दूसरी बात 84 के दंगे खालिस्तान की गलत मंशाओं का परिणाम था जिसकी कड़ी जुडी अमृतसर के स्वर्ण मन्दिर में छुपे तथाकथित (एक हिंदुस्तानी के लिए तो वो आतंकी ही कहे जायेंगे, खालिस्तानी भले उनको अपना खुदा माने) आतंकियों के कब्जे से मंदिर को खाली करवाने से|

कोई कितना ही भावुक हो मेरे दोस्तों परन्तु इसका कटु सत्य यह भी है कि अगर यह (Blue Star Operation) ना किया गया होता तो आज आप हिंदुस्तान में नहीं अपितु खालिस्तान में जी रहे होते और वैसे ही भेदभाव के साथ जिससे दुखी हो हरयाणा के लोगों ने 1966 में अलग हरयाणा माँगा था|

तो कहने का तात्पर्य यह है कि हर कोई भावनाओं में बहा जा रहा है इस चर्चा में कोई ये नहीं देख रहा कि इन दंगों की जड़ खालिस्तान की मांग में छुपी है| यहाँ यह भी बताता चलूँ कि स्वर्ण मन्दिर पर ब्लू स्टार ओप्रेसन से पहले बाकायदा 4-5 दौर की बात की गई थी, आतंकियों से मंदिर को खाली करवाने की, लेकिन उन्होंने एक नहीं सुनी|

और उस वक़्त सिखों के इरादे इतने बुलंद थे कि इंदिरा गाँधी ने यह ना किया होता तो आज शायद आप हिंदुस्तान में नहीं आपकी दिल्ली और हरयाणा समेत खालिस्तान में रह रहे होते|

और अब आगे की कड़ी जोड़ता हूँ Blue Star Operation ki इंदिरा गाँधी की हत्या से, जिसकी वजह से सिख दंगे हुए|
यहाँ साथ ही मैं यह भी कह दूं कि मैं ना तो कोंग्रेस या सज्जन कुमार का पक्ष या बचाव कर रहा हूँ, परन्तु जो मुद्दा हमारी चर्चा के लायक ही नहीं है, उस पर काहे की बहस| ठीक है जिसके साथ ज्यादती हुई उनको न्याय मिलना चाहिए, परन्तु आप इतने भावनाओ में बह के उन परिस्थितयों को मत भूलिए जो सिखों ने पैदा कर दी थी और जिसकी वजह से आज आप किस देश के नागरिक होते ये शायद आप भी नहीं जानते|

और एक और बात बता दूं ये सारा करा धराया था भाप्पे सिखों का (P.M. bhi Bhappa Sikh hai) पर दोनों तरफ लड़े मरे सिर्फ जाट चाहे वो हिन्दू जाट थे या सिख, सबसे ज्यादा इनका नुक्सान हुआ था| ये दिल्ली के भाप्पे सरदार इस मुद्दे को इतना इसलिए उछाल रहे हैं क्योंकि दिल्ली में सिख जाटों की संख्या कम है और भाप्पे सरदारों को जाट फूटी आँख नहीं भाते, इसलिए मेरे भाइयो मैं तो यही कहना चाहता हूँ कि जाट हिन्दू का हो या सिख का कौमिक दंगो का नुक्सान इन्ही को ज्यादा हुआ|

और सज्जन कुमार को इस केस में फंसाने की भी सुन लो यह सब शीला दीक्षित माता का करा धराया है वर्ना सज्जन कुमार दिल्ली का सी। एम् बना होता आज| यह मामला और कुछ भी नहीं सिवाय एक जाट को इन पचड़ों में डाल दिल्ली की कुर्सी और ताकत पर ब्राह्मण-भाप्पों का वर्चस्व कायम रखने के| और अगर वर्चस्व कायम ना हो इनका पिछले 15 सालों से तो बता दो|

जी बिल्कुल नही, मैने वहाँ लोगो की सोच पर सवाल उठाए थे ना की अदालत पर.
अगर मैंने कहा है की वकील और न्ययमूर्ति के सबंध केस पर फराक डालते है तो मैं ये नही कह रहा की केस का फ़ैसला वकील देख कर होता है, वकील आपकी बात जज्ज के सामने बेहतर तरीके से रख सकता है, आपको उसके सामने निजी वार्तालाप मैं पेश कर सकता है जो की रेकॉर्ड में दर्ज होती है, आप के लिए थोड़ी मोहलत ले सकता है पर अंत मैं जीत सबूतो और गवाह की बातो पर ही होती है , संभंधो पर नही. आप खुद देखिए, उदाहरहण के तौर पर मैं जेसिका लाल हत्याकांड बताता हूँ, पैसे से पोलीस खरीदी जिसने गवाह खरीदे जिसके बदौलत निचली अदालत ने ग़लत फ़ैसला सुनाया. अब आप ऐसे केस मैं अदालत को दोषी मानेंगे या घूसखोर गवाहॉ और पोलीस को? फिर वोही सबूत और गवाह उँची अदालत मैं सच बोले और आचे से अछा वकील भी उन्हे बचा नही पाया.. हाँ केस ज़रूर लंबा खींच गया

Sir, agar kadiyan jorh rahe hain to saari jorhiye. Beech mein, ek tarafi chain kyun bana rahein hain? Centre, Congress, Indira Gandhi ki kadiyan bhi jorhiye.
