हर चुनाव से पहले देश के सबसे राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश (यूपी) में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के प्रदर्शन को लेकर बढ़-चढ़कर दावे किए जाते हैं... राज्य के नेताओं का पता नहीं, मगर केंद्र के नेता इस खुशफहमी में रहते हैं कि पार्टी '90 के दशक के सुनहरे दौर में वापस जा रही है... चाहे विधानसभा चुनाव हों या लोकसभा चुनाव, हर बार मतदान से पहले दावा किया जाता है कि भाजपा के पास उसका कोर वोट बैंक यानी अगड़े वापस आ रहे हैं और गैर-यादव पिछड़ों और गैर-जाटव दलितों के समर्थन से भाजपा खोई ताकत दोबारा हासिल कर लेगी, लेकिन नतीजे आने के साथ ही भ्रम टूट जाता है...
वर्ष 2004 के लोकसभा चुनाव में भाजपा ने जादुई रणनीतिकार माने जाने वाले प्रमोद महाजन को यूपी की कमान सौंपी, मगर वह नाकाम साबित हुए... लोकसभा चुनाव 2009 में अरुण जेटली भी कोई करिश्मा नहीं दिखा सके... पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव में संगठन पर पकड़ रखने वाले संजय जोशी को नितिन गडकरी ने कमान दी, मगर भाजपा की सीटें घट गईं...
इस बार नरेंद्र मोदी के दाहिने हाथ कहे जाने वाले अमित शाह को उत्तर प्रदेश का प्रभार दिया गया है, और इस समय पार्टी अध्यक्ष राजनाथ सिंह भी उत्तर प्रदेश से हैं... पार्टी के प्रधानमंत्री पद के प्रत्याशी नरेंद्र मोदी को लेकर राज्य में कार्यकर्ताओं में जबर्दस्त उत्साह है, और आम लोगों में उन्हें लेकर दिलचस्पी है... यूपी में मोदी की सभी रैलियों में भारी संख्या में भीड़ जुटी है, मगर उम्मीदवारों की घोषणा के साथ ही पार्टी हवा से उतरकर जमीन पर आती नजर आ रही है...
यूपी और बिहार के बारे में हमेशा कहा जाता है कि चुनाव से पहले चाहे जिस पार्टी या नेता की हवा हो, मगर जमीनी स्तर पर आकलन तभी हो सकता है, जब सभी पार्टियों के उम्मीदवारों के नामों का ऐलान हो जाए... उत्तर प्रदेश के लिए भाजपा ने 15 मार्च को 53 उम्मीदवारों की पहली सूची जारी की और उसके बाद से ही 50 से ज्यादा सीटें जीत लेने के उसके दावों की पोल खुलने लगी है... उम्मीदवारों के खिलाफ कार्यकर्ताओं का गुस्सा सड़कों पर दिखने लगा है... भाजपा नेताओं को एक बार फिर उसी भितरघात की आशंकाएं सताने लगी हैं, जिसकी शिकार पार्टी पिछले दो दशक से होती आई है...
भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं को समझ नहीं आ रहा है कि राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष राजनाथ सिंह गाजियाबाद से लखनऊ क्यों गए... और गाजियाबाद से फिर बाहरी उम्मीदवार जनरल वीके सिंह को क्यों उतारा जा रहा है... जनरल वीके सिंह को सैनिकों के परिवार वालों की बहुलता वाली रोहतक या झुंझुनूं जैसी सीट से टिकट क्यों नहीं दिया गया... भाजपा कार्यकर्ता हैरान हैं कि पार्टी पिछले पांच साल तक संसद के भीतर और टेलीविजन स्टूडियो में मोदी और भाजपा के खिलाफ आग उगलने वाले जगदंबिका पाल को डुमरियागंज से टिकट देने पर क्यों आमादा है...
दो बार विधानसभा चुनाव हारने के बावजूद केशरीनाथ त्रिपाठी का नाम इलाहाबाद से क्यों लिया जा रहा है... पहली बार विधानसभा चुनाव जीतने वाले कलराज मिश्र को देवरिया से टिकट देने के खिलाफ पार्टी कार्यकर्ता सड़कों पर हैं... बिजनौर से एडवोकेट राजेंद्र सिंह को टिकट देने के खिलाफ कार्यकर्ताओं में गुस्सा है... जनरल वीके सिंह के खिलाफ तो गाजियाबाद में नारेबाजी हो ही रही है...
अमित शाह पार्टी की बैठकों में नेताओं-कार्यकर्ताओं से कहते रहे हैं कि उम्मीदवार चाहे कोई हो, लेकिन पार्टी का कहना है कि हर सीट पर मोदी ही उम्मीदवार हैं... ज़ाहिर है, भाजपा की रणनीति सिर्फ मोदी के नाम पर वोट मांगने की है, लेकिन खुद नरेंद्र मोदी कहते हैं कि हवा चाहे कितनी ही तेज़ चल रही हो, अगर ट्यूब पकड़कर खड़े हो जाएं तो अपने-आप हवा नहीं भर जाती... यानि मतदाताओं को मतदान केंद्र तक लाना ही पड़ेगा... सवाल यह है कि क्या यूपी का मतदाता मोदी को वोट देने के नाम पर खुद चलकर मतदान केंद्र तक जाएगा... या फिर उम्मीदवारों के चयन से नाराज भाजपा कार्यकर्ता उन्हें मतदान केंद्रों तक लाएंगे...
भाजपा के लिए अब भी यूपी में उम्मीद की एक ही किरण बची है... वह यह है कि राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) के कार्यकर्ता हर बूथ को संभालेंगे और भाजपा और मोदी के पक्ष में वोटरों को बूथ तक लाएंगे... लेकिन इतना तय है कि उम्मीदवारों के चयन में देरी और गलतियों ने भाजपा को राज्य में बहुत करारा झटका जरूर दिया है...

