1st term is 1
so 2nd term is one 1 = 11
3rd term is two 1 = 21
4th term is one 2 and one 1 = 1211

1. (T/n)(n-6)=47.5

By solving these equations..
we got n=25 and T=62.5 seconds....

There are 10 bags full of coins, in each bag are 1,000 coins. But one bag is full of fake coins, and you forget which one.
But you do know that a genuine coin weigh 1 g, but fake coin weigh 1.1 g.
How can you identify the bag with the fake coins with just one weighing?

u have to numbered the bags ei, 1 to 10 than take one coin from first bag, 2 coins from second, three from third and so on --- 10 from tenth bag. weigh the total lot, u will have 55 coins and weigh should be 55 g if all coins are genuine, but now weight will more than 55 g, if it is 55.1 g than first bag is with fake coins, if it is 55.2 than second one is and so on

Sanjeev ji...your questoin is one liner...but it is the source of many logic theory....
There are 2 conditions...
(1)if u have told truth in ur life before this then you are lying now..
(2)If u have never told truth before this, then you are telling truth.
Sstatement is true -> It is no longer true that you always lies -> Statement is false -> It is again true that you always lies -> Statement is true.
So in this case it is a PARADOX...
Both cases are in respest of CLASSICAL LOGICS.If we thing this statement in FUZZY LOGICS then it is semi true.
If the truth value of your statement is P.Then the equation becomes..
P=1-P
In classical logic whwre truth value of a statement can be either 0 or 1.It is not possible that P=1-P
But in fuzzy logics truth value may be anything between 0 and 1.So the equation P=1-P is true for P=0.5

dear harendra, this can be solved like this, no of coins from bag no n = 2 * number of coins in bag n-1. means it will be 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, ------------------- so on,
than weight difference divided by 0.1g will give u the position of faulty bags

2 bags contain some numbers. Number of numbers is prime.When we transfer 170 from bag 1 to bag 2 average of both bags increases by 1.If total sum of the numbers is 2004,find the number of numbers.
