जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष पूर्व कमांडेंट हवासिंह सांगवान ने पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए बतलाया कि जाट आरक्षण पर कुछ लोग राजनीतिक बयानबाजी कर रहे हैं क्योंकि जिस कमेटी से मुझे निकालने की बात की जा रही है, उस 21 सदस्यीय कमेटी में मैं कभी था ही नहीं। दूसरा, 17 दिसंबर को मुख्यमंत्री से मिलने के बाद इन लोगों ने स्वयं मीडिया के सामने बयान दिया था कि कमेटी को भंग कर दिया गया है। 12 दिसंबर को हरियाणा पिछड़ा आयोग की रिपोर्ट जाट समाज के हक में आने के बाद खापों ने तुरंत ही 14 दिसंबर को रोहतक में फैसला लिया था कि वे 17 दिसंबर को मुख्यमंत्री से मिलने के बाद ही आगे का फैसला लेंगे, लेकिन जींद जिले के कुछ चौधरी समय पर फैसला नहीं ले पाए, जिस कारण कुछ जगह से आंदोलन के लिए 16 दिसंबर को ही जत्थे निकल पड़े थे और जब यही चौधरी 17 दिसंबर को मुख्यमंत्री से मिलें तो इन्होंने अपनी संतुष्टि जाहिर की तथा आंदोलन को वापिस लेने की घोषणा भी की। लेकिन जत्थे इनके आदेश का इंतजार करते रहे, मगर इन चौधरियों में कोई भी जत्थों से जाकर नहीं मिला, इस कारण जत्थों के लोग हैरान और परेशान रहे। इससे यह साबित होता है कि ऐसे चौधरियों में नेतृत्व की कमी और सही समय पर सही फैसला लेने की योग्यता नहीं है जिस कारण आम जाट को तकलीफ उठानी पड़ी तथा ऐसे ही लोग खापों को बदनाम करवाने के जिम्मेवार हैं।
सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि जाटों ने मार्च, 2011 में रेल रोको आंदोलन चलाया, उसी का परिणाम है कि आज पिछड़ा आयोग का गठन होने पर जाटों के हक में फैसला आया तथा केंद्र स्तर पर राष्ट्रीय पिछड़ा आयोग को भी पुनर्विलोकन का अधिकार दिलवाया। लेकिन इन चौधरियों ने जाट आरक्षण की मांग के लिए कहीं भी आज तक एक कागज तक नहीं दिया, जबकि हमारी संघर्ष समिति ने 14 हजार से अधिक कागज जाट आरक्षण की मांग के लिए विभिन्न स्तर पर दिए हैं और हमें हरियाणा सरकार पर पूरा विश्वास है कि कमेटी के एक सदस्य मंत्री रणदीप सिंह सुरजेवाला विदेश से आने के बाद अधिसूचना जारी कर दी जाएगी तथा केंद्र में भी समय आने पर हमारी मांग को पूरा करवाएगी। लेकिन बड़े आश्चर्य की बात है कि जो लोग मार्च, 2011 में आंदोलन के दौरान हम लोगों को गैर सामाजिक तत्व बता रहे थे और उनका सामाजिक बहिष्कार भी किया गया था, वही लोग आज पंचायती चौधरी बनकर श्रेय लेने के लिए उछल-कूद कर रहे हैं। वहीं दूसरी ओर कर्नल ओपी सिंधु, जो आयोग की रिपोर्ट का विरोध कर रहे थे, 20 दिसंबर को मुख्यमंत्री के घर में जाकर उनका धन्यवाद कर रहे थे। ऐसे लोगों से जाट समाज को बहुत ही सतर्क रहने की आवश्यकता है, क्योंकि ऐसे ही लोग जाट समाज को बहकाते रहे हैं और हमारे खिलाफ अनाप-शनाप दुष्प्रचार करते रहे हैं।
इस अवसर पर समिति के कैप्टन सोहनलाल राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष, जिला प्रधान कपूर सिंह धनाना, सूबेदार कलीराम धनाना, कैप्टन भोपाल सिंह धनाना, राजसिंह कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष जाटू 84 खाप, राजसिंह घणघस, रघुबीर सिंह बूरा, सूबेदार उमेदसिंह बामला, जोगेंद्र सिंह तालू, सूबेदार सुमेर सिंह भांडवा, जगत सिंह मिताथल, जगबीर तोशाम, दयाकिशन बडेसरा, ओमबीर बवानीखेड़ा, संदीप ढांडा प्रेमनगर आदि साथ थे।