BJP declared 21 candidates for Lok Sabha seats in Rajasthan. Four seats still to be declared.
Here is a list of BJP's 5 JAT Candidates from Rajasthan for Lok Sabha 2014 till 19th March.
Churu - Rahul Kaswa
Jhunjhunu - Santosh Ahlawat (MLA)
Sikar - Swami Sumedhanand Saraswati (Social Activist)
Nagaur - Chhotu Ram Chaudhary (Former RPSC Member)
Jhalawar-Baran - Dushyant Singh (Son of Rana Hemant Singh of Dholpur and Vasundhara Raje)
4 seats Ajmer, Barmer, Pali and Karauli-Dholpur are still to be declared. We may expect 1-2 more Jat Candidates.

Considering the majority Jat votes on Fatehpur Sikri seat, BJP gave ticket to a Jat.
Fatehpur Sikri - Chaudhary Babulal (Ex-Minister in Mulayam Singh Government in 2006)
Other JAT candidates from Western UP are:
Muzaffarnagar - Dr. Sanjeev Balyan
Bijnor - Rajendra Singh Advocate
Baghpat - Dr. Satyapal Singh (Ex-IPS and Commissioner of Police, Mumbai)
Fatehpur Sikri - Chaudhary Babulal (Ex-Minister in Mulayam Singh Government in 2006)

After all the major parties have announced their candidates, it appears that contrary to the popular belief congress can not be written off completely in Haryana!
Considering the poor candidates of BJP in Rohtak and Sonepat, it emerges that some understanding between BJP and INLD has been reached. That is, not to go for an open alliance but a tactical one!
Although Omprakash Dhankar is an old worker of BJP or rather I would say oldest leader of BJP around but doesn't have kind of influence to get him votes! Even strong Modi wave may not help him much! That is why Abhimanyu is missing from the scene! Now in the absence of a strong candidate from BJP, INLD candidate, till recently a congress supporter might be able to give some respectable fight! Same thing is in Sonepat. BJP candidate is a Congress deserter and wouldn't have much influence other than his assembly constituency. There, Padam stands a very good chance! Absence of Pradeep Sangwaan indicates an understanding between BJP and INLD! Chand Mohmad's presence makes it better for INLD in Karnal! Also INLD , traditionally very strong in Kurukshetra. So overall, even though top leadrship of INLD away from the scene, should be able to give a very good fight in this election!

