औपचारिकताओं में उतरा नया आरक्षण
मुख्य संवाददाता, हिसार : राज्य सरकार द्वारा हाल ही में जाट, बिश्नोई, जट सिख, रोड व त्यागी को पिछड़ा वर्ग में शामिल कर दिया गया नया आरक्षण अब औपचारिक होकर धरातल पर उतारी जा रही है। जिला प्रशासन ने बुधवार को पत्रकार वार्ता कर इस आशय का खुलासा किया। उन्होंने जिले के कई विकास कार्यो के बारे में भी विस्तृत जानकारी दी। लघु सचिवालय के सभागार में मीडिया से मुखातिब उपायुक्त डा. अमित कुमार अग्रवाल ने जाट व बिश्नोई जाति के पांच लोगों को स्पेशल बैकवर्ड क्लास सर्टिफिकेट दिये। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि पिछड़ा वर्ग में शामिल पांच जातियों व सामान्य जाति के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग को आरक्षण का लाभ देने के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया जा चुका है। इसी क्रम में जाति प्रमाण पत्र वितरित किए। उन्होंने कहा कि आरक्षण का लाभ देने के लिए जिला की सभी तहसील व सब तहसील में जाति प्रमाण पत्र बनाने का कार्य शुरू कर दिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछड़ा वर्ग के तहत इन जाति प्रमाण पत्रों के आधार पर भविष्य में सरकारी नौकरियों में आरक्षण का लाभ भी मिलेगा। ये प्रमाण पत्र ऑन लाईन जारी किए जा रहे हैं, ताकि एक ही व्यक्ति दो स्थानों पर अपना प्रमाण पत्र ना बनवा सकें।

Brother, can you give some feed back as to what happened on 18 march, in delhi, what was the strength, who all important jats joined and what was the reaction of the central govt, other communities etc, regards
 
This reservation of 10 percent for 5 communities at the state level and that too only for Class 3 and 4 jobs is nothing but a lollipop handed out to the Jat community. As it is, the Congress party is a champion in handing out lollipops.

Just 'backward' certificates, no real benefit!

चौधरी साहब, जै या सरकार जाटों को 100 प्रतिशत आरक्षण दे देती तो भी आप नै तो (अपने एजेंडे के मुताबिक) इसका विरोध करने का धर्म निभाणा ए था i आपनै किसी गरीब किसान के बालक के भले से कोए मतलब थोड़े ना सै i जो मिलग्या, और जिसनै संघर्ष किया उसकी तारीफ होनी चाहिए थी i प्यासे माणस के लिए पानी की एक एक बूँद का महत्त्व होता है i

100 % sahi ye act sirf jat kaum ko degrade karne wala h...........kisi bhi surat m kahi fayda nahi balki nuksaan h ijjaat ka bhi arr job m bhi.

bhai ji ............kuch na hona tha only poltical drama............naas bittae k mane gaye..........mayyad m badte joot lagge gay inh nakliya k.
cm invited asli bande (kal ki tassli na kise ki)for talk..........kyki haryana too bandh h abb tak iss issue p.
kuch bagri log apne personal rajniti m iss andolan ko bekar kar rahe h ........unn logo ko ser godd ki dalli day k chalata kar day g jaat too kaum ka bhoot bhalla hoga

Brother it is really unfortunate, I was in Haryana in the last week of feb, went to bhiwani and dadari, met many people of all age groups, they all were crirical of these so called leaders of jat reservation, people are totally aware of their game plans, their hidden agenda and the real aim, to avoide bad automosphere on the forum, I did not write here, Bhupy wanted easy way and weak people to deal with, which he got and so called these leaders wanted contacts with Cm and some personal favours which certainly they got some and hoping to get more in future including ticket from their constituancies, let us hope for the best,

Again you hv come down to low levels Colonel Fateh Singh Kharb ji ! Very easy to put allegations on others. At least someone from community will get some benefit by their closeness. or are you saying reservation, which jat community has go, is bad?

remember, you yourself has praised and congratulated hawa singh ji for getting reservation to jats in haryana. You view changes now? again?

btw, if someone gets a ticket from dadri or bhiwani - what is harm in that. someone has to get the ticket when elections are announced. Whats wrong if that someone is hawa singh ji.

Fateh Singh ji,

There is nothing wrong in carving a political space riding on the crest of popularity. It is only by aligning with political groups that one can do something worthwhile. In the present scenario everyone of us is having hidden agenda. It is not possible to get a ticket unless a sizeable chunk of people are behind you. It is, however, ideal situation where the people leading any movement do not compromise the main objective of the movement in pursuit of their personal ends. We may, of course, comment on the merits and demerits of a particular movement and the agenda pursued by its leaders. As far as the reservation to Jats is concerned, I think it is justified in view of the fact that similar benefits are being enjoyed by some other communities also, having similar socio-economic status in Haryana and the adjoining areas. The similar demands will keep coming in future also from other deprived communities, unless the powers that be have the gumption to scrap caste-based reservation altogether. I think Hawa Singh Ji deserves credit for the reservation in question.
 
