Let radius of circle = x.
Let side of square = a.
then x = a/2.
AC = x-8
BC = x-4
OC = x.
Now

OC^2 = OB^2 + BC^2
OB = AC = x-8

x^2 = (x-8)^2 + (x-4)^2

By solving the equation we will get the value of X as 4 and 20.
x can not be equal to 4 considering the situation.
so X=20