और आपने दूसरा आरोप लगाया था की सांगवान खाप ने सांगवान साहब का बहिष्कार किया था | वैसे तो आप बहुत ज्ञानी ध्यानी मानस हो फिर भी मैं एक बार इस घटना के बारे मे बता दु उसके बाद आप इसके बारे मे पता करना और उसके बाद भी कहीं आपकी बात सच्ची हो तो सबूत जरूर देना | इस साल के फरवरी मार्च के आंदोलन मे सांगवान साहब का बहिष्कार वाहा ट्रैक पर आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति वालों ने हिम्मत सिंह की अध्यक्षता मे एक समिति बनाई थी , उस समिति ने किया था ना की किसी खाप या सांगवान खाप ने | हाँ उस वक़्त ट्रैक पर चरखी गाँव का मास्टर तारचंद मौजूद था जिसने कहा था की मैं सांगवान खाप से भी बहिष्कार की बात करूंगा | इसके बाद सांगवान साहब का बहिष्कार सांगवान खाप ने कब किया पता नहीं पर हाँ इतना जरूर बता दु की इस घटना के बाद सांगवान खाप के प्रधान कर्नल रिसाल सिंह ने इन मास्टर ताराचंद पर जरूर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया की आइंदा किसी खाप पंचायत मे सांगवान खाप की तरफ से नहीं जाएगा और कर्नल साहब ने चरखी गाँव के पूर्व सरपंच जोरावर सिंह को आगे होने वाली खाप पंचायत के लिए सांगवान खाप का प्रतिनिधि बनाया | 13 सितंबर 2012 को दानोदा मे भी जारोवर सिंह जी गए थे व 17 तारीख की मुख्यमंत्री से मुलाक़ात मे भी सांगवान साहब के साथ सांगवान खाप की तरफ से जोरावर सिंह थे |बाकी जो ये बहिष्कार किया जाता हैं इनकी किसी अखबार मे कतरन जरूर दी जाती हैं वही ला दे इन जाट महासभा वालों की बाद मे बताना और वैसे भी ये जाट महासभा नाम से कई संघठन हैं आपने कौन सी महासभा वालों से सुनी वही बता दो ?

भाई जिस दिन से इस आंदोलन की शुरुआत की गई थी उस पहले दिन से मैं इस आंदोलन से जुड़ा हुआ हु , एक एक घटना एक एक व्यक्ति का पता हैं , पता नहीं कितने लोग आए गए कोई स्वार्थ के कारण गया तो कोई अपने काम की व्यस्तता के कारण गया सिर्फ वहीं लोग टीके हुए हैं जिनमे सिर्फ जाट भावना हैं लगन हैं | बाकी आपकी राय से मुझे खास रुचि नहीं हैं मैं सिर्फ अपनी राय वाली खबर यहा लगा देता हु औरों की आप लगा लो और आपको जो राय बनानी हो बना लो | मैंने कब कहा की आप कांग्रेस को वोट दो और ना ही हमारे लीडर ने कभी किसी पार्टी को वोट देने ना देने का ब्यान दिया हैं | हुड्डा जाट हैं और जो हमारी मांग हैं उसमे पूरा सहयोग दे रहे हैं तो हम उनकी बुराई क्यों करे , जाट एहशान फरामोश कौम नहीं की जो हमारा करे उसको हम भूल जाये | जो हमारा करेगा उसके गीत भी गाए जाएंगे | वैसे इन लीडर को लोग किसी न किसी लालच मे ही वोट देते हैं की बनने के बाद हमारा काम करेंगे |

selfBrother, I donot believe that mr sangwan has given such statement to media because he is educated, matured and had been an officer/leader himself, every one knows that most khap leaders/chaudharies are not much educated and were not trained leaders by the govt as it was done in the case of mr sangwan, so we should not expect much from them, but we donot expect such statement from an educated and matured person like sangwan and specially at this point of time when we need a strong unity, let the people see the work of every body, keep on doing your part I am sure people do recognize your service to the community. There is no concrete cut-off date for the formal implementation of reservation for Jats in Haryana.

All that is clear is the ambiguity surrounding the actual shape that the things will take.

The entire business of a govt. is not held up if one minister (Mr. Surjewala) is not in town. That is just an excuse and nothing else.

Moreover the reservations for Jats are being diluted by talking of reservation for others from the same pie (percentage pool of reservations).

Even if Congress gives reservation to Jats, they should not vote for it because Jats per se deserve them and the Congress would not do a favour by giving reservation (IF AT ALL THEY DO IT).

Also, one thing is very clear from all the bickering that has taken place among the top leadership team in Jat Reservation Samiti - Jats can never be united and others will take benefit of it. It has happened in the past and sadly it will happen in the future.

As far as Jat Aarakshan Samiti is concerned it is not at all an issue. It happens and it had happened even during the freedom struggle. Many sects many different ways for Independence. Unity among Jats is a myth. Neither needed nor required in the sense you ve stated. Unity of a community is directly proportional to its survival issues and weakness overall. Infact, independence in character is a great virtue.