As on today INLD seems better placed in Sirsa and has good chances in Hisar,Sonepat kurukhsetra and Gurgaon.HJC leads in Hisar but it is a close fight with INLD where Sampat singh is clearly a distant third.Congress is ahead in Rohtak and Kurukshetra.BJP leads in Ambala Bhiwani Gurgaon.
My best wishes are with Aap in Faridabad but saving his security deposit would be a herculean task for Dagar Saheb this time.
I was thinking of voting for Yogender Yadav in Gurgaon but his opposition of Jat Reservation yesterday in an interview in Dainik Jagran and Support for other sections has forced me to reconsider my earlier decision .I wonder what kind of intellectual they are and what kind of social equality they profess in real world .

BJP should have given Sonepat seat to Abhimanyu or Pardeep who could have easily won this seat but if even these two old loyal heavyweight Jats could not secure a winnable seat against a new entrant turncoat ,What to say of new BJP convert Jats .This is a lesson and spoke lot about BJP love and Vision for Jats of Haryana.

In Gurgaon the clearer picture is yet to emerge as the campaign rises ! But if we assume caste factor as an important influence to decide voting pattern, then three Yadava candidates from different parties are pitted against INLD Meo candidate as such Zakir Hussain, seem to be in advantageous position to garner more votes from his community in addition to securing the votes of supporters of his party . However let us see what the final shape of the election campaign takes in the days ahead.

mujhe ek baat samjh nahin aati ki Karnal seat ko Punjabi ya Brahmin majority kaise kaha jara hai jabki wahaan Jats (both Sikhs as well as Hindus) milaao to in sabse jyada bante hain. But kai khurafaati log Sikh Jatts ko Hindu Jats ke saath calculate na karke Punjabi word ke under calculate karte hain, taaki kahin us seat pe Hindu and Sikh jat ki unity na ho jaaye.
Ek resource ke mutabik wahaan 1 lakh 33 hajaar votes Brahmins ke hain, 1 lakh 87 Hindu Jats and 2 lakhs 57 hajaar punjabi voters; I am sure is 2 lakhs 57 hajaar mein Sikha Jat bhi count kar rakha hai, but exactly hai kitna sikh Jatt iska nahin pata. I think 1 lakh ke around by to hona chahiye.
Ab agar Hindu and Sikh both jats ki vote ek jagah jodi jaayen to 1 lakh 87 hajaar (hindu) + 1 lakh (sikh jat supposed figure) = 2 lakh 87 hajaar to batao Brahmins and Punjabi kahaa se majority mein hue is seat par?

Facing a general perception of being less popular among non-Jats, the principal opposition party in Haryana, the INLD, got a boost yesterday, with the All-India Punjabi Jagriti Manch announcing its support in the Lok Sabha elections.
Former Haryana Home Minister and manch head Subhash Batra announced that the manch had decided to support the INLD as it had nominated Punjabis to contest the elections.
“While no political party nominated even a single member of the community, the INLD gave the ticket to its members at Faridabad, Sirsa and Karnal,” he said.
Batra had resigned from the Congress a few days ago in the wake of his campaign for political empowerment of the Punjabi community.
At a rally in Rohtak on December 15 last year, the manch declared supporting any political party which gave the ticket to Punjabis from two Lok Sabha and 25 Assembly seats.
Support from any organisation related to Punjabis would be welcomed by the INLD, especially when it was considered to be at an ebb.

There is a different between common people being agaisnt Vs. own BJP cadre being against. Please dig deeper.
I guess people of Amethi and Rae Bareily have spoken out loud in previous elections- let us move beyond these issues.

Deshwal ji jama mahabharat ke Sanjay ho rahe ho ... itni door se paini dristi hai apni matr bhoomi ke chunavon par. Overall good analysis. Had discussion with few at root in Sonepat and Hisar. Sampat is having good hold this time. And the person in concern told that bheetarghat from JP and others might be more harmful to him than outer. So if not at drivers seat, he would be good second there.
At Sonepat, Padam don't have any hold other than Rai area. INLD ke sath dikkat yahi hoti hai, they have louder fans and thus noise is more than the real outcome.

sonepat tai ek barr yu arvind sharma nirdalya jeet gya tha....koi bhai chaandna ger sake ke kyookere ek baahman jatta ke gadh main nirdalya jeet gya ...BJP to detti hi nahi par congress karnal se kisi jaat ko ticket kyoun nahi deti jibbe waha baahman tai ghane jaat hai?