जाति प्रमाण-पत्र बनवाने के लिए भटकने की आवश्यकता नहीं : सांगवान
अखिल भारतीय जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष पूर्व कमांडेंट हवासिंह सांगवान ने पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए बताया कि जाट समाज के लोगों को पिछड़ी जाति के प्रमाण-पत्र बनवाने के लिए न तो भटकने की आवश्यकता है, न ही भ्रमित होने की। सांगवान ने कहा कि अपने गांव के सरपंच से यह लिखवा लें कि आप उस गांव के रहने वाले जाट जाति से हैं। इसके बाद एक हलफनामा तैयार करवाएं, जिसमें अपने गांव व जाति का हलफनामा देते हुए लिखवाएं कि आपके परिवार की सालाना आय साढ़े चार लाख रूपए से कम है और इसे नोटरी से तस्दीक करवाने के बाद अपने हलके के पटवारी से तसदीक करवा लें। इसके बाद अपने राशन कार्ड की एक कॉपी तथा रैड क्रॉस कार्यालय से पिछड़ी जाति का फार्म लेकर एसडीएम या तहसीलदार कार्यालय में ले जाकर फोटो रूम से अपना फोटो लगवाकर संबंधित एसडीएम व तहसीलदार की मोहर व हस्ताक्षर करवा लें। आपका जाति प्रमाण-पत्र तैयार है। हरियाणा सरकार का आदेश सभी जिला उपायुक्त व एसडीएम कार्यालयों में पहुंच चुका है।
सांगवान ने कहा कि बड़े अफसोस की बात है कि कुछ स्वार्थी लोग अभी भी ये भ्रम फैलाने मेें लगे हैं कि आरक्षण से जाटों को नुकसान होगा, जबकि सच्चाई यह है कि आरक्षण से कभी भी किसी का नुकसान होने का कोई प्रश्र ही पैदा नहीं होता, जिस प्रकार हम रेल में आरक्षण करवाते हैं, लेकिन हम चाहें तो सामान्य डिब्बे में भी यात्रा कर सकते हैं, जिसे कोई रोकने वाला नहीं है।

 
Dear Sir,

Though I would not like to comment on Commandant Hawa Singh ji, I agree that the Congress govt. in the state is taking credit without giving anything substantial in the name of reservation.

We have got a 'backward' certificate or tag, but the accompanying benefit has not come. 10 percent reservation for 5 communities translates into 2 percent reservation for Jats which is peanuts considering the size of Jat community in Haryana. Nothing more than an eyewash!!

Socio-economically Yadavs are at an equal or maybe a better footing as the Jats in Haryana, yet they have been silently (without making any hullabaloo) enjoying the benefits of reservation, be it admissions to professional courses or govt. jobs from Class IV to Class I. If the Congress still would like to take the credit for something which it has in actual not delivered, it can do so by all means. After all, it is in power!

Successive Jat CMs of various political parties have failed the community, but at least they did not create the smokescreen (puff ball which will blow away with the wind) of giving reservation like Mr. Hooda. We have had Yadav CMs in UP and Bihar where almost the entire govt. machinery was full of Yadavs and yet they were backward and continued to enjoy reservation. The Yadav CMs unlike the Jat CMs did not shy away from taking the cause of their community forward.

Every now and then you come and cribb about someone getting benefit and getting personnel favours without any facts.ARe you a small kid who will come out with things which does not have any base and then later admit 'maine to bas aisa sunna tha'? Now you have gone one more level down saying Bhuppi got weak people to deal with. If you consider yourself strong then why dont you come out and show the strength that you have instead of asking others what has happened in Delhi?Kissi ne mana kia hai kya aapko aarkshan mein apna yogdan na karne ko ?

your frustration level is increasing day by day as you are not able to see someone doing something that is good for whole race.People in Bhiwnai and dadri area are no different and they all have their view so why you are being judgmental all the time and put allegations? why so much cynicism Colonel Fateh singh?

It is very easy to criticize but it take a lot of strength & courage in appreciate some ones effort. i'm sorry to say but you have shown your weakness repeatedly.

dost kahan k fundey laga rha ahai, agar OBC mein aate to B category mein aate jo 11 % hain and wahan 5 nhi 50 jatiyan hai kam se kam, to kitna milta ye calculate karna aur batana? aur uper se iss 5 mein se 2 jaat hain n uper se bishnoiyon mien bhi lagbahg 80-85% jaat hai, iska bhi calculate kar lena dobra se :applause:

10 % for 5 caste does not mean 2 for each instead it will have all the people from these caste only and all can be from same caste