Well, Samar I agree with you that no party (Congress or BJP) will serve reservation to Jats (or for that matter anyone else) on a platter. The community has to put its point across and that is where the point of UNITY comes across. If the vote is scattered among various parties, the parties will not take the community seriously. Unity is not impossible, though it will come with change in mindset and with time when the community is faced with common challenges (again as rightly pointed out by you).

As far as my agenda is concerned, I have no agenda. There are various other and more influential forums to put across one's agenda if there is actually one. I am against the policies of Congress which has misruled us for over 55 years. My criticism for Congress and its policies is not a clean chit to BJP or other political parties. Unfortunately, in the current scheme of things, the question boils down to choosing the lesser evil and I would vote for anyone who is less of an evil as compared to Congress which has crossed all limits of humanity/inhumanity (whichever way you look at it).

Tomorrow if there is any other political party in the centre which implements anti-people/anti-national policies, you will see the same vigour in my opposition to it.

अखिल भारतीय जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष पूर्व कमांडेंट हवासिंह सांगवान ने पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए बतलाया कि संघर्ष समिति कार्यकारिणी की मीटिंग 30 दिसंबर, रविवार को चौ. छोटूराम धर्मशाला, रोहतक में सुबह 11 बजे होगी, जिसमें हरियाणा की सभी खापोंं को भी बैठक में सम्मिलित होने के लिए निमंत्रण दिए जा रहे हैं। इस बैठक में राज्य स्तर पर दिए गए जाट आरक्षण की समीक्षा की जाएगी तथा इस पर हरियाणा सरकार ने अधिसूचना जारी नहीं की है, इस पर गंभीरता से विचार किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त भविष्य की रणनीति भी तय की जाएगी कि यदि आंदोलन की आवश्यकता पड़ती है तो उसके लिए तिथि निर्धारित की जाएगी।
सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि 16 दिसंबर से आंदोलन की जो घोषणा की गई थी, उससे पहले ही हरियाणा सरकार ने राज्य स्तर पर जाटों को दस प्रतिशत आरक्षण की घोषणा कर दी थी, जिस पर 14 दिसंबर को रोहतक में खापों ने निर्णय लिया था कि 17 दिसंबर को मुख्यमंत्री से मिलने के बाद ही आंदोलन के बारे में फैसला लिया जाएगा। इसके बावजूद जिन अति महत्वाकांक्षी लोगों ने 16 दिसंबर से जत्थे चलाए और दो दिन तक जाटों को परेशान रखा, इसकी जिम्मेवारी भी तय की जाएगी। सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि ये लोग राजनति से प्रेरित हैं और इनका उद्देश्य जाटों की ऊर्जा को व्यर्थ के कामों में लगाकर नष्ट करने का है, जिससे इनकी ऊर्जा सही आंदोलनकारी दिशा में न लग सके। ये लोग बिना कुछ किए ही केवल दिखावा करके आरक्षण का श्रेय लेना चाहते हैं, जिसे अब जाट समाज समझ चुका है।
इस अवसर पर प्रदेश युवाध्यक्ष मनोज दूहन, जिलाध्यक्ष कपूरसिंह धनाना, रघुबीर सिंह बूरा, राजसिंह धनाना, जोगेंद्र तालू, जगत मिताथल, सूबेदार उमेदसिंह, सूबेदार कलीराम, सूबेदार कलीराम, जंगबीर अलखपुरा, धर्मपाल अटेला, रणङ्क्षसह सांगवान आदि श्री सांगवान के साथ थे।

Of course, there have been divisive forces at work across various times and ages and across various other communities, it is generally expected that the common challenges can be overcome if there is unity even if it is of a temporary nature and for that particular challenge.

And also, the reason for the Jat agitation being called on and off time again is the fact that it did not bring about the churning within the Jat society to the level expected and which the leaders of the community were seemingly aware.

As far as JL is concerned it is a forum where issues of importance are discussed and it is only natural that the various points of view differ on a gradient/scale. The fact that there still is unity and a sense of identity on JL is brought out by the fact that we are all members of this community specific forum instead of a more generic/general forum.

I am following this forum from last one year but very astonished to say that mr sura is constantly changing his stand and so is sangwan sahab . I dont know what is the reason . why they call for movement ,than they say we thanks hudda ji than they we will fight against his injustice, very next day they say hudda ji doing his best he has promised us . now again they are saying that a meeting is being called to discuss about future plan and all khaps are being invited . sura sir please be firm on your decission and ask sangwan sahab to adhere to one stand as these things dilute the momentum . for God sake our community is very confused by this . and please stop this blame game as its harming the prospects of community and its representation
