Karkardooma court acquitted Sajjan Kumar (who is not Sajjan by any means) of 1984 Sikh riots. I fail to understand how on earth could Sajjan Kumar walk free and the rest 5 accused were held guilty? Is it because he is a Congress stalwart? Has the ruling party again influenced the judiciary? The dog committed a genocide and was let go.
When this incident occured, I probably wasn't old enough to talk/walk but I have read about this a quite a lot on internet (mainly because of Kanishka's bombing) and it is gut-wrenching how, at his behest, fellow countrymen were slaughtered. A few friends from Delhi told me that he played an active role in these anti-sikh riots.
On this incident, an unsympathetic Rajiv Gandhi stated that "when a big tree falls, the earth shakes".
Congress is well & truly still keeping East India company's "Divide & Rule" policy alive.
