As per TV Channel reports, he is an important Congress functionary/office bearer in DCC Hisar and is said to be a close relative of Prof. Sampat Singh.

Shruti Choudhary is married to a Dalit not Bengali... We can consider her half-Jat.
She uses Choudhary because her family surname is not popular. "Legha" is surname of Bansilal family.Family of Bansilal ji never suffixed their surname after their name.

Even Chautala family never suffiexed their surname "Sihag" after their name. They always suffixed their village name Chautala(Mandi Dabwali Tehsil,Sirsa district) after their name.

Among Jats,Sampat Singh(Congress) has more wave than Dushyant Chautala(INLD).
In my view also,Sampat Singh is far more better candidate than Dushyant Chautala.

But main victory of Jats will be when Kuldeep Bishnoi gets defeated and non-Jat wave is reduced.
Whether Dushyant Chautala wins or Sampat Singh wins,that's not an issue.
Defeat of Kuldeep Bishnoi is must for Jats.

INLD not played tactically in Hissar.

At present day their biggest enemy is Bishnoi. He is the one because of whom BJP is deviating from INLD. Thus INLD must have fielded a poor candidate from hissar to let Congress win comfortably against Bishnoi. Now they have fielded Dushyant it means they are serious about Hissar.

Now what may happen is that the jat votes will be divided between sampat singh/dushyant, and Bishnoi might get this seat. And if Karnal also get in favour of Bishnoi then it will be hard to get BJP alliance for INLD and this will be disastrous for the party.

Now when INLD have not acted smartly, jats must vote in a polarized manner i.e. to Vote for SamPat Singh in Hisar.

Following are the candidates from Sonepat Seat for the coming loksabha elections:
1) Congress - Jagbir Malik
2) INLD - Padam Dahiya
3) BJP - Ramesh Kaushik

BJP on the last night have provided ticket under the table to kaushik. Kishan singh sangwan's son Pradeep was almost assured by rajnath singh but evidently Sushma's agenda of Non-Jat politics in Haryana have taken the front seat. BJP's state president and junior state president both are Pandat's. Rambilas sharma and Mukesh Gaur.

Jagbir Malik is a 'saaf chavi' candidate filed by Congress. Not heard much about Padam Dahiya. I feel Jagbir Malik will make it comfortably at Sonepat. If Pradeep Sangwan would have been there from BJP, it could create fight but now I don't think this will happen.

Gohana tai teen bai jeet rehya sai. inalo aale candidate ka kime naam ni suna bhai. tai dekho bhai. kardi fight honi sai ibb tai. Pradeep nai dhol tha diye sain. independent ladega. bhajpa ka bera laag liya, ke karegi ya party jaata khater. modi tai haryane mai aawe ni jaatan ke kaam karan.

These elections are prelude to the Haryana Vidhan Sabha elections due in October, 2014 and every party is trying to over smart others !

If Congressmen are so eager not to split the Jat Votes, they are free to call back their candidate.

Fact is every political party is seriously going to fight the battle of ballot to win irrespective of the caste of the candidate. Now the ball is in the court of the voters to decide the result !
