First of all I would like to congretulate sh Laxmanji & also all those who provided information. Secondly, I feel the name of the post should have been the well known jats, but the name doesnot mater much, read post no 153 by lakaraji who has nicely put it across. When we discuss histry than we have to go to our routes, place, religion, position etc doesnot matter. However, we should list them seperately under different heads. Laxamanji, Shish Ram ola served in IGernadiers now 2Guards in ranks & left the service early on medical grounds.I would like to submit the name of Maj Gen (Retd) RM Kharb who retired as head of RVC & after retirement, continously heading the Animal Welfare Board Of India as Chairman & doing a great service.
